08/02/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars even though I didn't eat the whole pasticciotto this morning because... I remembered it being good, soft and delicious, but today it was hard and the cream wasn't as good as usual... it can happen, but I hope it's different next time because ARTE BIANCA IS THE TOP AND IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY.

07/01/2026: Passing through Parabita, we stopped for breakfast at this famous pastry shop. The pasticciotto was excellent, but the coffee was just okay; the girl at the tables was very courteous and helpful. The price was quite high. One thing, though: warm up this damn place...you can't have breakfast with your teeth chattering!

24/12/2025: The location is beautiful and feels like being on a ship under a starry sky in the late afternoon, towards evening. The pizzas are good and with strange combinations, like pumpkin, dates, and bacon, for example. Everything was fine except the wait. There were only three of us, with the restaurant empty, and it took about fifteen minutes for the pizzas to arrive. But all in all, not bad. Really nice: the place, the pizzas, the atmosphere. I'm not giving it 5 stars just because of the wait, because everything else is excellent.

16/11/2025: I had a gluten-free pizza (for those with intolerances) that I took out, and when I ate it at home, despite it being lukewarm, it was incredibly good! Really good! Congratulations, best pizza in the Lecce hinterland.

17/01/2026: A terrible evening, not to be repeated. The place was small and chaotic. Every time the waiters passed by, there was little space, they would throw your coat and bags on the floor. The food, in my opinion, was of poor quality. I was also dissatisfied with the quantity. I will never return.

17/01/2026: Located in the small village of Pisignano, Arco is a typical Salento trattoria. Seating is very limited, and the space, with vaulted ceilings, is little more than an open-plan space with exposed antique walls. The food is typical of the area, and the pizzas are also good. Prices are average.

28/07/2025: Terrible place to eat. The owner is truly arrogant and presumptuous. He mocks customers and says untrue things. The food was truly awful and the price was high. I ordered bombette and he brought me a stewed meat that was spicy and extremely salty, practically inedible. I strongly advise against it.

08/11/2025: We visited this friggitoria just steps from the Due Sorelle beach and it was a delightful discovery! The food was truly delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, which really makes the difference. The prices are also fair and in line with the quality. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent meal in a welcoming, authentic atmosphere. We'll be back!

12/02/2026: The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The entire property displays great care and attention to detail. The suite with a pool is simply stunning, as well as very quaint. Even though it wasn't high season, our stay was still very pleasant, and the property is in top form. Plus, it boasts an excellent sea view. Definitely not to be missed if you're near Otranto.

09/01/2026: We stayed at this property for three nights. Upon check-in, we received a warm welcome that gave us hope. The masseria immediately struck us as beautiful and elegant. We booked two nights in a superior room, on two levels. The third night was in a suite with a small indoor pool. Nothing to complain about the interior decor and layout of the room, which is in typical Salento masseria style. Perhaps a little impractical, but nevertheless refined and tasteful. Problems arose after a few minutes... There was only one convector heater, which blew out lukewarm air and struggled to heat the entire room (the convector heater upstairs wasn't working). The temperature outside was close to freezing. There was no dehumidifier. The room was extremely cold, and the humidity inside was almost unbearable, so much so that water was dripping from the walls and the sheets were wet, as was the mattress. We reported the problem to the owner, who replied that it wasn't her fault if it was cold, and even if she'd given us extra sheets, they would still have been damp. She blamed the particularly cold time of year, not a clearly and grossly inadequate heating and dehumidification system. We didn't sleep a wink that night, and I felt very sick. I mentioned all this again the next morning to the owner, who downplayed the whole thing, saying it had never been this cold in Salento. She then dismissed me somewhat bluntly and resolved the problem her way, simply giving me an extra blanket. The second night, despite having paid for the room, we even went to sleep at a friend's house to avoid another sleepless night, especially considering the hotel's practically zero willingness to resolve our issue. To avoid completely wasting our money, we still enjoyed breakfast, which we have nothing to complain about because it was excellent. The third night, we moved to the Monaci suite, hoping the situation would improve. A stunning and beautiful suite with a wall-mounted split heating system that's significantly more efficient and independently controllable... although the walls were still dripping with water, and the floor was riddled with water. The bathroom didn't even have an opening window or ventilation system, and after a shower, all the humidity remained on the walls, clothes, and floor, even though we'd turned on the dehumidifier. At least we were able to sleep, because it was definitely warmer. But I don't think a property with such humidity problems (not just those with indoor pools) can be rented in the winter, especially at such high prices. I believe that the primary goal of a hospitality facility, especially one aiming to achieve certain standards, should be the OVERALL comfort of its guests. This review is simply an opinion based on our direct experience. **After reading the property's response to my review, I only found further proof that they clearly don't accept criticism and tend to place the blame on the guest's incompetence, rather than taking constructive action to resolve issues that make their guests' stay unpleasant. I would like to point out that no second split unit was activated in our room (the one upstairs wasn't working) and that we are able to use an air conditioner. ***The fact that their property is light years different from mine should be an EVEN MORE guarantee of a comfortable stay for guests, not the other way around! If a guest is forced to stay elsewhere, despite having paid for the room, there's clearly something wrong, and this is an objective fact, not a personal opinion.

18/10/2025: Everything was delicious, very fast and the waiters were very fast and attentive.

08/09/2025: I went to this place yesterday for the first time, I didn't think the meat was so good and tender.. thin and quality horse meat slice, excellent pork strips.. service could be improved a bit but I would go there again.. excellent price.
