09/03/2025: Overall nice location, but cold! At times smart staff, young approach. The staff does not recommend dishes they are proud of or flagships. Food ok, no praise. Side dishes rich in butter, perhaps too much. Desserts with a "cheap" appearance, the concept of "with caramel" or "with chocolate" is practically made from chemical sauces, probably from the supermarket. Ok for mass or impromptu dinners/lunches, where you don't have many demands. If you are looking for care, quality and attention... better to go elsewhere!

20/01/2025: Ci sono stata per cena una domenica sera e son rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il locale è molto bello e curato, i piatti tutti buonissimi e il personale gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per ammirare il paesaggio e mangiare eventualmente negli spazi esterni.

28/02/2025: I'll make a premise: I don't live in Casale. I am a person who often visits Piedmont and has been hanging out in Monferrato for some time. This restaurant represents an alternative that respects Piedmontese tradition and hospitality. The menu changes periodically and the boys and girls are kind and nice in their approach. 02/02/2025: Oggi siamo stati a pranzo presso questo ristorante situato a Cartosio, appartenente al circuito delle "Premiate Trattorie Italiane". Locale elegante e sobrio allo stesso tempo, molto ordinato, dove si respira un aria di tranquillità e pacatezza. Il titolare e lo staff molto premurosi e cortesi. Materie prime semplici ma di grande qualità, il tutto cotto al momento sulla stufa a legna. Carta dei vini molto fornita sia con bottiglie dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo che grandi etichette dal costo importante. Noi abbiamo scelto un ottimo Barbera "Monleale" 2015 dell'Azienda Vigneti Massa di Monleale (AL) che ben si è abbinato alle pietanze assaporate. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto che abbiamo condiviso in tre, comprendente insalata russa, acciughe al verde, una ratatouille, salame e frittata di cipolle, tutto molto buono. Abbiamo proseguito con taglierini al ragù per due e dei maltagliati di farina di farro con carciofi e guanciale, entrambi squisiti! Inoltre abbiamo preso anche il pollo alla cacciatora per due davvero valido. Infine i dolci (elencati a voce), abbiamo scelto il gelato all'arancia per due e un semifreddo allo zabajone. Un'acqua e tre caffè per un conto finale di 182 Euro in tre, da ritenersi corretto per la bontà dei piatti assaporati e le materie prime utilizzate, anche se il costo di alcuni di essi (in particolare il secondo e uno dei dolci) è un po' alto se rapportato alla porzione servita. Nota di merito: non si paga il coperto. Locale consigliato, ritorneremo!

03/03/2025: Let me start by saying that it is not the first time we have gone there and we have always found excellent quality/price. Good seafood salad and the right quantity, fisherman risotto, an absolute disappointment because it was overcooked, some forkfuls tasted burnt (probably the chef, busy with so many orders, forgot it) and you could only taste the flavor of the tomato sauce and/or water. Not very abundant fried but if good it's fine it seemed too greasy and not very crunchy. The staff always friendly. The two of us spent €85.00, we had 1 starter, 2 risottos, 1 fried dish, 2 sorbets, 1/2 liter of bulk wine and a bottle of filtered water.

I want to share our experience in this beautiful restaurant in San Maurizio di Conzano, we celebrated our wedding at the Terre Rosse, the maximum availability of the owner Stefano made sure that everything came out as we had expected, excellent quality food and menu, excellent service! 16/02/2025: Nice place with interesting decorations and objects to adorn minimal furnishings. The food is good and well presented, the menu can only be viewed with a QR code, and this is a bit penalizing for those who are not very technological. The cuisine leans towards the sea, and for those who love land cuisine there is a bit little, however everything we tried was good and well presented. I would have preferred a little more attentive service, and also to spend a little less, but since it's almost all fish, that's fine. I didn't have a bad meal, I'm happy to have tried it, and I can even go back if necessary, but I haven't left my heart there.

24/02/2025: Contemporary pizzeria, you can choose whether pizza with a high or low edge, very good and not heavy dough, very seasoned pizza with quality ingredients. The only flaw may be that the pizza, at least the one with the thin edge, is a little small. I also had the farinata, which was also very good and the dessert was also excellent. 08/02/2025: Belin!!! I'm not crazy about pizza in general, but here with a simple capricciosa I was able to enjoy an apotheosis of flavours, from artichoke to pepper, all of excellent choice and quality. I'm amazed, well done!
