17/07/2025: Pasticceria la Creazione, always a guarantee!! For years now, they've been with us at all our family's important events. Last week, it was my sister's wedding, where Marinella (very kind, always available, polite, and always smiling) and her staff, despite being closed for vacation, made us delicious almond pastries. What can I say? There are still very few who use the highest-quality ingredients while respecting tradition. Our guests loved it, in fact, they recommended we make many more next time 😅. Thank you so much, I invite you to try them!

The legendary Vittorio has made the restaurant known in the most remote corners of the planet 🌎 It's renowned as a seafood restaurant offering cuisine rooted in traditional seafood. The menu varies based on the catch of the day, ensuring the highest quality of the ingredients. Among the popular specialties are the excellent fried fish, grilled octopus, grilled fish, and the legendary red mullet! A course to learn how to eat every type of fish, whether sea bass, red mullet, or sea bream, must be booked with our friend Leo. The restaurant is located on Via Lamas, a short distance from the port of Mola di Bari, making it convenient for a stroll after your meal. The interior dining room is described as small but quaint, offering a welcoming atmosphere. The service is courteous and helpful, thanks to our friend Francesco. Chef Piero is one of a kind!

19/08/2025: A truly wonderful restaurant. We discovered it by accident and are so sorry we did so late. Considering the prices we've paid at ridiculous places, the food here is worth every penny.

06/09/2025: We went on a Saturday night, for the 10:00 PM shift. Despite the large number of diners, the service was prompt, with no long waits like those usually found in other places. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, which could be disruptive for those looking for a quiet evening: there were seven of us at the table, and we were forced to raise our voices to understand each other! The food was good; we ordered two portions of fries and two portions of fried pettoline, a plate of porchetta and crostini, seven pizzas, eight sporcamuss, six draft beers, and four bottles of water. I recommend paying more attention to the shape of all the pizzas, as mine turned out to be different from the other six my friends had. Prices were above average, with a €2 surcharge for lactose intolerance. Total bill was €180; neither liquor nor coffee were offered.

01/06/2025: Esperienza gastronomica molto positiva che conferma la lunga e consolidata qualità’ della Locanda. Dopo gli ottimi antipasti e primi piatti siamo stati costretti a fermarci per abbondanza e qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Location tradizionale stile anni 70/80. Complimenti a chef ed al titolare affabile e attento alla clientela. Da ripetere sicuramente per assaggiare finalmente i vari secondi piatti.

01/06/2025: Not at all gratifying, the food was mediocre, there were 4 of us and we opted for two appetizers, we wanted to try the local things (on the menu it indicated 1 appetizer for two) so if math is not an opinion 2 appetizers, will be for 4, the courses arrived: some for 4 such as boiled potatoes, olives, bruschetta, cold cuts, and others let's say a little more decent parmigiana, stuffed focaccia, cheeses, only for two, at which point I asked and they told me that there had been a misunderstanding and that they had only marked for 1 appetizer, but in the end they made us pay for 2, they also counted the bread which I usually have not seen counted anywhere. I'm sorry for giving this review but the thing that disappointed me the most was the mockery since the owner had said that in the end he would correct it. 😔

07/10/2025: Really good food & lovely service!!! Delicious mixed seafood starters, scallops, tuna tartare & red mullet carpaccio a highlight! We were recommend delicious bottle of wine and when asking for the house fish dish we’re given the option of the ‘fishy’ fish or milder fish, we like both so we’re given a piece of both, very very delicious! Finished with a cannoli, limoncello & pistachio shot 💖 Would go back in a heartbeat

05/10/2025: If you've never been to Gravina, go visit the guys at Porta Centrale. Great customer service, but above all, an exceptional pizza... soft and made with quality ingredients. But if pizza isn't what you're looking for, the menu offers excellent alternatives. We'll be back, especially because it's one of the few places that offers a variety of kids' options on the menu. 23/09/2025: We can't say anything about the food because we were turned away. You can make reservations through Google, and the reservation was confirmed. We made a reservation for 6:30 p.m., but we were then told, in a very rude and unapologetic manner, that they didn't open until 7:30 p.m. Truly annoying and not recommended!

From the moment we drove through the gates and up the impressive driveway, we knew it was the perfect setting for our Apulian wedding vision. Marika and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, making all the logistics feel seamless. The food and wine were absolutely outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests. We were especially impressed by how the chef and kitchen team maintained such an exceptional standard while catering for over 100 people—a huge credit to them. The service on the day was impeccable, and Michael, in particular, was wonderfully helpful and attentive throughout the entire journey.
