27/04/2026: Fabulous. Food? Organic and worth it. Cycling? Start right from the dirt road outside the house. You arrive tired and hungry after the Via Francigena... and they welcome you with a smile, a hot shower, and the scent of homemade cake. The rooms smell of wood and lavender and are very clean... the silence is so intense you can hear the crickets chirping overtime. Dinner is delicious with natural food: even the meat is from their small, all-organic farm, and the eggs are from free-range hens.
