01/06/2026: We've had the best pizzas here twice! There's a good selection without feeling overwhelming, and the prices are more than fair. Actually, the owner should be encouraged to raise them. The pizzas are ready very quickly and absolutely delicious!

14/06/2026: The pizza is excellent, and the house-made fried food is also very good. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it's absurd that in 2026 they don't keep separate accounts. Can you count people's pockets? The lady at the cash register was very annoyed. I understand that it might be stressful to pay attention to customers on a Saturday night, but not in such an obvious way either.

04/07/2026: Reservation for The Fork at 10:15. We were late, admittedly (10:40), and the restaurant was empty except for a couple of tables still waiting to be served. They wouldn't seat us; the owner/waiter was unspeakable and even unpleasant. We sat there until 1:00, toasting with other diners. I don't recommend it. Avoid.

18/01/2026: If I could put a zero, I'd put a minus one. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the owner, who yelled at me after I reported a wait of over an hour. Despite deciding to stay, the welcome was terrible, the table still set from the previous dinner, the waiter insulted a friend of mine, the bathroom was filthy like I've rarely seen before, the tap water didn't work, and not even a discount at the register after what happened. Not only is it not recommended, but I hope they also carry out the necessary checks.

30/03/2026: Nestled amidst the vast scents of nature, far from the chaos, you can enjoy the beauty of the cultivated fields, ancient olive groves, and pastures. A family-friendly welcome, with friendly staff. Excellent local produce, the menu ranges from dishes rich in the aromas and flavors of times gone by. Starting with traditional appetizers that will fill you up. Excellent value for money, reservations are recommended, and in summer you can enjoy the pleasure of dining al fresco.

14/07/2026: I was quite disappointed with my experience. Upon entering, I expected to experience true Salento tradition, but unfortunately, I didn't experience the authentic atmosphere that the restaurant's name suggests. The atmosphere seemed a bit cold, the service rather distant, and the place far too quiet: some background music would have made the atmosphere much more pleasant. Furthermore, I would have expected to be able to dine outside, especially on a summer evening in Salento. This, too, would have contributed to a more engaging experience. One detail that struck me was finding the olive oil served in plastic sachets: in a region like Salento, famous for its extra virgin olive oil, I would have expected a bottle of local oil to bring to the table. It's precisely these small touches that make the difference and transform a lunch or dinner into a memorable experience. The food is decent, but no dish left a lasting impression on me. I think the place has potential: with a little more warmth in the welcome, a more genuine Salento spirit, a few more smiles, and greater attention to detail, it could really make a leap forward. I'm giving it three stars out of respect for those who work so hard every day, and I hope this review will be seen as a constructive inspiration.

03/05/2026: Attention to the nonexistent customer. The counter staff are too busy chatting. The counter is half empty, and I struggle to attract attention. I ask for a hot cappuccino with cocoa and am given a lukewarm one without cocoa. I waited forever to pay. It's a shame because the pasticciotto isn't bad.
