05/04/2026: It's definitely the best sandwich shop in Rome! The flavors are so varied, both classic and creative, that you'll be spoiled for choice. They're beautifully filled, unlike many other places that only put the filling near the edges so the customer can see it. Top-quality ingredients, all at a good price and topped off with friendly service, always with a smile!

21/07/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant in the summer for several years now (my mother is from Orsara Bormida), so my review is based on at least 10 lunches/dinners. The atmosphere is always well-maintained and refined, and has improved over the years; the outdoor area is very beautiful. Excellent and professional service: all the wait staff are truly professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers...a heartfelt thank you to everyone! The food is always excellent, rightly showcasing local specialties. If I could offer a piece of advice as a customer (I'm certainly not a chef), I'd try to make the stuffed pasta dishes (ravioli, agnolotti, and plin) more flavorful by offering them with more flavorful sauces or by modifying the filling (which, to my taste, is a bit too delicate). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I return? Absolutely, as I have done in recent years!

08/07/2026: Very welcoming place. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The typical Piedmontese food was delicious, with a special mention for the braised beef, which melted in your mouth! A pleasant discovery.

13/07/2026: Even though the tables are on the street and can be overlooked, if you step inside the small restaurant, you'll be greeted by the authentic aromas of Piedmontese cuisine. This is what made us stop... and thankfully so. The food was sublime, from appetizer to dessert. Service was slow, but worth the wait... it was a delightful surprise. Congratulations.

12/05/2026: This exceptional restaurant, nestled in a peaceful setting, boasts a terrace overlooking the cloister of a former abbey. The service is outstanding and the value for money is excellent.

03/05/2026: A charming place on the first floor, in the loggia next to the cathedral. Excellent menu, both fixed and à la carte, at fair prices and very good dishes. Eight of us tried the house appetizer, plin, roast beef, veal with tuna sauce, and rabbit. All the dishes were inviting, flavorful, and delicious! The entire service was accompanied by an appetizer or welcome drink and a sampling of sweet treats after coffee. For our sweet guests, we tried the coffee millefeuille. Everything was delicious!

05/08/2026: I ate here with my girlfriend last week. It was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner was engaging, and the food was delicious for a fair price. Be sure to let them pour the wine themselves. You won't be disappointed. In the autumn/winter, the interior is also beautiful. So we will definitely be back.

03/06/2026: A small trattoria in the center of Acqui, run by a charming couple, offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, ideal for enjoying excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The owners offer contemporary dishes without compromising tradition. From Dolcetto to Barolo, the wine selection is excellent, and in this region blessed by Bacchus, they certainly don't need much evaluation. In short, eating here, especially considering the more than reasonable price, is an experience definitely worth the effort. I personally can't wait to return.

12/07/2026: Found through reviews. We had a great time, welcomed warmly, and served promptly. The anchovies in green sauce with butter were delicious and very tasty. The farinata was very good. Each place has its own specialty: this one is crispy and well-cooked on top, and softer on the bottom.
