22/04/2025: I went to the Country Birreria to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends... and I must say that it was a truly top evening! As for the food: generous portions, delicious sandwiches (mine with Chianina was the bomb), crunchy chips and quality craft beers. The menu is varied, and you can feel that there is care for the ingredients behind it. The staff was very kind, always smiling and helpful, even when the place was full. They made the birthday even more enjoyable.

06/04/2025: Location curata ed accogliente. Atmosfera intima e tranquilla. Personale presente e molto preparato. Il menù offre delle scelte cha spaziano tra terra e mare senza una netta divisione. Per cominciare ho assaggiato una tartare di manzo affumicata con senape al mascarpone e marmellata di pomodorini secchi che era davvero superlativa. Ottimo lo spaghettino con burro affumicato, ostriche e polvere di foglie di limone. Abbiamo poi preso i paccheri con rana pescatrice, pomodorini e crumble di frisella e la guancia di manzo brasata con crema di topinambur. La carne si scioglieva in bocca. A chiusura della cena un bignè alla crema pasticcera con caramello salato. Ricca la carta dei vini con tanto spazio dedicato alle cantine locali ma anche con un'ampia offerta di maisons nazionali ed internazionali. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Si vede che dietro ogni singolo piatto c'è uno studio accurato, partendo dalla scelta di materie prime di altissima qualità con l'unico obiettivo di colpire l'occhio ed il palato del cliente. Non è un posto per fare la classica cena tra amici me bensì un luogo in cui fare un viaggio nel gusto. Io ci ritornerò molto volentieri. Consigliatissimo

31/03/2025: Esperienza davvero straordinaria quella vissuta a Masseria Bandino. Una cucina che si distingue per ricercatezza, qualità e attenzione al dettaglio, dove ogni piatto racconta una storia fatta di tecnica, creatività e rispetto per la materia prima. Tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era eccellente, ma ci sono due piatti che meritano una menzione speciale: il carciofo cotto a bassa temperatura con salsa di pomodori arrosto, aioli e salsa alla menta, un’esplosione di gusto e consistenze che conquista fin dal primo assaggio, e la pancia di maiale con cremoso al cioccolato bianco, passion fruit e carciofi fritti, un abbinamento tanto coraggioso quanto perfettamente riuscito, che dimostra quanto questa cucina sappia essere originale, sorprendente e raffinata. La carta dei vini è ricca e ben curata, con una selezione ampia e studiata. I suggerimenti per l’abbinamento sono stati puntuali e professionali, capaci di valorizzare ancora di più ogni portata. Il servizio impeccabile, cortese e attento senza mai risultare invadente, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un luogo dove si respira passione e dedizione, perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di autentico e speciale. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

04/05/2025: We had dinner at Vico del Cuciniere and we were thrilled! The place is welcoming, with attention to detail and perfect both for an evening with friends and for a more special occasion. The strong point is certainly the cuisine: the menu changes often, following the seasonality of the ingredients and always offering new interesting combinations. All the dishes we tried were delicious, especially the cuttlefish risotto (creamy, tasty, balanced) and the tartare served with a surprising cheese flan. A real treat! The service was impeccable: friendly, helpful and very professional staff. The wine selection is also excellent. We can't wait to return to try all the other options on the menu!

05/05/2025: Had a great meal, fresh mussels finally cooked at the moment. Delicious orecchiette with tuna with very fresh ingredients. Excellent cannoli. Very nice place, we spent a wonderful evening. See you soon

02/05/2025: Avoid! Four adults and a 2-year-old girl took 2 linguine with sea urchins, a linguine with clams, an orecchiette with tomato sauce, a grilled squid, a bottle of rosé wine and a bottle of water, we paid 108.00 euros. The price, however, was the lesser evil. We arrived at 1pm, after more than half an hour the waiter took the order and at 2.30pm, after our first complaints they served four thin slices of bread and a bottle of wine. At this point we complained again about the wait, also because with such a small child it is difficult to manage all this time, fortunately the plate of tomato pasta for the little girl is served first. At 3.20pm, when we were convinced that we would leave without having lunch, we were served the three first courses plus the grilled squid. I wonder how you can put very well paid first courses on the menu and serve them in that way? the linguine with sea urchins tasted like everything except sea urchins which there wasn't even a hint of, the linguine with clams looked like linguine in a broth of cooking water and the very few clams on the plate were frozen ones and who knows where they came from, the squid looked like a tasteless piece of plastic, raw and devoid of any seasoning. At that point we decided not to order anything anymore and to leave, obviously not before paying the bill. Shameful!

27/04/2025: In my opinion it wasn't very good the only thing you could eat that was good was the meat instead in my opinion serving cabbage and black cabbage daughters onion is not adequate for the cost of the food eaten with then oranges for dessert I would definitely never go back there again everyone has a different opinion from the others but in my opinion it is not worth the food served

The service was impeccable, with friendly, prepared and very attentive waiters. The waiting times were also quick, which made the experience even more pleasant. Finally, the quality-price ratio is excellent: abundant portions and excellent quality at an affordable price.
