12/03/2025: Excellent catering initiative also of a social nature in a simple environment and immersed in the greenery of the gardens in the neighborhood of the same name. Good choice of dishes. From appetizers to dessert, everything excellent including the value for money. Open only for lunch and closed on Sundays. For events and ceremonies it is possible to make different arrangements. Given the large presence especially for business lunches it is better to book. Recommended.

12/03/2025: Everything was excellent and plentiful, the staff was extraordinarily multi-ethnic and kind, the service was impeccable. The place is very nice and clean. The prices were super honest. The food was absolutely delicious...we will definitely be back

10/02/2025: Very nice place, fast service, very kind and helpful guys. Spectacular pizza, soft and digestible dough and quality ingredients! The desserts were also fantastic (tried the cake and tiramisu). What can I say, I vote ten. PS they speak English as well, it's a plus for me :)

03/03/2025: It is one of the most historic restaurants in Casale Monferrato, a very nice well-kept environment, they are attentive to the customer. Excellent dishes. The owner is very knowledgeable, I would like to say an excellent chef. You are fantastic.

02/03/2025: I finally managed to book a table for three weeks, by calling one morning four days before a Sunday in February for lunch. Happy, I arrive at the place and find myself sitting down with my two guests at a table in the corner near the entrance door (continuously open and left ajar and so I had to get up three times and my guest once to close it otherwise he would get cold). Oh well, patience. I have nothing to complain about the service: all the young guys dedicated to table service were all prompt, fast and above all very kind. The bread basket with loose breadsticks and different types of bread, all delicious, was quickly replaced several times with a full one. The variety of the excellent wine list at fair prices. The à la carte menu has few things, but definitely cooked very well. The problem? The portions. There were three of us and we ordered a mixed platter of cold cuts to start and then I ordered a plate of tagliatelle and my two lunch companions two second courses of cheek with a side of potatoes already included in the dish. What has arrived? A cutting board with four slices of salami, four slices of coppa, four slices of raw ham and two types of cheese in four small, really small, rations... but weren't there three of us?... Oh well. My plate of pappardelle was ok, not abundant, not poor, but the two cheeks of my two companions were really few, good yes but really a small quantity with four touches of baked potatoes... even a little dry! The price? Too high for the given portions. We are not truckers who want a lot for little money, but I recognize when what I pay is too much for what I get on my plate. My two companions ordered the same dish a second time because they were still hungry. Alright. The sweets? Small portions but very good. No lactose-free dessert unfortunately, so my guest didn't get it. Now, for what we paid, for what we consumed and the room that remained the same as thirty years ago, where I spent my afternoons as a girl, it seems a bit presumptuous and expensive to me. I don't think I'll go again. I wanted to try it and I wasn't happy about the price, but only about that. There's no question about the quality, excellent. Sin.

18/02/2025: Locale tranquillo accogliente con personale familiare e professionale. Antipasto battuta di Fassona freschissimo, affumicato di angus ancora meglio. Primi delicati buonissimi e direi anche porzioni generose che non ti lasciano la fame e il pentimento di esserti seduto. Dalla Toscana quando ripasseremo dall'autostrada sicuramente al casello usciremo per concederci un'altra sosta pranzo. Un buon vino rosso della casa. Prezzo onesto

02/03/2025: Non ci siamo per niente, purtroppo. Mi aspettavo, date anche le recensioni, molto di più e bisgna dare al cliente molto di più e non basta la simpatia della cameriera. Ma come si fanno a spacciare normali spaghetti per tagliolini al sugo di lepre o, peggio, per vitello tonnato fettine di carne aggiustate, in maniera discutibile, con maionese.... Migliorare e di corsa, ci vuole poco ma serve un atto di coscienza professionale. Un giorno ringrazierete questo consiglio (la critica sarebbe improduttiva).

26/02/2025: We went to this place for the first time today for lunch....we were in Acqui for a health exam and didn't know where to go for lunch because we are from SV, we relied and trusted Google....well what can I say...very nice and welcoming place...owners excellent people...good food and wine 🍷 good....from the starter to the dessert everything was good...I highly recommend it...😊😊

21/02/2025: Real restaurant, which has an excellent quality/price ratio, the owners are kind and always available. Farinata and bagna cauda are my favorite dishes, but I repeat you still eat well in an environment that makes you feel at home.

18/11/2024: Location fantastica, vista stupenda e servizio al tavolo ottimo. Perfetto per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Tuttavia, siamo rimasti delusi dalla qualità del cibo (abbiamo preso il menù degustazione). Gli ingredienti erano ottimi e di prima qualità ma, per gusto personale, nessun piatto ci ha fatto esclamare “wow” ma erano tutti “ok”. In aggiunta a fronte di un conto oneroso (221 euro in due) sono rimasto stupito che non sia stato arrotondato a 220: chiedere l’euro aggiuntivo su un conto del genere mi è sembrato un po’ ridicolo

17/03/2025: Family-run restaurant with a welcoming and informal atmosphere. The prices are fair and the portions generous. For dinner with my partner, we ordered the mixed starters which I highly recommend, the pansoti with walnut sauce and the braised cheek which was really soft and tasty. Absolutely recommended

16/03/2025: I discovered this restaurant and I was very satisfied, the place is familiar and welcoming, the food is very good with a local menu and cooked with care, the staff is very kind and attentive to customer care, I definitely recommend it for those who want to eat traditional dishes.

24/03/2025: I stopped by chance, during a motorbike ride. Characteristic place in the Piedmontese Langhe. At midday, a fixed price menu at 10 euros with a first course chosen between 7/8, a second course chosen between 4/5, a side dish between 4/5, water and coffee. Even the prices on the à la carte menu seem good to me. The pizza menu seems interesting to me. I had a good time, if I pass through these parts again, I will definitely stop
