24/06/2025: Menu with little choice especially for the first courses. Linguine mussels and clams with frozen clams and overcooked mussels. Seafood salad with cuttlefish and calamari also frozen hard and rubbery. Fried calamari shrimp and octopus. Fresh shrimp but frozen calamari too soft. Now Porto Cesareo is only for German tourists used to eating sausages and sauerkraut.

Clean and very spacious environment The menu is full of different Salento dishes, both seafood and meat, we had an excellent appetizer and second courses such as grilled meat, sliced ​​meat etc. Exceptional, very kind staff, we will return. For only €6 per person, we enjoyed a perfectly made Aperol Spritz, served with a generous selection of olives, peanuts, and traditional Apulian snacks (Taralli). Excellent value for money! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter was especially kind and took great care of us. We'll definitely be back!

01/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante la nostra prima sera a Nardò. Il nostro nucleo è composto da 6 adulti e 4 bambini. Parto dal locale dicendo che è un ambiente che mette sin da subito a proprio agio tra il bianco della pietra risaltano colori forti e fantasie di suppellettili e complementi di arredo che trasmettono allegria. Passo alle pietanze. Noi abbiamo preso tutto, dagli antipasti ai secondi, a base di pesce ed un antipasto misto. È stato veramente tutto eccezionale dalla freschezza della materia prima alla trasformazione.. buonissimo davvero! Il vino consigliatoci molto buono. Il personale è celere e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Credo che chi decide di visitare Nardò e le zone limitrofe almeno una volta deve provare questa cucina. Noi abbiamo veramente passato una serata distensiva e soddisfacente. Grazie per come svolgete il vostro lavoro e lo dico con la massima riconoscenza onorando proprio la giornata di oggi 1 maggio.. 01/05/2025: Cena in famiglia, prenotato così spassionatamente, senza molte aspettative, ed ecco la sorpresa. Premetto che eravamo in 10, di cui 4 bambini. Cena eccellente, abbiamo preso diversi tipi di antipasti tutti prodotti freschi e sfiziosi (tartare di gamberi, cozze gratinate, fritto della tradizione, polpettine di polpo). Abbiamo assaggiato poi due primi, gnocchi con crema di zucchine, cozze gamberi e un pasta fresca con i ceci, e anche qui nessuna delusione buonissimi entrambi anzi con la voglia di rimangiarli. Come secondo due fritti di calamari e gamberi vermanete ben fatti, un fritto non pesante e prodotti freschissimi. Ovviamente non è mancato il vino. La gentilezza della proprietaria ha fatto da ciliegina. Il locale è carinissimo, un po nascosto, ma vale la pena andarci.

31/05/2025: Abbiamo chiamato poco prima e hanno trovato modo di accogliere la nostra prenotazione.Cibo ottimo (io seppia in crosta con zucchine)e mio marito una buona tagliata con patate al forno e fritte e della buona verdura ripassata (tutto caldo). In più,avendo versato dell'acqua sulla tovaglia, subito hanno provveduto.Accompagnando il tutto con un sorriso Andateci ❤️

18/06/2025: I am updating the review after 6 years, with great pleasure, we were welcomed even though it was almost 11pm and this is already an extra point. We had the famous and long potato croquettes, really very good, handmade, I would have liked more mint but at that time you can't expect anything 🙂 followed by a round of pizzas for three of us and a puccia for the fourth. Here too, nothing negative to say, good and light dough, rich and tasty toppings. The puccia also received nice compliments! So compared to the review from 6 years ago (which I leave below) deserved stars, recommended! Review of 2019: A little disappointed! Family evening tasting the phantom Soleto croquettes which in the end were not such a great specialty. Spartan location but nice overall. The service? Leaves a little to be desired, slow and not very organized. We had octopus and meatballs, eggplant and olives Ascolana meatballs but again nothing special. Good pizzas but mine was soupy because of the buffalo mozzarella and too much sauce. Sausage and turcinieddhi .... To try again maybe it was a bad day.. I don't feel like advising against it in fact it is definitely worth visiting together with the town! Soleto is beautiful and lively. However I rate it THREE STARS AND NO MORE!

15/06/2025: In Search of Lost Time would be the title of this wonderful experience in this trattoria in Soleto. Courtesy and professionalism are the backdrop to a quality of food and an abundance of portions that are now out of time. Back 40 years in flavors and atmosphere. Thanks guys
