14/02/2026: Today, Valentine's Day, we managed to come to La Bussola. We've already enjoyed all the good things it has to offer in a summer experience... but today we had the same emotions... the fish salad is highly recommended... and then the ultimate... spaghetti with shrimp and pistachios... sublime. Excellent pastiera and babà. Thanks to Sindy, friendly and professional at the same time. I recommend it to everyone.

01/02/2026: Positive experience, recommended restaurant. The bagna cauda was good, as were the Fassona steak tartare and veal with tuna sauce, as well as the dessert. The entire menu was good. It's a shame it was foggy; with nicer weather, we would have enjoyed the view of the surrounding hills. It'll be an excuse to return.

11/03/2026: Compliments to the kitchen, for a fair price you can eat in a place that lacks a star but the quality is even superior, I will return and I also recommend going out of the way to go there.

10/02/2026: Excellent Piedmontese restaurant. Tasting and à la carte menus, a few dishes but expertly executed and using excellent ingredients. Punctual and friendly service.

21/02/2026: A very charming place, in the true spirit of an inn, with good ingredients and generous portions. The battuta al taglio, the agnolotti, the tagliata: everything was truly excellent and served courteously and professionally. The option to purchase their agnolotti with roast sauce to cook at home is also a must-have; a real lifesaver. It's worth a visit!

15/02/2026: We went last night for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very quiet and familiar, and we were welcomed warmly and friendly. Excellent service, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Since it was Valentine's Day, the owner gave everyone a complimentary puff pastry heart filled with cream and decorated with strawberries...very good. The zuppa inglese was delicious. We'll be back!

11/03/2026: The reviews aren't truthful to me. We must have been having a bad day, but the vitello tonnato was tough and rubbery, and the sauce was tasteless. Don't serve it. The other dishes were nothing extraordinary. Truly disappointed. N.B. Given your response, I'd like to add that I was your guest for lunch; I didn't complain when I received the bill because I'll definitely never be your customer again. Look at all my reviews, and you'll surely notice that they're not all two stars! Disappointed by your response, as a true Piedmontese from the Langhe, I assure you that I know how to judge a good vitello tonnato. I held back, but now I'll add that your meat was also black and had sinew. See you again. P.S. You'll see, you'll get these kinds of criticisms again, which for a good host should be constructive. I'm not ashamed of what I wrote. Greetings .

10/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times using The Fork reservations and have always had a great experience, both with the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I had already decided to book for the end of March a month ago, again through The Fork with a 50% discount, and after some time I received an email saying that the restaurant couldn't guarantee my reservation for the day in question due to its closure for unexpected reasons. In fact, when I reopened the app, it was clear that the restaurant was still open, but had changed the discount percentage (from 50% to 20%) and, more importantly, no longer offered it for all times, but only for certain time slots. This would be correct if the restaurant had used this setting from the beginning, but changing things so suddenly, after a person/family had already booked for some time, shows me that the restaurant isn't very serious. If you can't manage these platforms, it would be better not to bother at all, or at least be consistent with the discounts and conditions from the start. It's a good restaurant, but I found it a bit of a letdown...

09/02/2026: We stopped for lunch during our visit to Cella Monte and had a great time. The local cuisine was simple and authentic, just what you'd expect in such a setting. Martina was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel immediately at ease. The infernot is truly unique and makes the experience even more special. A lovely place to stop after a stroll through the village.

01/02/2026: Nice place, friendly waitresses but not good value for money. Second course: Barbera sausage and cardoons: 4 pieces of sausage, the rest was all cardoons. Non-existent. Never again.

22/12/2025: This historic, family-run restaurant serves well-executed traditional Venetian cuisine and high-quality seasonal dishes, from rustic bigoli to cod with polenta, or the famous Galina Imbriaga (chicken cooked in red wine). The ingredients are carefully selected and the dishes are beautifully presented, with balanced portions and authentic flavors that reflect local tradition.

22/11/2025: Dinner with my mom and dad at this little restaurant in the Cortesi hills. The pizza is made with excellent customer service and is Neapolitan-style. The other dishes are very tempting, with unique combinations and excellent preparation. Average price: €23 per person.

07/02/2026: 5 stars aren't enough!!!! I highly recommend this establishment, especially the staff, and the Piedmontese specialties, which are truly worth a visit. This restaurant/hotel is absolutely worth a visit!
