24/05/2025: After some time I returned to this restaurant famous for spaghetti all'assassina. Unfortunately I noticed that it has become a restaurant for tourists, the quality of the dishes has decreased a lot and it is aimed at a less demanding public. Too bad

01/06/2025: We received fantastic service. The place was very pleasant and the food was excellent. It's close to the train station and on the way to the center of Bari. We had the fish of the day, which was super fresh, and a delicious sea bass that they cleaned for us. Thank you very much.

02/05/2025: The ice cream is certainly of a high standard but, in my opinion, the slightly high price compared to the small quantity served in the cones is not justified. And don't tell me that the quality of the raw materials is unique and you pay for it because, in the surrounding area, there are other top-level ice cream shops that, at the same price, offer a much more abundant cone.

22/05/2025: It's cooked to order. There's no English menu, so I used a translation machine to order a zucchini pizza. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. The three male employees were very friendly. The pizza was very big and I was very full. Most of the customers were locals. I really like restaurants where locals eat.

09/05/2025: April 2025 we stayed for four days at the beautiful Masseria Torricella in beautiful Puglia. We had a spacious, comfortable room with a balcony and a panoramic view. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. The three-course dinner was a treat every evening: delicious dishes, all home-grown ingredients. In addition, beautiful wines, including the Primitivo from the own vineyard. And don't forget the olive oil from our own olive grove. And all for modest prices. The employees at the Masseria, from reception, in the restaurant, and from cleaning, were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. In short, a perfect address where we would love to return.

14/05/2025: My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant on 05/02/25. We are both vegetarians and the menu offered various options, including vegan! We had two first courses, both vegan, delicious! The broad bean puree with vegetables was fantastic, as was the chef's dish: strascinate with cicerchie puree, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, an exceptional dish! The house red wine and the service were also excellent. Excellent value for money! We will definitely be back

13/01/2025: If I could rate the service 10 stars, I would. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I had one incident where my napkin fell to the floor. I bent to pick it up and heard one of the waiters say “No! No!” He took the dirty napkin away and another waiter who was watching this, immediately handed me a fresh clean napkin in a seamless exchange like in Formula 1 when the cars go for pitstops! Not only that, a third waiter came after 2 seconds to bring me a napkin, after also observing this incident. This example shows how attentive the waiters are. Would 100% return!

01/06/2025: This pizzeria is really wonderful! The view of the city is spectacular and the pizza is delicious! 🥰🤩 The only negative was the waiting time, which was long, about 45-50 minutes. Otherwise, everything was great! The value for money and the view are top!

26/04/2025: A friendly bistrot in Castellana delle grotte offering very good quality food with an excellent service - in fact we had dinner there twice during our short holiday. Their focaccia is exceptionally good. We also had cheese platter, pasta and meat - all were delicious and very good value for money. Their home made desserts are also very good. Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: Extremely high prices, 2 of us paid almost 70 euros without having taken starters, desserts or wine! With only meat without exaggerating, in fact we didn't even leave the place full, such a price is not justified! The quality of the meat was good but I think they did some suspicious maneuvers when weighing the meat, weighing saucers and everything. I have eaten equally good meat in other places paying less than half!! I won't go back!!
