Posto della tradizione domenicale fuori porta con amici del posto con aria fresca sopraffina. Tutto buono, tutto squisito e ben amalgamato. Sicuramente consigliato, senza nessuna riserva. Ambiente caldo e curato. Buoni e vari gli antipasti, non tantissimi ma un buon inizio, buoni i primi con i classici sapori murgiani con carni, funghi e tartufi. Buoni i tagli di carne, non particolari, anzi abbastanza ordinari, comunque ben cotti e preparati, con qualche buona spinta di sapori rustici, pollo arrosto, salsiccia e braciola bianca di capocollo. Starter about ten courses, 2 first courses (aubergine lasagna and fresh cavatelli with sausage, mushrooms and a bed of turnip tops), 1 second course (central courses of sausage, bombette, capocollo), fruit and dessert. Unlimited drinks. Cost 35 euros per person. Upon request it is possible to receive an encore on any course. The owner and the staff are very helpful. Farmhouse where advertising is the dish. Quiet place in the hills of Cassano Murge. Owner and collaborators very kind and ready for every customer request. Excellent quality/price ratio. Starters, two first courses, grilled meat, fruit and dessert, including drinks and coffee. Everything within km. 0 Truly a place to try and return.

We were the only non Italian tourists here and were made to feel very welcome amongst the other family groups and couples. The courses highlighted typical Puglian dishes, a generous antipasto selection, 2 pasta dishes, then meats and dessert, small cakes and fruit followed by grappa/limoncello, and coffee. We drank a carafe of flavoursome red wine. The course were well spaced out, the staff delightful and helpful, the owner very hospitable. Grazie Mille!
