17/02/2026: Exceptional restaurant! We ate on Valentine's Day with a special menu for €40, all-inclusive. Exceptional dishes, highly trained, helpful, and friendly staff. Traditional cuisine with an innovative twist. Excellent wines. Music and karaoke that engages the entire dining room without ever disturbing. A traditional restaurant with a unique twist. We'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: We went here for a family lunch and were impressed in every way. The quality of the food was truly excellent and, importantly, the value for money was excellent.
But what really made the difference was the welcome: the staff was incredibly kind and polite, demonstrating extraordinary patience. Even though we had two very agitated children with us who created quite a bit of chaos, the staff remained courteous and smiling the entire time, making us feel completely at ease. A heartfelt thank you for the wonderful hospitality; we'll definitely be back soon!
01/03/2026: We were welcomed with our three dogs for a couples dinner. The dining room was beautiful and very pleasant, despite being full. The distance between the tables created a private atmosphere. The menu was typical Piedmontese, with a choice of tasting menus and à la carte dishes.
Delicious dishes with fresh, well-balanced ingredients. The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, honey, and hazelnuts were amazing.
Excellent service, kind and courteous.
The local wine was excellent, with a lovely, appealing bottle.
Excellent value for money.

I absolutely recommend the rosemary panna cotta with mulled wine reduction—truly spectacular!

SERVICE, 10 (friendly, friendly, and fast, but only if you're in a hurry! All dishes can also be ordered for takeout!)

10/02/2026: The service was great, and the food was okay overall. Unfortunately, as a steak lover, I was surprised to receive a breaded steak. It might have been my mistake, even though I had ordered a medium-rare steak. I still wasn't informed that it was a breaded steak, meaning it wasn't medium at all, but rather raw in the center. The ambiance, however, was great.

22/02/2026: I've been there a couple of times for lunch during the week. On weekdays, they offer a good fixed-price lunch menu for €15, which includes a first course, second course with side dish, dessert, water, wine, and coffee. The place was packed, and many tables had to make a double-take. Friendly staff and prompt service.
I tried lasagna with seafood ragù, baked pork ribs, tongue with greens, and an excellent chocolate square.

10/10/2025: For work, my colleagues and I always have lunch at Ventaglio. We're very satisfied. The food is good, and the selections are different every day, so you rarely get the same dishes again. The staff is always smiling and attentive. If I had to be picky and say something negative, it's just that one of the two dining rooms doesn't have good phone reception.
