21/02/2026: Reservation at 9:30 PM, seated at 10:30 PM, pizza received at 11:30 PM. No apology received, not even a bitter offered. The pizza was also very heavy. Terrible experience.

18/10/2025: I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome.
Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory,
but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.

01/01/2026: Excellent New Year's Eve dinner. Excellent organization, great food, plenty of space to dance, great music. What more could you ask for? It's just what you need to start the new year off on a high note. Special praise to the waiter (Marco) for his friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. Well done everyone, highly recommended for any type of event.
26/12/2025: A Christmas lunch marked by good taste in every respect, from the dining room to the kitchen, a perfect "Ouverture" with a stunning interior and authentic flavors reminiscent of the past outside. Everyone deserves a shout-out, starting with Angelo, at the helm of this restaurant in Ruvese and beyond.

29/03/2026: Terrible experience, miserable appetizer, 4 dishes of salmon and swordfish, 1 plate of prosciutto and mozzarella, 5 beers and a few bottles of water, 7 central pizzas, 3 small plates of desserts, 45 euros per person. Poor service, old location.

reservierung ist empfehlenswert oder einfach früher kommen.
im juni ist das für paare noch unkompliziert. der patron hat alles im griff.
05/06/2025: Excelente ubicación... justo en el agua. Delicioso pescado fresco. Pedimos la yegua Crudo. El servicio era amable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

19/02/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant.
The food was terrible and not presented very nicely. I ordered pasta and salad and both were terrible. You can feel the attention to detail.
The staff was unfriendly.
I will definitely not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant.

18/12/2025: A particularly pleasant place, excellent food, top quality, 10-star ambiance, 10-star staff. Congratulations. We ate an antipasto, a lot of food, then the paccheri first course came. The girl who served us asked us if we wanted a second course. We gave up because we were already too full. Again, compliments for everything.

Many sophisticated appetizers. The pumpkin-based first and second courses were delicious. The homemade desserts were very good.
The service was attentive and fast.
The access from the road is unpaved, and rightly so; I'd cover a few potholes.
Enjoy your visit.
21/12/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at this agriturismo located in the heart of the Murgia. The service was impeccable and the dishes were top-quality. I'd give the chef a sixth star!

02/03/2026: We had a small appetizer (carpaccio and meatballs) and then moved on to the pizzas...what can I say? Excellent dough! Delicious!
The atmosphere was very refined and the service was attentive.

08/03/2026: What a lovely discovery!! Super cute place with friendly and helpful staff, and quick to take orders. There's even a seating area at the entrance where you can sit while waiting for your table!! The food was varied and really tasty!! We'll definitely be back.

09/02/2026: Well, guys, I ordered the Murgia: nonexistent stracciatella, tasteless caciotta, and wild boar ham that tasted more like the canned bresaola you buy at Eurospin. Even the size of the schiacciata was slightly disappointing. The atmosphere is classic butcher's shop. I can't go into detail about the service since I ordered takeout, but the guy at the counter was good, less so the woman who didn't exactly convey the utmost happiness.
A dinner I could have easily replicated at home for a fifth of the price, with even better products.
02/01/2026: I stumbled upon it last night by chance and was immediately greeted with a wonderful welcome. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Francesco, and his wife, and found them to be highly professional and passionate about their work. 06/01/2026: In this place, it seems as if time has stood still. Even the prices are stuck in the '80s. The food, the dishes, and the decor are impressive. You feel the passage of time, but the quality of the food and the personality of the place will stay with you, involving you in a high-quality culinary experience.
Don't come if you're looking for, or expecting, something chic. Here, you'll find it. The tradition and affection of old-fashioned owners...who, reluctantly, can't allow the present to trample on the past.
Delicious meat...We're in Sammichele, traditional first courses...excellent cured meats, comfortable location.
19/12/2025: The first course is excellent, especially the capunti with mushrooms, sausage and truffle cream.
