12/04/2026: Went here for dinner, and we had some delicious food. We ordered the pork shanks and the picanha skewer, and they both came served with potatoes. They were amazing, melt-in-your-mouth delicious and so well done. The service was also very good, the waiters were super friendly and nice. If you are in Locorotondo and would like something different than a typical Italian pizza/pasta dish - please do yourself a favor and go here!

23/04/2026: A charming atmosphere, but some concerns about the cleanliness of the air and the freshness of some of the ingredients. I've been following this place for a while and observed its move from its old location in Prestino to its current location on Via Carloni. The location has a remarkable aesthetic impact, somewhere between sophisticated and Parisian bohemian, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. The main issue with the location is ventilation. Despite the few tables occupied, the smell of cooked oil is pervasive from the moment you enter and becomes unbearable inside. It's a pungent odor that inevitably sticks to your skin, hair, and clothes, a sign of insufficient ventilation that compromises the enjoyment of the evening. Regarding the food, I've encountered several critical issues that negatively impact the quality-price ratio. Both in the appetizers (bresaola and mushrooms) and in some sauces, the oil used had a heavy, tired flavor, typical of a product that has been aged too long or is of less than excellent quality. This unpleasant flavor unfortunately dulled the dishes. In the cheese fondue, the texture was grainy and floury, an obvious technical flaw that made it difficult to consume, so much so that a good portion was left in the pot. As for the Chocolate and Fruit fondue, the sore point was the presentation. The fruit wasn't fresh; the grapes and strawberries had clearly been "chopped" to remove damaged parts, while the blackberries and raspberries were excessively soft and past their ideal ripeness. A presentation that didn't convey the attention one would expect. The beef and chicken Bourguignonne featured very irregular cuts. Although the meat was flavorful, the quantity for two people seemed underestimated, necessitating a supplement. In conclusion, the staff is extremely kind, courteous, and friendly, but the professionalism of the service doesn't make up for the shortcomings of the kitchen and the uncomfortable environment. For those curious to try it, I recommend not looking at the photos on the profile because most of them are of the old location. I didn't take any photos myself because the odor-filled environment wasn't inviting. The photos can at best help you understand the amount of meat served. Considering everything else, the portions aren't particularly generous. Finally, be aware that the bill is significant and isn't always supported by the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, it's an experience I won't repeat or recommend with any conviction.

22/05/2026: We've known this place for several years, and every time we come to Bari and find ourselves in the waterfront area near the Fiera del Levante and the port, stopping here has become almost a ritual. It's one of those simple yet authentic places that always makes you feel right at home, especially when you're craving something truly delicious, tastefully made, and unpretentious. Their specialty? It's hard to choose. From pizzas to panzerotti, everything is incredibly flavorful. The panzerotti in particular are spectacular... crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, generously filled, and with so many unique flavors you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere, leaving you spoiled for choice. As soon as they arrive hot at the table, with the aroma of freshly baked dough and gooey fillings, you're instantly hungry. The pizzas are also truly worth it... light, tasty, and made with ingredients that taste like quality. In all these years, we've never been disappointed, and that's a rare thing. The quality is consistently consistent, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices remain more than modest for what they offer. Finding a place where you can eat this well without spending a fortune is no easy feat these days. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and warm, with a simple, genuine welcome that makes you feel instantly at ease. The restaurant has a charming little dining room and a few tables outside. We often choose to sit outside, especially on nice days or in the evening, because it's pleasant to eat in the sea air and enjoy the view of the Bari waterfront while savoring their specialties. It's a casual place, free from luxury or pretentious appearances, but precisely for this reason, it's all the more authentic. A simple, genuine place where you go to eat well and leave satisfied. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Bari and looking for a truly memorable pizza or panzerotto.

15/06/2026: I visited this restaurant for a private event and the experience was excellent in every way. The location is elegant and refined, allowing us to enjoy a spectacular sunset. The staff is extremely professional, attentive to every need, and very helpful. The food is the icing on the cake: a true delight for the palate. I highly recommend it!

12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!

03/08/2026: I sent a WhatsApp message at 8:12 PM today (Monday) and received a reply stating that the restaurant was open (every evening from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 PM, closed on Sundays). When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I tried calling the number to no avail. My trip was wasted!!!
