04/03/2025: Excellent dough, light, soft and super seasoned pizza. Excellent quality raw materials accompanied by fast, friendly and efficient service. The environment, actually very very pleasant (old factory sometimes excellently renovated) and well organised, has only the flaw of having terrible acoustics....but that's exactly the "nitpick"!!! Excellent venue! I recommend it!

09/11/2024: Great place for 2-4 to have a beautifully made delicious dinner for a very reasonable price. The chef and server are the only staff in the small but cozy space. Ingredients are very good and thoughtfully prepared. The menu is small but everything is perfection.

15/03/2025: Great experience at this restaurant discovered by chance while visiting Maglie. My friend and I had the linguine with seafood and the suckling pig. Excellent quality food. The restaurant is well cared for in detail and the service was also up to par. Next time I would also like to try the desserts that looked very inviting.

14/01/2025: On New Year's Day, my wife and I went for lunch at the Pignata restaurant, a small but beautiful, charming and welcoming place. The staff were very kind and helpful, we ate a divine spaghetti with mussels, and fried calamari cooked just right, not greased with oil, soft on the inside and nice crunchy on the outside, all accompanied by a nice glass of local white wine at the right temperature. What can I say, my impression was excellent, which is why I recommend it to everyone.

16/02/2025: Excellent dinner for couples, well served in a welcoming location. Dishes made with dedication and love by the chef Gabriele, exquisite, quality food. Very kind and helpful owners. We were very happy and satisfied.

24/12/2024: Cena pre natalizia con amici. Locale molto elegante, cibo veramente ottimo e prezzi nella media. Abbiamo iniziato con antipasti misti mare terra (non i soliti, ma piccole e deliziose creazioni della chef) per poi finire con delle trofie al limone con tartare di gambero crudo e con polpo alle 3 cotture su pure di patate. Tutto davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

25/09/2024: Nonostante siano tanti anni che veniamo a Pescoluse non conoscevamo questo ristorante. Si trova un po’ all’interno ma dispone di una bella terrazza. Abbiamo cenato in due e devo dire che materia prima, impiattamento e sapori erano al top. Conto commisurato alla qualità del cibo. Complimenti

22/09/2024: Scrivo questa recensione anche se il ristorante Le Scalelle non ne avrebbe alcun bisogno. È stata una serata perfetta. In una spaziosa veranda abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Pesce fresco e soprattutto cucinato con esperienza. Uno dei pochi posti in cui è finalmente buono anche il vino della casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Fosse più vicino sarei uno dei più assidui abbonati.

17/03/2025: Delicious Roman-style pizza. You can buy pieces in different variants and try different flavors. Very nicely served on a large board and cut into small pieces. Fantastic, hot, delicious cake, amazing quality of ingredients! An additional plus for very nice service.

06/01/2025: Welcoming and suggestive location, professional and courteous staff, food… excellent! All this surrounded by a baroque context with an ancient flavour. Beautiful experience that we recommend and will certainly repeat, despite the 75km that separate us from it. Kudos to the owner who created all this.

24/11/2024: La ubicación y el restaurante es precioso. Un ambiente encantador para cenar bien. La presentación de los platos fue creativa y atractiva. Como somos de habla inglesa nos dieron el apoyo de otro camarero a veces para ayudar con nuestros pedidos. Algunos de los platos eran bastante encantadores, pero varios eran bastante soso. Tuve el pulpo que definitivamente no recomendaría. La calificación que estoy dando se debe a que una vez servidos los platos nuestro servicio terminó. Pedir otra botella de vino y expresos no ocurrió y supongo que una oportunidad perdida para el restaurante. Estábamos esperando que se sirvieran 3 postres durante este tiempo.

24/03/2025: The welcome and treatment of a 5-star hotel, especially the waiter Aldo, was fantastic. The food was equally good, the Truffle Caramels and the Lamb Arrosticini are recommended. The environment was comfortable, highly recommended for events such as weddings, baptisms or birthdays. The management of the table was also spectacular, consisting of 9 people who ended up there almost by chance, in the middle of many large tables for birthdays and other events, which could have created inconveniences or delays, which did not happen. For the cost of appetizers, first course, second course with side dish, coffee and digestives you can even stay under 40 per person.

21/02/2025: For me the best puccia in Lecce, perfectly leavened bread and excellent quality ingredients. The friendliness of the owners is exquisite. The place is a bit small but very characteristic with all the signatures on the walls. Tip: if you come to Lecce you absolutely must go there. Top!
