The food is really good, a varied and always updated menu, excellent homemade starter, excellent first courses, I tried the scallop ravioli, delicious I highly recommend the fried fish, fragrant and not greasy. For desserts all good but.. The peach cheesecake is amazing...... Must try... I highly recommend..

12/11/2025: Excellent restaurant serving Piedmontese dishes. New management by young, enthusiastic people. The wait staff is attentive and the chef chats with you. The trio of appetizers (ravioli and tagliata) are excellent. The Barbera is reasonably priced. Parking is available near Piazza della Libertà. We'll definitely be back.

23/10/2025: I visited the property for lunch but I had the opportunity to see the rooms and the enormous work they do to create a high-level farmhouse, with excellent food and service in a truly beautiful setting.

15/10/2025: This is a review of the restaurant only, as we were not guests of hotel. I dined here with a group of friends on the last day of our Italy trip. We saved the best for last. We pulled into the parking lot at sunset, so our evening started with spectacular views. We were welcomed warmly, and enjoyed the relaxed pace of the service. The menu featured simple ingredients with a creative and delicious twist. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the rabbit needs a special mention. It was by far the most delicious rabbit dish I have ever tasted. We were fortunate enough to meet the proprietors, and we were made to feel like family. This special evening will become a core memory.

11/10/2025: Just over an hour away from Milan and 35min from Genova you can feel like the busy life is planets away. This gem of a hotel is super comfortable, the spa is great, the pool is nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. As if that wasn’t enough, the restaurant is a gem in and of itself too.

20/09/2025: Just steps from the Bollente fountain, with tables right on the piazza in the summer. A good selection of Piedmontese dishes and more. A good choice for avoiding touristy spots.

12/09/2025: Excellent experience. We were passing through Acqui Terme on our way back from vacation and ended our meal on a high note at this restaurant in the town's main square. Everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

09/11/2025: We had lunch on a Saturday at this beautiful place! The tasting menu was greatly appreciated by the entire table and gave us the chance to try every dish on the menu! The starters were all delicious, I couldn't choose one in particular... the woman who looked after us was excellent at giving us advice, very kind and professional... a place definitely worth trying! The dishes offered are of remarkable quality, with fresh ingredients and recipes that celebrate the traditions of Monferrato. I found the appetizers particularly carefully crafted, but the real highlight is the cuisine, with excellent dishes that remain faithful to the rich local tradition. The typical Monferrato dishes, such as agnolotti, are highly recommended. The wine selection is another of the restaurant's strong points. The cellar is well-stocked, offering a wide selection of labels, perfect for accompanying every course. The fine wine I chose enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic experience complete and satisfying. The interior is very beautiful and refined, a blend of elegance and rusticity that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If possible, the experience is further enhanced by the opportunity to visit the family's Infernot, an immersion in the history and culture of the area. 24/10/2025: My first time at this restaurant. Excellent dinner with local and authentic dishes. Memories of dishes we hadn't tasted in years, today, revisited with the same goodness and tradition. We split each dish in half to enjoy more, finishing each dish with a healthy mop of bread. The house wine by the glass was also good. The standout dish was definitely the Piedmontese snails (delicious), the fresh tartare, seasoned just right—it was a shame to eat the last bite, I would have gladly had more. The fried frogs, a treat I hadn't had in decades. They were delicious, the only small flaw being a bit too much bread in the breading, but they were still tasty and fun to eat. To finish the meal, we had a warm tomino cheese with honey and chestnuts. A great compromise for dessert, which we passed on due to lack of room. The place is very modern, cute, and clean (service included), which is not a given in a trattoria. In short, we can only say thank you to everyone and, for sure, we'll see you soon. Keep it up, you're the best 🤗🥂 The entire staff was so welcoming, we had a great time and felt at ease... it was like we were regulars. It's definitely become our favorite place for future dinners. 22/08/2025: A very nice, authentic restaurant with a large garden and parking. We had eggplant, two pasta dishes, and tiramisu. We absolutely loved it. The service was excellent and very friendly. We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was no problem. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: The place is large, welcoming, and quaint. We had to wait quite a while for the first course, after the appetizers, but there were plenty of customers to serve. In any case, the dishes were very good, the atmosphere was unique, and the garden was beautiful.

16/11/2025: Inside a farmhouse, a beautiful dining room, presumably converted from the stables, with a large fireplace in the center. Extremely friendly staff. Meat cooked on the grill, incredibly tender, served with vegetables cooked directly with the meat. Raclette pan served with brazier potatoes and bresaola. Sauces. Everything was delicious. Fillet steak with gorgonzola, roast potatoes and carrots. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and tagliatelle with braised beef in Barolo sauce. Potato, beetroot, and gorgonzola gnocchi. Everything was mouth-watering. Two bottles of Barbera, two bottles of water, two desserts, a sorbet, two coffees, and a bitter liqueur. For four of us, we spent €205.00. We'll definitely be back.
