25/03/2026: Birthday dinner, a truly unique venue, very beautiful, just like an old monastery, with meticulously maintained interiors. Special praise for the quality of the offerings; every dish I tasted was paired and cooked to perfection. I have to rate the service in two ways: the "main" waiters, those who took the menu and wine orders, I found somewhat aloof and rushed, while the two "service" waiters, those who brought the bread and condiments and cleared the table, were attentive and helpful. In any case, I'd say the quality/price ratio was fair.

11/03/2026: Quality food and excellent location, pay attention to the wine alcohol content, the Barbera Superiore Azienda Agricola Liedholm is 16.5%... too much for a meal... it gave me a headache.

20/02/2026: For a Sunday stroll, we parked on this street while searching for somewhere to eat. We realized we'd parked in front of Trattoria I Galli... OK, we're here, let's go in and eat... a really beautiful, clean place with very kind and friendly staff. They made us feel at home and pampered at the same time. The menu isn't over-the-top, but the over-the-top quality is the flavor, I'd say superlative, at a fair price. The icing on the cake is the mocha served at the table, just like my grandmother used to make.

23/02/2026: Soleluna's pizza is a pizza from another era. When you eat it, you can taste the benefits of the long leavening process, the top-quality flours, and Cristian's impeccable handcrafting. These are all aspects that allow you to taste how crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the pizza is. The top-quality ingredients do the rest. I personally had a pizza with spicy salami and gorgonzola (I know... it's not a protected category... but it passed the test with flying colors). The pizza is so good! Excellent beers accompany it, and homemade desserts like meringue, cheesecake, panna cotta, and traditional cakes complete the picture. That's not all: the service is punctual, attentive but never intrusive; Tushal knows how to be discreet and genuinely helpful. The enthusiasm and professionalism of Maria, who welcomed us upon arrival, only makes our return even closer. I can't wait to eat some real pizza again! Thanks to all the staff. See you soon! 22/02/2026: Piedmont is a region where eating well is easy, but this restaurant is truly sublime. The cuisine, largely classic Piedmontese, is top-notch in terms of authenticity, quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. The wine list is commendable, and, last but not least, the staff is exceptional in their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness, making you feel at home in this historic location, in the heart of a beautiful town. Prices perfectly match the quality of the food and service.

27/12/2025: The high-quality bread already showed the restaurant's attention to detail, but the complimentary delicate appetizers were a pleasant surprise! The salted cod appetizer with its sauce was delicious. The main course, the assorted poached beef, was served with a pot of broth, and the attentive waitress proactively asked if we needed small bowls and spoons to enjoy the broth. A small dessert platter was even provided after the meal. Overall, the dining experience and the friendly service deserve full marks. Highly recommended! Perfect dining experience, the food was perfect and the service was amazing!

The staff is ready to listen to your requests and offer recommendations based on your personal tastes. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; it's simply breathtaking.
