Ristorante Pizzeria Piccinni28 In Bari

An evening spent with a couple of friends, planning on having pizza. The location is pleasant; we booked a table for four in the well-appointed courtyard/garden behind the restaurant. We could have ordered, if we'd wanted, seafood and meat appetizers, various first and second courses, salads, and desserts. We limited ourselves to pizzas (there's a wide selection) and one dessert each. Everything was satisfying, and the final bill seemed reasonable, considering we included draft beers, mineral water, and two glasses of good wine. What we didn't appreciate was the poor hygiene found in the restrooms. In such a busy restaurant, it would be wise to assign a member of staff to constantly monitor and clean the restrooms. It would make a better impression on the restaurant's patrons, who are admittedly numerous, including many foreigners.

We ate at this typical local restaurant and were able to enjoy some traditional dishes, even gluten-free ones! We were very satisfied!

I chose this venue to celebrate my birthday and was very pleased with it. Communication was excellent from the booking stage, and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. Upon arrival, the welcome was very warm, and I loved the venue. The food and pizzas were excellent, and the staff were all very kind. I will definitely be returning to Piccinni 28! I highly recommend it!

Tasty. I'm talking about the pizza. I can't tell you about the others. The service is good. The ambiance inside leaves something to be desired. All the furniture is old and tasteless

I came to try the famous spaghetti assassina and was disappointed. It was not spicy at all, but extremely salty instead. Luckily I topped it with stracciatella that made it slightly better. On the positive side, when I complained the staff member offered me a free drink or a little gift to sweeten the pill.

I visited Piccinni 28 and had an interesting experience with the "Assassina": the spaghetti's crispiness is excellent, a sign of a truly masterful cooking technique. However, for those seeking the dish's typical character, I was a little disappointed by the level of spiciness, which was virtually nonexistent. Overall, an excellent place, but if you're expecting the fiery flavor of a traditional "Assassina," you might be disappointed. Prices are a bit touristy, but in line with the central area.

We had the spaghetti all'assassina, good, the only flaw... not very spicy, but really not very spicy!

Delicious pizza, I recommend everyone try Bari-style pizza at least once in their life!
