I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant on a Saturday evening with my girlfriend. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need, guaranteeing impeccable service. I really appreciated the variety of menu options available, including lactose-free and gluten-free dishes, making the dinner suitable for all diners. The restaurant environment was welcoming and comfortable, perfect for an enjoyable evening. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide selection of starters and main dishes such as gricia and sautéed potatoes, which won over my palate. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience and impeccable service.

Good restaurant with good Roman cuisine. Friendly and very kind staff. Good quality of products. The only flaw was that we had asked well in advance (2 weeks) to be able to have a slice of chicken for one person to be prepared in a simple way, on the grill. instead we were served a roll of chicken breast already stuffed and seasoned. When we asked for the possibility of having a simple cut, we were answered in the negative, so we can deduce that it was a ready-made dish. We regret the lack of attention given, especially because it was requested and agreed upon. with the owner

Excellent welcome, enjoyed dish of the day ravioli with bacon, truffle and fondue, excellently presented. Visited occasionally for short work break. I would happily stay here again.

Se amate una grande Amatriciana, adorate la Carbonara o vi alletta l'idea di ingozzarvi di Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, non c'è alcuna necessità di recarvi a Roma. La migliore cucina della nostra Capitale trova una degna rappresentazione in questo ristorante grazie alla passione e alla competenza dello chef-proprietario romano "de Roma". L'unico neo sono le dimensioni contenute del locale che, di conseguenza, contiene pochi tavoli e richiede prenotazioni con largo anticipo. Ottima la proposta di vini. Apprezzabile il servizio. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

If you love a great Amatriciana, adore Carbonara or are tempted by the idea of ​​gorging on Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, there is no need to go to Rome. The best cuisine of our capital finds a worthy representation in this restaurant thanks to the passion and competence of the Roman chef-owner "de Roma". The only flaw is the small size of the place which, consequently, contains few tables and requires reservations well in advance. The wine selection is excellent. The service is appreciable. Good value for money.

02/04/2024: Wary about booking in a restaurant on Easter Monday given the negative precedents, I had to change my mind in the experience I had in this place where I found quantity and above all quality which, considering the price paid, is truly excellent.... the menu in question it's €50, where I and another couple of friends (we were 4 adults and 3 children) had a really great lunch... I'm writing this review because lately paying and leaving the table satisfied with what you paid has become really difficult ...my feeling and that of those with me was completely different, we got up from the table fully satisfied... The dishes were as follows: 6 courses of starters (octopus salad, prawns in pink sauce, stuffed mussels, rice, potatoes and mussels, aubergine rolls, fried anchovies) encore of rice, potatoes and mussels and stuffed mussels, 2 first courses as per the menu with the addition of a 3rd first course (offered by the owner), a second course: baked sea bass, sorbet of your choice, lemon or mandarin, fruit: pineapple and mellone, desserts: calciomussi, cannoli, Neapolitan pastiera and other desserts, coffee and bitters; as drinks 5 bottles of red rosé wine, water and unlimited coca cola... For the children, a nice plate of raw ham and mozzarella, a first course of orecchiette and sauce and a second course of potatoes with cutlet (€30)... one of the guests requested a nice plate of raw seafood with the sole addition of €10 ....we didn't pay anything extra... The environment is welcoming as it is located in a quiet area of ​​Mola where there is easy parking, the restaurant seats 70/90 people and is quite comfortable... I would highly recommend this place for the very good quality of the food (which has currently become really difficult), the hospitality of the staff and above all the availability of the same...a heartfelt thanks to the staff of the structure and there will be many other opportunities to frequent this place (thank you very much Giuseppe)!
