The waiter (Alberto, I think) is a delightful person, capable of giving excellent advice and managing the entire restaurant! Highly recommended.

A quiet evening, even with the kids, spent in good company enjoying the local cuisine. The house antipasto was excellent and very generous, with many delicacies, mostly vegetable-based, and the homemade and tasty first courses. The meatballs in tomato sauce are just like grandma's, and the horse meat was also delicious. Well done to the manager!

Discovered by chance. It was just the two of us for lunch. Freshly prepared, country-style cuisine. The panciotti cacio e pepe were very flavorful, while the fettuccine alle verdure were more delicate but equally delicious. The owner chatted with us. We had a country atmosphere and ate lunch outdoors. The interior was welcoming.

Le Casine sull’Asso was a wonderful discovery. A charming place, a warm welcome, and kind and professional owners. The food is excellent, authentic, and with attention to detail. I highly recommend it.

We ate really well, from the 10-course appetizers to the gnocchi pasta and an exceptional, very tender horse rib steak. The desserts are homemade, except for the spumone. The price is fair.

A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.
