22/08/2024: Nice place in the heart of the medieval village of Bolsena, with colorful tables and chairs along the street. Even inside the place is very pleasant to the eye. Impeccable service, very friendly, attentive, fast. In 10 people, 3 of which were children, we were able to taste pici seasoned in different ways, amatriciana, carbonara and with saffron, onion, courgettes, cherry tomatoes and bacon. All very good. The roasted suckling pig and lamb and both cooked and grilled vegetables are also excellent. Promoted and recommended!

15/07/2024: The food is excellent, the service very attentive and the environment conveys immediate relaxation, thanks to the few seats and the possibility of eating under an olive tree with the sun setting behind you. Fair prices for the quality of meat offered and flavors that you don't taste every day. We will definitely be back

20/08/2024: Les pizzas ici sont délicieuses, je vous recommande la Bufalina, la pâte est fait maison et les pizzas sont servis avec une pâte fine et croustillante grâce à sa cuisson au four. Le rapport qualité/prix est super, car vous en avez pour 7/8€ pour la grande pizza ! Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant pour une restauration rapide, simple, bonne, maison et économique ! Les burgers n’étaient pas maison et la viande sûrement surgelé, mais ce sont surtout les pizzas qui importent ici.

30/07/2024: Quiet place in the Cure di Vetralla area. The starter was affordable but the first course and the fried food honestly didn't satisfy me at all. Especially the mixed fried squid that were undercooked and hard seemed to be made of rubber, therefore their freshness leaves serious doubts. Medium-high prices.....

31/08/2024: In the countryside between Soriano nel Cimino and Bassano in Teverina I ate a pizza alla pala with friends. The structure is large with internal rooms and outdoor tables with a large well-kept garden. Good pizza and excellent value for money. In a time when many restaurants have increased their prices, there are still nice and well-priced places like this one, fortunately!

And what makes the difference between a good restaurant and an excellent one is also the owner's kindness, competence and attention to the customer... Exquisite and "attentive" person... 14/07/2024: Vado spesso. L'accoglienza la fa da padrona. Il titolare è maestro delle buone maniere. I piatti curati e sempre eccellenti. Vini di qualità. E' sempre una pausa di gusto e di relax.

10/07/2024: Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante per una cena super improvvisata dell'ultimo secondo con mio marito e mia figlia di 3 anni. Facilmente raggiungibile; personale gentilissimo, simpaticissimo e super cordiale. Mio marito ha ordinato un primo e un secondo, io un secondo con contorno e per mia figlia una pasta al pomodoro. Mia figlia si è spazzolata tutto il piatto (e non è una mangiona), io ho preso il coscio di anatra (che non avevo mai mangiato) ed era superbo. Anche i piatti di mio marito erano buonissimi. In più mio marito e mia figlia hanno preso lui una Seadas e lei il gelato. I dolci fatti da loro ATOMICI (io sono stata in Sardegna e la Seadas che ho mangiato al ristorante era più buona). Hanno anche una bella scelta di carni di alta qualita. Prezzo giusto per la qualità che ci è stata data. Ci tornerò di sicuro

28/08/2024: Excellent place but above all excellent pizza. If you are looking for thin, crunchy pizza that melts in your mouth 👄 this place is for you. And I would also add that the condiments are of excellent quality! But do we want to talk about the tomato? The basis of almost all stuffed pizzas: from margherita to diavola or napoli, the tomato 🍅 of Avalon pizzas can't be beat! Tasty, fragrant, unique! In Tuscia there is no other place better than this if you are a 🍕 addict! It goes without saying that beer goes well with pizza, and what beer! Excellent Guiness, as is the service, the location and the staff who are always courteous and smiling. Well done everyone!

27/07/2024: We had dinner at the restaurant this evening. €75 per couple for eating the following menu: a bruschetta with Conad-style stracciatella and cherry tomatoes. Paté without spices. Half a kilo steak that didn't even have the bone to weigh such tare, two skewers of low quality meat. Two boiled potatoes €14, referred to on the menu as “roasted potatoes”. Truly without comment; only the wine that was not of their production was good
