09/07/2025: Welcome to Amélie, a hidden gem among the alleys of Maglie, dedicated to the art of life's small, delicious pleasures. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant with my girlfriend during our vacation in Salento a few days ago, thanks to the recommendation of some connoisseur friends. Well, what can I say? Wonderful! From the location, with an elegant and welcoming internal courtyard, to the kindness and friendliness of the staff and owner, and finally, DULCIS in fundo, a series of dishes that are spectacular for the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of their preparation. Honorable mention goes to the linguine with lime, stracciatella, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes: a riot of perfectly harmonized flavors, perfectly blended. For those venturing into this fantastic land, a stop at this gem for refined palates is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

07/08/2025: Exceptional. The sushi was top-quality meat, the service was excellent, and the surprise was the dessert: vanilla ice cream on a basil biscuit with olive oil, salt crystals, and white rum… HEAVENLY! Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: What can I say? We've been here before, years ago. We came back, knowing the atmosphere and food this place offers, and we can only confirm how good it was. Excellent food at rock-bottom prices, top service, and amazing owners. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the 100km round trip doesn't allow us to go there often, but when we can, we do so with great enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: We stayed here this summer and were reluctant to leave. Completely immersed in nature, the rooms are well-kept, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The location is strategic for those who want to visit both the Salento hinterland and the coast. The agriturismo offers light lunch options for lunch, and for dinner there's a set menu featuring delicacies from their garden. Highly recommended, also for its value.

24/08/2025: I went there for dinner. The setting was beautiful and well-maintained. The vegetables were incredibly fresh (you can tell they're homegrown, not supermarket-grown). The pasta was homemade, not processed. The dishes were simple but truly excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The price/quality ratio was excellent. I'll definitely be back with a group of friends.

10/07/2025: Siamo capitati in questo piccolo angolo di Puglia quasi per caso, l’ultimo giorno, di ritorno dalla Baia dei Turchi e con le valigie quasi pronte. Era tardi, la fame non era tantissima… ma la voglia di qualcosa di buono — e soprattutto di autenticamente pugliese — era tanta. Così abbiamo deciso di fermarci, e mai scelta fu più azzeccata! Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, con tavoli e panche all’aperto che regalano quell’atmosfera semplice ma autentica che solo la Puglia sa dare. Ci ha subito colpito il profumo nell’aria: una cucina che stuzzica i sensi e fa venire l’acquolina. Abbiamo ordinato qualche stuzzichino, “giusto per non partire a stomaco vuoto” — e invece ci siamo ritrovati in un viaggio di sapori tra piatti gustosi, caserecci, sfiziosi… insomma, quelli che ti restano impressi nel cuore - e nel palato. Il tutto condito dalla gentilezza squisita dei proprietari, che sembrano accoglierti come a casa. Il prezzo? Assolutamente onesto, quasi incredibile rispetto alla qualità e al sapore di ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Un posto così non lo dimentichi facilmente. E se capitate da queste parti, non lasciatevelo scappare: anche solo per un assaggio, vale la sosta…e anche una deviazione!

14/08/2025: Incredible pizza, the best Neapolitan pizza I've ever had. The dough is remarkable: light, crispy, and easy to digest. You can choose from a variety of doughs: grains, burnt wheat, whole wheat, and mixed, and you can choose a higher or lower crust. The options range from classic to vegan (a round of applause), to gourmet options for special toppings, all while respecting the local ingredients. Everything was perfect, and the prices were fair. The dough is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.
