We came here to choose some Easter dove cakes, one for ourselves and others for friends, confident that they would be a truly memorable gift. We had previously tasted his extraordinary panettone with mastic oil, a product that speaks volumes about the creativity and sensitivity of this master pastry chef. Antonio personally guided us through our selection, with rare kindness and a dedication that goes far beyond the simple sale. You can immediately sense the love he puts into his work and how much he cares about sharing every detail of his creations. Reaching his workshop is almost a mini gastronomic journey: the road to get there is part of the experience, because you already know you'll return home with something special in your hands. One of those products you give with pride, certain that it will always make a great impression. I'm giving it 5 stars even though I didn't eat the whole pasticciotto this morning because... I remembered it being good, soft and delicious, but today it was hard and the cream wasn't as good as usual... it can happen, but I hope it's different next time because ARTE BIANCA IS THE TOP AND IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY.

I've had breakfast at this pastry shop several times and have always found the staff friendly and the products high-quality. I also recently purchased a delicious chocolate cake. In my opinion, it's one of the best pastry shops in Salento.
