24/02/2026: Hi, I'll start by saying that I intend to return because I basically liked it and would like to know if it's just an isolated incident. We had a fried meatball appetizer and, on the recommendation of the waiter—who I might add was very good—long potato croquettes they call panzerotti, which were very good. A portion of fried potatoes could have been cooked a little more, but they were good. The Negramaro rosé wine in a carafe was very good, but I'm usually wary of bulk wines. The sore point is the meat. We had two steaks, one chicken and one beef. When ordering, we joked with the waiter, saying, "Well done!"—obviously, that shouldn't even be said about the chicken steak. The result was a chicken steak with some raw pieces. The beef steak was well done, but it wasn't beef steak, but beef strips with arugula and parmesan. The meat was also a bit calloused, so not suitable for a steak. We didn't say anything; we didn't want to argue. The prices are good, average. I repeat, I want to go back to eat those panzerotti again and try the meat again. The service was perfect and very fast, too; I honestly wasn't expecting that given how many people there were. It's a nice place, maybe a little noisy, but that's okay; it's not huge. I'll be back.

08/02/2026: We've been there several times for both lunch and dinner. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, kind, and professional. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

13/09/2025: I give it 5 stars for the service and food. We've been twice and paid very low prices for a generous selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was a bit dull because the music in front was too loud.

01/02/2026: We had an excellent dinner last night at a restaurant in the center of Lecce. The owner was helpful and courteous, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. The first course menu is also suitable for vegetarians.

13/03/2026: Unfortunately, zero stars aren't an option. An evening to forget, absurd in every way. I've been there several times, but I don't think there will be a next time. First of all, they gave us a table next to 25 non-rowdy children, more than that, left to do whatever they wanted by both the parents (who were nearby) and the wait staff. So much so, we saw other tables refuse to sit in that room; they couldn't find us another table. The pizzas weren't as good as we remembered, just okay; in fact, one was even wrong and remade badly. I called a waiter, and he looked at me condescendingly, nodded, and then didn't come to the table. I just wanted to order another beer, I didn't force you to work. A headache-inducing evening, and I work in the restaurant industry myself, but I absolutely can't remember a situation this grotesque. Definitely not recommended. I'd change the name from Zona Franca to Cambiate Zona.

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly excellent seafood lunch. The quality of the ingredients was evident right from the appetizer, presented with great care. The tuna carpaccio was delicate and flavorful, with perfectly balanced seasonings. The pasta dish stood out for its simplicity and authentic flavor, cooked to perfection, abundant seafood, and an irresistible aroma. The mixed fried fish was also excellent: crispy and light, dry, and not at all greasy. The service was impeccable! Alessandro served us and was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Always present without being intrusive, he was able to advise us and make our experience truly enjoyable. Congratulations for your kindness.

20/12/2025: The food was excellent, the atmosphere simple and pleasant. The wait was a bit long, but it didn't matter. I wasn't in a rush, and the staff's kindness more than made up for it.

20/08/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this StreetFood to satisfy an evening craving for crepes. Given my gluten intolerance, it was quite difficult to find a place to go, but searching online, we came across "Man in Pasta StreetFood." The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, and explained the various gluten-free and vegan options. The gluten-free crepe was crispy and filled with plant-based Nutella. For four crepes, including the gluten-free one, we paid €16. I recommend the experience, especially to those like me who are gluten intolerant!

27/09/2025: A small restaurant just off the main nightlife hub, in the Convitto Palmieri area. The fried calzones are very large and delicious. The wait is reasonable, considering they're fried fresh. In addition to the classic calzone, you can also choose from a variety of fillings and dough. There are tables outside, without service, for a bite to eat and a drink. Prices are higher, but justified by the size, than the traditional calzone found everywhere else.
