21/09/2025: We visited this pizzeria at the invitation of two friends, traveling over 120 km there and back, expecting a wonderful evening of karaoke and delicious pizza. Instead, we found ourselves with an experience we'd soon forget. As soon as we entered, we were overwhelmed by a deafening noise: the music was so loud we couldn't even exchange a few words with the person next to us—an uncontrolled, annoying, and poorly managed chaos that made any kind of conversation or relaxation impossible. When we ordered, half the pizzas on the menu were unavailable due to a lack of ingredients. No one had notified us, and we found ourselves having to change our orders on the spot. The pizzas then arrived incorrect, incomplete, or completely different from what we'd asked for, as if they'd been made randomly. And to make matters worse, when it came time to pay, the POS didn't work. No one had informed us upon arrival, and we found ourselves in a bind because no one at our table had cash. An unacceptable inconvenience, especially in 2025. A disaster from start to finish. The place was chaotic, the service disorganized, and there was a complete lack of respect for the customers. Not only will we not return, but we're also sorry we drove all that way for such a disappointing evening.

14/04/2026: I started business and even after many years the taste and flavor of the desserts and cakes were fine, the pastry shop and ice cream shop are still excellent today, while the cakes now seem packaged and not made by them. I've been there twice as well as my cousins. Slow service, arrogance.

16/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome. Even though our English was rudimentary and our Italian nonexistent, the staff took an incredible amount of time and patience to understand us and fulfill our wishes. The sunset during dinner... priceless. The food itself was incredibly delicious; we had tuna, pasta carbonara, and pasta with pesto alla genovese (or something like that)... We were looked after in a very unobtrusive yet genuinely kind manner, and nothing was lacking. A huge compliment, and we will definitely come back. 🫶🏻

22/03/2026: AWFUL EXPERIENCE After an hour and a half of waiting for seven pizzas, seeing all the tables around us served first, we asked for an explanation. Initially, we were told in a generic way that ours were almost ready. After further reminders, and only when we said we were ready to cancel the order, were we told that the pizzas were "in the oven." The problem? This same response was repeated over and over again for about 20 minutes. A surreal situation. It would have been much more correct and professional to admit a mistake—for example, that the order had been forgotten. It can happen, especially on a Saturday night. What is unacceptable, however, is the mockery and the total lack of transparency. Even more serious was the staff's attitude: no apology, no attention to the customer. In particular, one lady on staff, despite clearly hearing our requests to the waiters, chose to ignore us completely, turning her back on us. The problem isn't so much the wait, but the way it was handled: with superficiality, arrogance, and a total lack of respect.

21/05/2026: Delivery pizza + portion of fries: the pizza arrived completely frozen and full of water from the mozzarella, which even soaked the cardboard. The pizza looked like a rag soaked in water and tomato sauce. The ingredients seemed good quality, but for the reasons mentioned above, they were now inedible. The fries were equally cold, raw, and completely devoid of any salt. I threw them all away after 5 minutes. I basically spent €15.50 for nothing. It's sad to write this because I've been doing this job for 26 years, and I know how much effort goes into trying to offer even a minimally acceptable service, but in this case, there was truly nothing acceptable. I recommend paying more attention to the amount of tomato sauce and mozzarella on pizzas for delivery, precisely to avoid delivering a completely wet and inedible pizza. Raw and/or reheated fries... needless to say.

02/05/2026: Very few people and we managed to order 30 minutes after we arrived and also after having done so, after another 30/40 minutes, the appetizers, STUZZICHINI, that we had ordered from the display case arrived.

11/04/2026: The service was unsatisfactory. The lady at the register, Francesca, was rude and even kicked customers off their tables. Her behavior was absurd, to say the least... rude, boorish, ill-mannered, and disrespectful toward regular customers. Once we reached the register, she started yelling at us like crazy. I advise you not to come because if you do, you'll only receive an out-of-this-world, almost utopian attitude. If it weren't for Francesca, it would be a lovely, welcoming bar, but unfortunately, she is.

06/04/2026: Easter Monday, knowing the owner, a very good person, I don't doubt it, I understand that the coastal road doesn't offer much, even during the period, prosecco €5 at the counter without even a minimum of appetizers seems exaggerated to me, with the addition that it was also put in a plastic cup.

02/12/2025: We decided to celebrate a birthday here. We arrived at 9 PM, and after a 30-minute wait, the seafood and meat appetizers arrived. Very good food, and the staff were friendly. As soon as we started with the appetizers, we ordered pizzas to save time, since we had an elderly woman and her relatives with us (seven in total), who obviously couldn't be late. And that's where the problem lies. The pizzas arrived (some of them wrong) after a TWO-HOUR wait, at 12:00/12:15 AM to be precise, after the seven people had already left. We raised the issue, but all we got were shrugs. When it came time to get the (salty) bill, we reiterated that they could have easily informed us about the long waiting times, at least we would have avoided ordering those extra pizzas... in response, only excuses and unfounded justifications in an arrogant and presumptuous tone from the person I believe to be the owner... I appreciate the appropriateness in choosing the restaurant's name...

04/05/2026: This place has a unique setup. You walk in, choose your order, and pay. You'll be given a small device that looks like a remote control. Then you sit outside on the benches where you can see the parked cars, or on the open terrace, or at one of the various tables or under the gazebo. The remote control will ring as soon as your order is ready, and you'll go and pick it up yourself. The pizzas are good, as are the burgers.
