20/07/2025: Excellent pizzeria, the prices are reasonable for the food. I recommend trying the pezzettona pizza, with pieces of horse meat—a true delicacy. I continue to go to this pizzeria, and after so many years of frequenting it, the quality remains the same, and has actually improved. If you're in the area, go to Martano and try it.

18/07/2025: Had a wonderful evening here. Beautiful building, nice interiors and music. Service was so friendly and welcoming. We booked a table by email. The young lady who served us spoke very good English and the food was delicious. Definitely one to go back to!

Ho ordinato una colomba arrivata in cassa il signore “molto simpatico “mi dice “signora qui non facciamo colombe “ io che vivo a Roma e consigliata da mio fratello ho ordinato in questo posto, mi sono detta avrò sbagliato posto così chiamo dove ho ordinato la colomba ebbene mi risponde il signore molto simpatico . Per dirvela in breve l’hanno venduta… Quindi vi dico che se ordinate qualcosa al 300mila se non avete un nome di “loro conoscenza “ vi faranno rimanere senza il vostro ordine… oltre al danno anche presa in giro😡

06/08/2025: A small and charming restaurant in a small park. The food isn't bad, not exceptional, but the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The service lacks a bit of experience given the very young staff. Recommended.

31/07/2025: We ate at Pipa three times in two weeks. Everything we ordered was delicious. Everything was fresh and homemade. We ate really well. The owner was very kind, and the girl taking orders was very friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

11/08/2025: I was there a couple of nights ago, and I'll never go back because of the owner's arrogance. There are basically outdoor tables, but since he doesn't want any problems with non-smokers, he's decided that smoking is prohibited outside in his public establishment. It's basically a do-it-yourself law. I'll point out that I'm not a smoker, and there were no small children in the establishment. I'll never go back, but the people sitting at the next table said the same thing.

10/08/2025: Terrible peppered mussels, not to mention the quality of the mussels; we repeatedly found broken mussel shells in our mouths. I can't justify the price of the first courses: €20 a portion! I'd gladly pay that, but for a memorable dish. Moral of the story? There were three of us: €120 for a central peppered mussel dish, three first courses, two waters, and their cheapest bottle of wine. At the cashier, they didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay; We paid and said goodbye. I don't think they'll ever see us again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

23/08/2025: The appetizers were a buffet, with prices varying based on the quantity ordered: fried vegetables, meatballs, eggplant, mushrooms, mini arancini, broad beans, and chicory, and so much more. For our main course, we ordered horse meat and a portion of horse meat pieces in sauce: tender and juicy, with a great portion; the meat was incredibly tender, while the sauce was a bit runny but still flavorful. The cheesecake was very scenic, and for my personal taste, it wasn't a huge hit, but it was still homemade. The prices were very fair. The only negative was the service: we arrived with a reservation, and yet the staff paid us no attention, making us wait for our table (even though it was already ready). Then, during dinner, they didn't take our plates away easily; in fact, we ended up clearing them away ourselves and placing them on an empty table nearby.

23/08/2025: We really loved it! We had to wait a bit to get in because it was super crowded and it was also Taranta Night in town, but it was worth it! Excellent dinner, the horse braciola is heartwarming 😅 Unique potato croquets, and huge applause for the appetizer buffet, delicious, varied, and generous! We'll be back.

21/05/2025: Mon mari et moi y avons dîné hier soir, en compagnie d'amis, pour notre dernière soirée à Lecce. Tout le monde a été ravi ! Félicitations au chef pour la qualité de ses mets, J'avais choisi le tataki de thon qui était délicieux. La présentation des plats est raffinée. Le serveur a été très aimable et souriant. Pour ne rien gâcher, il parfait français, ce qui a facilité nos choix.

14/07/2025: We've been going to Mavis for years, and every time is a confirmation. The classic pulled sandwich is a guarantee: tasty, well-made, and always perfectly served. The location deserves a 10: well-kept, welcoming, and with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. We've been there many times and will return again. The only small flaws are the tuff-based parking, which is a bit inconvenient, and the salad, which is too commercial and lacks dressing. But these are small details that don't detract from the overall excellent experience. A place we're always happy to recommend: consistent quality, attentive service, and a menu that never disappoints. A well-deserved 5 stars!

11/07/2025: The review isn't about the food, service, or ambiance, but rather a lack of communication. The Facebook page and a video circulating on social media mention the possibility of Sunday lunch, and reservations are still available online and through the Quandoo app. This evening, the owner called me to inform me that they're closed for Sunday lunch, urging me to cancel my reservation. I recommend calling, as the videos, posts, days, and times on the website and apps aren't up to date. I can't comment on the rest, as I haven't had the opportunity to experience it.

12/08/2025: We ended up here by chance while looking for a quick pizza before visiting Lecce. Delicious pizza, perfect quality and quantity of ingredients! We also had the fried calzones. Everything was perfect. The owners? Fabulous and incredibly kind! Keep up the good work! Congratulations!
