10/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, excellent pizza and food in general. The 4-flavor pizza by the meter is a must-try. "Excellent," it's enough for at least 5 people. The girls and staff are friendly and helpful. My only small issue is parking; you have to be lucky to find one nearby, otherwise you can find it by driving around a bit. Well done!

13/08/2025: A 5-star culinary experience in a dream location! Attentive and attentive service, yet "friendly"... I loved everything! Conchiglie with raw seafood and shrimp coral; pasta shells with a delightful mix of cooked and raw fish; my own fish soup (for lovers of the genre); and finally, "camomilla meadow"—a very delicate dessert... We had asked for a beautiful table for our anniversary, and they accommodated us. What can I say? I absolutely recommend it, and I'd go back again tonight to try the other dishes on the menu that pique my curiosity.

31/08/2025: We went to Romana Bistrot to celebrate my father's birthday. A disappointing experience from start to finish. Of the appetizers and four courses, only the frittatina and the cod purée stood out: everything else was tasteless, bland, and characterless. The "saltimbocca alla romana" was anything but Roman, with an unpleasant aftertaste and odor. The service was "polite," but in reality, it left much to be desired: even a chair—which was only used to put down a bag—was a pointless fuss. The wine we chose, a sparkling rosé, was acidic; only when the glass was almost empty was the suggestion to change it. A belated and therefore unnecessary attention. It's unfortunate to say, but the overall quality is far below expectations. We won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

16/08/2025: The service was prompt and the meat was simply fabulous, perfectly grilled. There were various types to choose from, and the service was very friendly. It's a shame there weren't any fries for the girls. We'll be back. The prices are fair.

15/08/2025: We just ate at this grill restaurant. The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection. The staff were very kind. The house red wine was excellent, and drinks like Coke were brought in jugs. The prices were affordable. It was a great discovery. We'll definitely be back.

07/09/2025: I've been there for dinner three times, everything was good, but after the experience the other night, I don't think I'll ever go back. As soon as we arrived, we ordered the meat from the butcher's counter, including six cuts, five well done and one medium, with classic sauce, parmesan shavings, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. We shared this with the lady at the butcher's counter, who is the one who takes all these notes. At the table, the exact opposite arrived: all the cuts were completely rare. Of course, I reiterated that the cooking wasn't right, and I was told that I must have given the wrong cooking instructions, as I had clearly seen that the lady at the butcher's counter had taken the note correctly. Finally, they said there were no problems and they would bring us well-done cuts right away. The final result? The same cuts were put back on the grill and brought to the table dry and without the requested seasoning, as they also added the seasoning to the grill, melting the Parmesan cheese and, of course, the inedible cherry tomatoes. Oh, and of course, the bill was incredibly high, making me look bad in front of people I'd brought there for the first time! NEVER AGAIN!

15/08/2025: In the Monopoli countryside, surrounded by olive trees, a small restaurant serving traditional products, a fixed menu with options for allergies or other reasons. Polite and very helpful staff, a green space among palm trees, lawn, olive and carob trees, on-site parking... clean and well-kept. I returned after 10 years and I must say I was satisfied. Delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert. 🥰

07/09/2025: A lovely restaurant, where we had cream-filled mozzarella and octopus with potatoes as an appetizer. Followed by spaghetti all'a&a&a&ina. We found everything very tasty and reasonably priced. The desserts were also good. They have a very extensive menu, truly something for all tastes.
