I was passing through and stopped at this place. I'm celiac, and even though they couldn't make me a gluten-free first course, they brought me some excellent fried calamari made with rice flour and fried on the side. Then I ate one of their signature chicory dishes and I was hungry! Recommended.

I'm Colombian and I found this restaurant by chance. The service was excellent, the fish was fresh, and both seafood dishes I ordered were delicious. The waiter very kindly cleaned the fish for me. Excellent. They also gave me a very good appetizer.

Iconic Italian food the restaurant is in the side alley. The main pizzeria is in the front on the main street. The atmosphere is wonderful. Service is incredible. You feel like family and the food is that authentic Italian that you crave

Expect the unexpected. We had to sleepover in the area for an early flight from Bari. We found this Osteria nearby and had the dinner here. Reasonably prices, friendly staff and good & tasty food. Nothing to complain about.

15/07/2026: A fantastic place in the heart of Polignano a Mare! The pinse were absolutely delicious—light, crispy, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I also tried the cheeseburger, and it was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The beers were served ice cold, which was perfect on a hot day, and the cocktails were amazing—creative, refreshing, and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed, the location is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Malidea if you’re looking for great food, excellent drinks, and a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!
28/06/2026: Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, the cocktails were very well made. The service was impeccable, nothing to complain about. And the view was incredible.

21/05/2026: I'd say the experience was excellent. The pizza was truly good, worthy of the historic name of Gioia del Colle. The selection of appetizers was very unique; compared to the last time I went, they've added new varieties of gnocchi and terrine, truly excellent! The service was excellent, and the waiters were kind and professional. A must-try pizzeria if you're in Gioia del Colle or nearby!
