04/10/2025: They accommodated us after hours, which was appreciated. The food was good, although there were too many pickles. The service was a little slower, and the meat was good. Moderately priced. You have to go by car.

20/07/2025: Visited with my partner and had a great evening! The food was so tasty - amazing pasta dishes!! We also found the service to be very good. The staff were super friendly, very attentive and we were supplied with plenty of limoncello to finish off a good evening! Would definitely recommend to those visiting Lecce. We had a fabulous time.

23/09/2025: I've known the owners for many years; the managers and staff are kind and helpful. We had lunch there on Sunday the 21st of this month and were pleasantly surprised by the quick service, the cleanliness of the place, and the excellent, generous portions. We paid €50, which I bless. Important! No heartburn or indigestion, which often happens when dining in (some) restaurants, where the quality leaves much to be desired. If they're still open next Sunday, I'll have a second meal.

10/08/2025: A perfect experience in every way! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The pool is gorgeous and available to guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

04/05/2025: It's not just any place... even if it only stops us for lunch. It's a real EXPIRIENCE. Today I tasted (house entrée) the best freshly baked brioche bread in the world with French butter flavored with herbs. A homemade potato crochettone, served with mortadella and cream cheese (excellent!) and a really delicious yellow pumpkin flan as an appetizer, and the agnolotti freshly made by Agnese (the owner and chef of Villa De Donatis) with hand-rolled pastry and filled with parmesan cream (exceptional!!). All seasoned with excellent Salento wine, a breathtaking view and a familiar environment full of real life. Agnese SUPER!! Absolutely highly recommended ❤️

26/08/2025: A detour to enjoy excellent pizza and shrimp-filled ravioli with amberjack tartare. The house-produced rosé wine is excellent. For dessert, a pasticciotto with Salento-style coffee. All at a super reasonable price considering the wonderful setting we ate in. Next time, I'll be even more hungry to try other local dishes.

16/09/2025: The restaurant is well-maintained, but the beach is a bit sparse and lackluster. We ate very well and drank very well. I recommend it for dinner.

17/09/2025: Salumeria di Turno is one of those places that makes you want to return even before you've finished your glass. For those looking for a truly delicious (and not just "acceptable") gluten-free aperitivo, this is the place. The platters are generous and well-curated. The service also makes a difference: Marco, the waiter, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He carefully explained each product to us and made us feel completely at ease, which is not a given for those with special dietary needs.
