11/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri sera ed è stata una splendida cena abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia. Silvia è una ragazza stupenda la recensione sotto non è neanche da valutare perché uno non può pretendere di trovare posto a Gallipoli prenotando mezz'ora prima e per di più alle 22 c'erano già tavoli vuoti ed è arrivata altra gente a mangiare. Bisogna portare rispetto per la gente che lavora bene. Ci sono rimasto male io x Silvia a leggere la recensione sotto. Detto questo se siete a Gallipoli andate a Santa Monaca verrete coccolati dall'inizio alla fine.

10/06/2025: È un ristorante molto carino vista mare. Ha un gazebo dove potere pranzare e cenare che protegge sia dal sole che dall'umidità. Silvia è una persona squisita. È molto preparata e ama il suo lavoro. Lo chef è uscito a salutarci e gli abbiamo fatto i complimenti per il buonissimo antipasto e per i tagliolini allo scorfano preparati al momento. Abbiamo potuto vedere e scegliere il nostro pesce. La cantina è ben fornita. Torneremo presto ad assaggiare altre prelibatezze insieme ad amici.

El personal es increíblemente amable y acogedor, haciéndote sentir como parte de la familia. ¿La pizza? Absolutamente divino: corteza delgada y crujiente con coberturas frescas y sabrosas. Un ambiente acogedor y auténtico que invita a relajarse y saborear cada bocado. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant with my girlfriend during our vacation in Salento a few days ago, thanks to the recommendation of some connoisseur friends. Well, what can I say? Wonderful! From the location, with an elegant and welcoming internal courtyard, to the kindness and friendliness of the staff and owner, and finally, DULCIS in fundo, a series of dishes that are spectacular for the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of their preparation. Honorable mention goes to the linguine with lime, stracciatella, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes: a riot of perfectly harmonized flavors, perfectly blended. For those venturing into this fantastic land, a stop at this gem for refined palates is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

02/07/2025: Everything was very good, the only flaw that forced me to take one less star for food and service is that the first courses were a bit salty and the staff spoke and discussed in a slightly loud voice from the kitchen and some disinterest here and there. The boy serving at the tables was very polite. For cat lovers, you eat with many, including small and adults who wander around the tables. The presence of animals was pleasant for us, a little less for the idea of ​​hygiene that can come out of it for others. We ate in an external atrium full of flowers and grape vines, suggestive and in a garden style. Overall, a nice experience.

Monica, the owner, is an attentive and hospitable cook, a true guardian of traditional Salento cuisine. Here I have rediscovered, with great pleasure, the dishes of my childhood... Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.
