06/04/2026: We went to Dolce Vita Pizzeria e Cucina for Easter Monday as a group... and what was supposed to be a simple lunch turned into something much more beautiful. Despite the crowded place, with so many people and the typical holiday chaos, we found something rare: a genuine welcome. Genuine kindness, sincere attention, the kind that isn't faked. I have a two-year-old daughter... and anyone with children knows: often, even at such a young age, you still have to pay. When I mentioned this, he looked at me and said, "Madam, how could I charge you for lunch for a two-year-old?" In that moment, I understood everything. It's not just a restaurant. It's a place where people come before the bill. Service is attentive to every detail, always present but never intrusive. Excellent food, despite the large crowd. The atmosphere is light, almost family-like... we even had fun. There are places where you go to eat... and places where they make you feel good. I'll come back here. Without a doubt.

08/04/2026: During a quiet moment, we ordered a beer on the terrace. The waiter took the order, then a second waiter returned with a blunt question: 'What do you want? This is a restaurant. You can have a beer, but you pay for service'... those service charges ended up being 17 euros!!! I advise others to look for a restaurant where they are actually hospitable. There are plenty in Lecce, but not this one.

16/10/2025: Bakery offering quality bread, friselline, and biscuits, all expertly made in the old-fashioned way, and you can taste it! My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the words "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels: but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of effort and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth HIGHLIGHTING: everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists and those just passing through, and this could help them better understand and appreciate the effort put into producing their baked goods.

05/05/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant in the heart of Otranto. We were impressed by the warm welcome and the authentic atmosphere. We sampled traditional Salento cuisine, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients: the flavors were bold and true to local tradition. The house wine was also excellent, and the service was always attentive and never intrusive. The value for money is absolutely fair, considering the location and the quality of the dishes. A must-visit for anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

03/05/2026: We booked for lunch on a Saturday and the experience was truly excellent. The food was delicious, with the freshest fish you could taste in every dish. The location is very charming and meticulously maintained, perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch. A special thanks to Giulio for his hospitality and service, truly impeccable and always attentive. For our appetizer, we had simply wonderful au gratin mussels, followed by delicious fried calamari and homemade potato croquettes, truly delicious. The bill was very fair for the quality. An excellent experience, definitely worth repeating!

It features a rustic yet welcoming setting, friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and well-organized restaurant, and dishes prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully plated. Service is a bit slow. The outdoor spaces are truly enchanting for relaxing and enjoying nature, and it also has a beautiful pool. In short, if you're looking for a different kind of day, this is the ideal place. Try it and believe it.

The staff is incredibly professional and helpful. Marta and Gigi make everything perfect, tailoring every detail to the guest's wishes, creating a sense of nostalgia that constantly invites you to relive that magic. Congratulations!
