31/08/2025: We were really satisfied! The pizza was excellent, well-topped and plentiful, just how we like it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly, we immediately felt at ease. The beer selection is also excellent, perfect to accompany the pizzas. A place where you eat well and where we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: Excellent food: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant/trattoria for a few years, and my expectations were fully met. The first courses, in particular, were delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful (pappardelle with wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms). I'll be back!

26/08/2025: Dinner with a group of friends. I tried the beef tartare, the pappardelle with hare, the linguine with anchovies and butter, and the tagliata with green peppercorns. I found every dish delicious, both in flavor and artfully presented. The portions were also adequate. It's definitely not a cheap place, but the quality is high.

The products and preparations are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality and delicacy. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begin with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminate in the perfection of evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the raw materials of the highest quality. The technique is a comprehensive and expert demonstration of knowledge of Umbrian local products. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors. Secondary elements are never used to overwhelm the main ingredient but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish one flavor from another. 05/09/2025: We had lunch here on a Friday. They don't serve pizza at lunch, but that didn't matter to us! Exceptional cacio e pepe and pasta with spicy sauce! Everything was made to order. With excellent ingredients! While we were having lunch, the delivery man arrived with porcini mushrooms, which were amazing! More than reasonable prices. Generous portions!! Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: La Torre di Lavello surprised us with a refined menu and perfectly executed recipes. Among other dishes, we tried duck breast with prunes, beef tournedos, sliced ​​beef with arugula and parmesan, cod pie, and sautéed chicory. The setting is decidedly beautiful outside, on the quiet terrace in the city center, surrounded by plants, but less so inside (it's cozy but a bit anonymous). The service is courteous and quick.

16/08/2025: If you're looking for a good breakfast, you can stop by with your eyes closed. Full of specialties, the filled croissants are to die for. A little extra, a selection of local wines and beers are available for purchase inside.

26/07/2025: Very nice and welcoming location, fresh and quality food, kind and professional staff, finally clean toilets. The only flaw is the inconvenience even for the disabled, going up and down the many stairs.

17/08/2025: After strolling through the winding alleys of Bagnoregio, we let ourselves be guided to Alma Civita, and there a little magic began. Seated inside a charming ancient cave, we breathed in an intimate, almost timeless atmosphere. Every dish brought to the table was an embrace of authentic flavors: the cured meats, the potatoes, the meat, the wine... everything spoke of tradition and love for the land. Then Alessandra arrived, with her smile and her stories: in just a few moments, she gave us the true soul of Bagnoregio, intertwining childhood memories and the history of a place carefully guarded by her parents. Her words made lunch an experience that went beyond simply eating: it was like experiencing a fragment of life in the suspended city. Thanks to her and her thoughtful and special staff, Alma Civita is more than just a restaurant: it is a journey into the heart, memory, and beauty. 07/09/2025: For us, this is a magical place: the relaxing atmosphere in Sutri's main square between the clock and the fountain, the ever-smiling and friendly welcome, the attentive and caring service, the occasional joke, and it's magic. To top it all off, the food! We've been to La Sfera D'Oro three times and always had a wonderful meal. Today we tried fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and tagliata with porcini mushrooms: sublime! Homemade wine donuts, with a bonus of their homemade tozzetti, made with local hazelnuts. Wonderful! We'll be back soon and thank all the staff! P.S.: excellent value for money.

14/07/2025: Wonderful experience: we found it by chance in the area at lunchtime, recommended by the bartender in the square. Excellent cuisine, everything top-quality and made with care. The delicious service shows the passion of five women who work to make you feel at home! Thank you so much, ladies 🙏🏻👏

05/07/2025: Soggiornato in mezza pensione, ristorante buono anche se il menù proposto (20€ +40 la stanza) era con scarsissima scelta. Le pietanze del menù alla carta erano di gran lunga migliori rispetto a quelle a noi proposte. Stanze senza aria condizionata, non calde per fortuna ma nemmeno lontanamente fresche come ci avevano detto,dotate di ventilatore. Se ci fossero state le zanzariere forse il soggiorno sarebbe stato più gradevole. No colazione (normale per un affittacamere) ma nemmeno una convenzione con i bar di zona. In conclusione visto il prezzo, non mi sarei mai lamentato ma conoscendo bene la zona perché ci capitiamo molto spesso per lavoro,a quel prezzo (anzi anche qualcosina in meno) senza fare nomi ,si trova di molto meglio, sia nel paesino stesso che a pochissimi km. Tra le 50 e le 70/80€ a voler esagerare, c'è molta scelta. Peccato perché il posto era carino.

22/08/2025: We came here just for dessert, on the recommendation of our Airbnb host in Viterbo. The ambiance outside was cozy and inviting, perfect for lingering over something sweet. We tried a creamy dessert layered over a moist plum rum cake at the bottom- delicious. Another favorite was the raspberry and cherry dessert topped with hazelnuts and chocolate crumbles, a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Both were excellent. The only downside was that it took quite a long time for us to place our order. That said, once the desserts arrived, they were well worth the wait. I also couldn't help but notice the other dishes coming out to nearby tables- they all looked wonderful. Next time, I'd definitely come for a full meal too.

15/08/2025: A welcoming restaurant both inside and out, with excellent dishes prepared with the finest ingredients! Homemade tagliolini with truffles.....low-temperature cooked Cinta Senese pork belly....bread and desserts rigorously prepared with selected niche flours....everything excellent! Leonardo, the attentive and friendly staff, is able to interpret your tastes and offer appropriate advice!! Highly recommended!!

01/09/2025: Welcoming and informal atmosphere. Traditional dishes of excellent quality. The location is a bit off the beaten path, even though it's just a few dozen meters from the Papal Palace. I strongly recommend exploring it. Competitive prices. Parking is limited, about 100-200 meters away.

13/07/2025: If you're looking for a place nearby to eat excellent meat, Bistecchiera Ponziani is definitely a good choice. It's a shame about the rest: the dessert (millefoglie) wasn't up to par with the other dishes, and the atmosphere wasn't exactly the best. Friendly and courteous service.
