02/06/2026: We ate well, and overall it was a great experience. The staff is very polite, helpful, and attentive.
The fresh homemade pasta, prepared with seasonal ingredients that showcase the local flavors, is a highlight. The wine is also excellent, well-selected and a perfect accompaniment to the dishes. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, although we didn't find anything that truly made us say "wow."
The menu is a fixed price, and while the quality is good, the prices are a bit high. Service was perhaps a little slow, but that didn't detract from the experience. The restaurant is rustic and quaint. Overall, a restaurant worth trying.

Top-notch food. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a few days in the mountains and the countryside.
02/08/2026: Homemade food, nothing special.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of the 1960s. Friendly staff.
Unfortunately, our rating for the atmosphere is low due to the excessive noise. I couldn't even talk to my husband because of the noise from two less-than-polite groups.
The service was too long: an appetizer, a first course, and a coffee (from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM) were too long.

La Baita. Ristorante Albergo

05/08/2025: Bellissima baita a conduzione famigliare, immersa nella natura, perfetta per un'evasione totale dalla "logoria della vita moderna".
Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo potuto vivere un paio di giorni di pace totale e ci siamo goduti le leccornie della cucina.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuole una fuga romantica oppure per chi vuole un posto bello e confortevole per andare a fare ogni sorta di attività nella natura circostante.
29/04/2025: Il locale si trova a salogni, una località della val curone molto fuori mano, l’ambiente è molto caratteristico e ben curato, il servizio è fatto dai proprietari e il cibo abbastanza ordinario, nessun piatto mi ha colpito, a parte i salumi molto buoni e stagionati al punto giusto. Dolci dozzinali.

05/06/2024: Il miglior cibo, il migliore qualità, il miglior servizio per ogni cliente. Questa è la nostra opinione in tutti gli anni in cui abbiamo frequentato questo posto, nulla è cambiato. E le certezze sono rare di questi tempi, Bracco è una certezza!

03/05/2025: Che meraviglia riassaporare i cibi fatti in casa le tagliatelle, il coniglio come lo faceva la mia nonna e la lonza al latte che si scoglie in bocca...famiglia gentilissima e prezzi onesti!! Alla prossima occasione torneremo sicuramente!
