20/08/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this StreetFood to satisfy an evening craving for crepes. Given my gluten intolerance, it was quite difficult to find a place to go, but searching online, we came across "Man in Pasta StreetFood." The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, and explained the various gluten-free and vegan options. The gluten-free crepe was crispy and filled with plant-based Nutella. For four crepes, including the gluten-free one, we paid €16. I recommend the experience, especially to those like me who are gluten intolerant!

30/05/2026: During our stay in Tricase, enticed by the good reviews, we went to dinner at this pizzeria. We had both excellent pizza and delicious arancini, which, as Sicilians, we particularly appreciated because they weren't greasy and the ingredients were very fresh. Mrs. Sonia and her staff are very professional and kind. Thank you for everything.

07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. 27/04/2026: Just outside the town center of Caggiano is this place, recommended to us. We had high expectations, which were partially confirmed. We tried a typical mixed antipasto with cured meats, a cherry mozzarella and a local cheese, and two frittatas with vegetables and sautéed chicory with meatballs. The first courses were good, but not spectacular; perhaps a little disjointed. As for the second courses, the real highlight, we found the right choice: Angus sirloin and other cuts of meat of truly high quality. The wine selection, both local and international, was good, as was the draft beer and the Aglianico wine by the glass.

20/05/2026: Our experience was exquisite. We were welcomed warmly and with a smile. We enjoyed excellent food, served with kindness and without long waits. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with a perfect blend of modern and classic/antique. The music was excellent, carefully and tastefully chosen. We will recommend it to our guests in the upcoming summer season. "ALCHIMIA"

22/04/2026: A very good restaurant frequented by locals. Fresh ingredients, curry risotto, gnocchi alla vongole, grilled swordfish, tiramisu. Impeccable service and a swim at the beach to aid digestion.

22/02/2026: The Universo restaurant is truly a universe of flavors and Salento hospitality. I stopped for Sunday lunch and everything was delicious: fresh and tasty dishes, good house wine, and the orange and almond cake that finished it all was excellent. The staff were truly kind and helpful, never intrusive.

14/04/2026: I'd never been to this restaurant before, and I have to say...it's truly DIVINE. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with unparalleled kindness and elegance. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The service was impeccable. The waiter was extremely kind and attentive. The owner was helpful and attentive to everything. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and each one was better than the last. We'll definitely be back. Thank you ☺️
