⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A feast for the palate! ​We had the pleasure of dining at Mavis in Gallipoli and were blown away. We couldn't help but start with their platter, and it was an exceptional choice. A selection of the highest-quality cured meats and cheeses, beautifully presented and with an authentic flavor that transports you straight to the genuine flavors of the area. Bresaola, spicy salami, prosciutto crudo, culatello... every slice was an explosion of flavor! And the cheeses, expertly paired and accompanied by a delicious reduction, were simply divine. But the experience doesn't stop there: the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously curated, and the staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and ready to offer the best possible advice. You can tell there's so much passion and research behind every dish. If you're looking for an authentic, quality culinary experience in the heart of Gallipoli, Mavis is a must-visit. A place with plenty of seating. Despite it being peak time on a Saturday night, we were seated right away, and after about half an hour the pizza arrived, which I must say was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and it wasn't very expensive. We'll definitely be back.

I give Mavi's a full five stars, a place I truly consider a guarantee. It's a restaurant, pizzeria, and, in a way, a bar, located right at the entrance to Gallipoli, conveniently located and easy to reach. The main reason it deserves all its stars is undoubtedly the service. I especially want to thank Vittorio, with whom I speak often: he's always friendly, attentive, and ready to welcome guests in the best possible way. You can tell he cares, because he pays attention to every need and makes them feel truly at ease. Thanks also to Biagio, the owner, a friendly, honest, and always available person. We see each other almost once a week, and every time he manages to make the experience pleasant and familiar. The food is truly excellent, from the burgers, which are my favorite, to the meats, always good quality and well-cooked. I often order the farmer's burger, but with a small modification: instead of zucchini, I ask for caramelized onions along with eggplant cream. The burger is 200 grams, very tasty, with a soft, delicious bun. I usually accompany it with onion rings and fries, a perfect pairing. The restaurant occasionally hosts small parties or themed evenings, designed to accommodate more people and create a livelier yet still relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere is pleasant, without crowds, but with just the right energy for a different kind of evening. Finally, I must say that the quality-price ratio is truly fair, especially considering we're in Gallipoli, where prices are often higher. Here, however, you eat well, you spend the right amount, and you're treated with courtesy. In conclusion, I highly recommend Mavis: a welcoming place, with excellent food, impeccable service, and passionate staff. I go there almost once a week... and I recommend you do the same!

We visited this pizzeria and really appreciated the large outdoor space, perfect for summer evenings. The atmosphere is nice, but the service leaves a bit to be desired; there were probably too many customers and the staff couldn't keep up with everything. The wait was also quite long. The pizzas are good, though nothing exceptional.
