12/10/2025: Pizzeria very close to the Port of Molfetta. Truly a fantastic location (I'm referring to the "inside" structure). Pizzas with highly hydrated, well-leavened dough. You eat it and you don't really taste it. I suggest the pizza chef increase the "toppings" a bit. Otherwise, excellent appetizers, first courses, fried foods, and desserts. Worth 100%. Top.

17/09/2025: On the discreetly secluded terrace on the Corso in the old town, we encountered a very committed, young service team who were friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable and helped us enjoy a lovely evening. As it is both a restaurant and a pizzeria, we had starters (pasta in Primitivo sauce and orichette with mushrooms and sausage meat) and main courses (tuna tataki and pizza mortate with eggplant and mortadella), as well as white and red wine, and were sent off with the Semifreddo Pistacchio and the Brown Bacchio. The restaurant was almost empty at 7:30 p.m., and by 8:00 p.m., 120 mostly local guests were sitting at around 40 tables. Everything was lively, the atmosphere was like that of the evening, and the service and kitchen team were asked to do their very best. It was a very good meal, a lovely evening, and a great memory. Thanks to all the staff at Fermento Vivo.

03/10/2025: I'm leaving this review after a few months. The long-haired waiter's rudeness and discourtesy reached the point where he threw onto the table—in a truly impolite and disrespectful gesture—the meat traceability card we'd ordered from my husband, who had politely requested it out of pure curiosity, as he works in the industry. In this regard, I emphasize the consumer's right to food information, governed by EU Regulation No. 1169/2011. Therefore, even in restaurants, if a customer asks for the origin and other mandatory information about the meat, the restaurant owner or his representative is required to provide it. I only kept my cool because we were with friends and didn't want the evening to be ruined by this kind gentleman's rudeness, but I would have gotten up and left immediately. We've never set foot in the restaurant again, and we never will.

28/09/2025: Welcoming, modern, and refined atmosphere. Prompt and precise service. Dishes are well-balanced, and the menu ranges from appetizers that showcase the local cuisine to sandwiches in various shapes, ending with meat, cooked to perfection in the Josper oven. The desserts are also excellent. A wide selection of wines and, especially, beers is available. Special mention goes to chef Onofrio Squeo, who, in addition to his superb cuisine, welcomes his guests, offers advice, and conveys his passion for his work. Highly recommended, even for children!

12/09/2025: Quiet, private, and above all clean place. The food is excellent. I was there last night with a nice group of friends and we are planning to return next week.

11/09/2025: We were surprised by the order of things. You first have to go to the butcher's shop to choose the cuts of meat you want to eat, then you sit down at a table and the rest happens like in a restaurant. The butcher was super friendly even though we didn't speak a word of Italian, and the waitresses were the same. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.

10/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, excellent pizza and food in general. The 4-flavor pizza by the meter is a must-try. "Excellent," it's enough for at least 5 people. The girls and staff are friendly and helpful. My only small issue is parking; you have to be lucky to find one nearby, otherwise you can find it by driving around a bit. Well done!

21/09/2025: Wide selection and impeccable flavor. I recommend zampina cruda and all kinds of bombette. Quick and super efficient service. A huge selection of wines. Value for money you'll struggle to find elsewhere. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

29/09/2025: A lovely little place in the heart of Noci. I ate well, the meat was excellent, the only flaw being the unlikely buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. Everything else was good, though. Plus, they make a delicious cow's milk mozzarella in that area, the famous nodini. I'd suggest choosing the local ones, rather than a mozzarella that's been around for a few days.

01/10/2025: We had lunch for three with a sea view in a bright, airy setting. The staff was courteous and attentive, leaving no stone unturned. All the seafood dishes were excellent, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The bill was in line with what we ate, and we're truly satisfied, so much so that we'll be back soon...what more can we say? We highly recommend it.

22/09/2025: the food - amazing. I took polpo special number 1, it was with grilled octopus and fresh straciatella. so fresh! delicious and very filling, the portions are big. I wish the music wasn’t so loud or the meals weren’t served on plastic plates, but maybe there’s some quaint charm in it too.

12/10/2025: We had lunch on Saturday with friends at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very quiet and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lunch was very satisfying, thanks to the excellent quality of the fresh produce and the reasonable price.

14/10/2025: The location is charming, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. In the room near the trullo, there's no water heater to make hot tea, and despite the large refrigerator, there's no water available. These are small touches, but they make the location more comfortable. There are no outlets to charge your phone... either turn on the lamp or plug in your phone. A single plastic cup shows little attention to environmental issues.
