16/06/2025: Realmente el nombre del restaurante es muy representativo del mismo, pues su maravillosa comida te deja un "retrogusto" que todavía nos dura. De primero compartimos una pasta con marisco exquisita y de segundo un pescado del dia finísimo. El local, aunque sin vistas al mar, es muy agradable y la atención, amabilidad y simpatía de ALESANDRO excepcionales. Razonable relación calidad/ precio para lo excepcional del producto tan fresco. Grazzie mille. Volveremos

25/10/2024: La semana que estuve en Tenuta Linazza, un lugar bien cuidado y tranquilo rodeado de olivos, fue simplemente maravilloso. Emilio (y su encantadora esposa Clara, su hermano y padre) nos mostró (un pequeño grupo de invitados internacionales) alrededor en Salento. Nos llevaron a muchos lugares interesantes y hermosos, y obtuvimos todos los detalles y la historia sobre esta región. Estar allí fue una gran manera de conocer esta parte de Italia. Junto a la experiencia de la cultura y la naturaleza Emilio cocinó comida fantástica y nos enseñó lo esencial de la cocina italiana, mientras que nos sentimos como en casa y parte de la familia. Muchas gracias, Emilio, cálido anfitrión acogedor, guía, chef, conductor. ¡Respeto!

08/06/2025: From the outside, with barrels as tables, it wouldn't seem like anything bad. But when you go in, it changes completely and seems like a different place.. Our experience wasn't great.. We were supposed to sit down in one place right away, then they changed our table and made us sit on a chest (whose cushion was very dirty).. They don't even have a high chair for children.. To say the food is decent is already a lot. The cold cuts are good, some cheeses too, but it would have been good manners to explain what was on the plate..

02/06/2025: Sad atmosphere, we order a mixed fried food that looks good but then croquettes with a sour taste, we try to recover with two pizzas, but nothing to do, the ingredients have a strange taste. We accompany everything with a nice and hot 66cl beer. A really nice evening.☹️☹️☹️

25/05/2025: We ate for 2 Pizzas they are ok not incredible, but ok I advise you to take a little olive oil because it is excellent interesting price eight euros for the pizza to also take the local beer the waitress is not ultra fun either, but good value for money

17/05/2025: I was here a year ago and I'm back again now. I think it's one of the best pizzerias in the area. The pizza is delicious and the service is friendly. I'll definitely be back!

29/04/2025: On our itinerary, in search of the most evocative villages of Salento, after visiting Specchia, we passed through Ruffano, where the butcher's shop, at Saverio's, hosted us and our furry friend and delighted us with the local specialities, authenticity, hospitality and courtesy are the most appropriate words to describe the owners. Highly recommended!!!!

08/06/2025: Spectacular dinner experience at Volo Restaurant. Excellent wine. Unforgettable burrata. Pasta. Desserts. Excellent location, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere. I recommend it! Don't hesitate to eat here. It was the best meal in Pulía.

28/04/2025: Locale tipico con struttura a volta, accogliente, servizio molto curato, Abbiamo iniziato con dei crudi: tartare di tonno e gambero rosso di gallipoli (strepitosi!!!) Poi siamo passati agli spaghetti con le vongole, delicati ma saporiti, Infine una frittura di calamari e totatetti della locanda....asciutta ed incredibilmente fresca. Tutto buonissimo Lo consigliamo

25/05/2025: Spesso si scrivono recensioni dettate da momenti di frustrazione personale o da qualche disappunto sul servizio o gusti poco graditi. Dovremmo sempre ricordare che in ogni caso e per ogni volta che si va a mangiare in un ristorante, c’è sempre qualcuno che suda per farci stare seduti a mangiare. Pizza buona e che invoglia ad essere consumata tutta. Sì sente che viene cotta nel forno a legna. Un appunto felice sarebbe da fare alla ragazza che ci ha servito, Veronica che con la sua simpatia ha fatto passare in secondo piano il fatto che la mia pizza sia arrivata con un bel po’ di ritardo rispetto agli altri commensali. Nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente, abbiamo trascorso una bella serata. Riguardo alla location, aggiusterei la seconda sala che rispetto alla prima sembra di essere in un altro posto. Il conto è giusto per quello che abbiamo ordinato.

Friendly owners, creative variations, excellent taste, fair prices, and easy parking. If you're in the area, you should indulge yourself and support this concept. I'd love to come back!

26/04/2025: Veramente ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pranzo fisso ma completo di tutto e, per gli insaziabili anche bis. Tutta roba a metro zero. Competano il quadro la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale ( tutti in famiglia). Ci ritorneremo alla prima occasione. Grazie per l'ospitalità
