They're beautifully filled, unlike many other places that only put the filling near the edges so the customer can see it. The dishes are well-prepared and tasty. Service is fairly quick, with young, professional waiters. The wine list is extensive. Prices are fair.

12/05/2026: This exceptional restaurant, nestled in a peaceful setting, boasts a terrace overlooking the cloister of a former abbey. The service is outstanding and the value for money is excellent.

03/05/2026: A charming place on the first floor, in the loggia next to the cathedral. Excellent menu, both fixed and à la carte, at fair prices and very good dishes. Eight of us tried the house appetizer, plin, roast beef, veal with tuna sauce, and rabbit. All the dishes were inviting, flavorful, and delicious! The entire service was accompanied by an appetizer or welcome drink and a sampling of sweet treats after coffee. For our sweet guests, we tried the coffee millefeuille. Everything was delicious!

06/04/2026: We tried the mixed appetizers, first courses, and dessert. The staff was friendly, but the tartare had some black spots, and the tortellini were a bit salty and overcooked. The robiola cream was beautifully presented, and the brachetto jam with the aged robiola was appreciated. We expected a few more traditional Piedmontese dishes and even more flavor. Overall, it was acceptable, but not enough to make us return. For €60 for two, you could do better.

The farinata is simply amazing, one of the best we've ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with that perfect flavor that makes you say, "I'd have another in a heartbeat." It's so good you'll never tire of it; it's truly irresistible. The pizza is on another level: thin and incredibly light dough, cooked to perfection. You eat a whole one and feel like you've barely eaten anything; a unique and pleasant lightness that leaves you satisfied but not weighed down. It's a pizza you never tire of, with quality ingredients and an authentic flavor that shines through in every bite. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, making you feel at home, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for everyone, whether for a romantic evening or with friends. If you love authentic Genoese (or Ligurian) pizza, made properly, this is the place to be. We'll be back very soon! Also because we travel 60 km each time to come and we're happy with the whole trip, both there and back 🥳⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
