03/04/2026: The food was very good. The wine was too expensive. Stop charging €3 per person for bread and cutlery! It's an old custom where people used to bring their own bread and cutlery to restaurants.

26/03/2026: An intimate and romantic restaurant inside, with a view of the wonderful trulli outside. Superlative food, every dish served and prepared with care by the staff. The owners are very friendly and kind, as are all the staff. A small family that does things truly well. They offer seasonal menus, with the freshest and most seasonal ingredients. We will definitely be back.

16/03/2026: I ordered food on Justeat and after it was delivered I tried to call the restaurant, who answered me in a gruff manner saying that they had delivered everything (they had the wrong intercom) and getting angry simply saying that the boy had delivered, where how when and why is not known, a shame because the pizza is also decent

07/03/2026: We had a baked panzerotto and a pizza, both excellent, very light and easy to digest. The thin, crispy pizza was a wonderful discovery. We were just passing through, but if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Very helpful and friendly people.

16/12/2025: Last night, Monday, I purchased a milky scamorza cheese at my specific request, but at home I discovered that the scamorza I'd received wasn't what I'd asked for: it was dry and flavorless, most likely from a Sunday or Saturday. I understand that sales need to be made, but when a specific request is made, demand must be met.

05/12/2025: Amazing, delicious noodles, exceptional mozzarella. They brought them to me from Bari. These buine are unavailable in other shops outside of Puglia, where we live. Congratulations!

19/02/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible and not presented very nicely. I ordered pasta and salad and both were terrible. You can feel the attention to detail. The staff was unfriendly. I will definitely not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant.

15/02/2026: First of all, I booked with Smartbox (they would have received the money anyway) for Valentine's night. Apparently, they were too busy because they called to tell me they were having some issues that had blocked the rooms and they let me sleep at a nearby B&B, but that I would still get dinner at the hotel (which was already included with Smartbox, so no big deal). Then came dinner: - unfriendly waiter who rolled his eyes at every request, uninformed and unwilling to provide further information on a menu that said "catch of the day" without specifying what it was. - there was an event going on for Valentine's night... I think that's one of the main reasons they moved my room. The food was average, all in all okay. At dessert time, my girlfriend received a dish with a hair in its hair that hadn't been changed. The only positive thing, and not even a great one, was breakfast. I can't rate the rooms because I didn't get to try them...

17/12/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and had a great time. The woman who served me was always helpful and friendly. The food fully met my expectations: everything was delicious. The prices were very fair. Recommended!

21/02/2026: Reservation at 9:30 PM, seated at 10:30 PM, pizza received at 11:30 PM. No apology received, not even a bitter offered. The pizza was also very heavy. Terrible experience.

18/10/2025: I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome. Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory, but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.
