17/07/2025: We ate there once in the restaurant and then returned to the pizzaria before closing. It was delightful watching the chef make the pizza and he graciously answered questions and allowed a guest to see the oven. That was an experience we won't forget along with the aroma of the Margherita pizza and creamy but not too sweet tiramisu.

16/07/2025: Went here and ordered some seafood pasta that was amazing. The waiter made a few small errors but corrected himself.

10/07/2025: Excellent dinner, featuring typical products cooked to order. The lamb was fantastic, as were the desserts. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: Una splendida posizione, all'aperto in una piazzetta vicina alla piazza del Municipo. Cibo buono... accoglienza calda e servizio efficace. Erano pieni ma dopo aver fatto un giro del paese ci hanno trovato posto. C'era pure una classe di bambini delle medie ma i loro nervi erano sempre saldi... 😅

25/07/2025: Divine food - the chestnut ravioli was delicious! We were a party of 5 and everything was so good - fish & seafood and pasta. Two bottles of wine and a beer and more than enough food was €194 for the best meal we’ve had in 2 weeks in Italy. We parked in the castle grounds.

20/07/2025: One of the must visit restaurants of Soriano nel Cimino. Food and wine really good. Staff really friendly and cozy place to stay.

16/07/2025: Excellent food and atmosphere. Really feels like a family neighbourhood eatery. We enjoyed Fieno Canepinese every time we come but have tried different things over the years. We had 9 people in the group and they have accommodated us well.

22/06/2025: Li conosco dalla prima generazione ho avuto l' onore di pranzare più volte con il nonno ero quattordicenne, ad oggi dopo tre generazioni di gestione il loro piatto forte il fieno è ottimo come allora, gentilezza cortesia e tanta professionalità sono il loro forte...oltre a piatti rinnovati con prodotti tipici e genuini di grande qualità una vera trattoria rinnovata!!

24/07/2025: I don't want to drag this out!!! La Pergoletta is the best restaurant in Viterbo; try it and believe it. Run by a bright young but very knowledgeable restaurateur.

29/06/2025: It's a wonderful discovery, you eat very well, minimal waiting times and a menu of homemade first courses. Friendly and welcoming staff ready to help you, then the menu written on the blackboard that is brought between the tables,,,,,,, it's truly a stroke of genius, congratulations, I highly recommend going there even if you're not passing through

21/07/2025: A great find in the center of Bagnoregio: we were passing through on our way to Civita on foot, but hunger got the better of us... A small window opens onto a restaurant in an old house, with high ceilings and wooden beams, seating about fifty. A friendly young lady greeted us immediately, and we then ordered some first courses (pici all'amatriciana and with Chianina ragù). The pici arrived within minutes, steaming hot, in generous, deep plates with bold flavors. The pasta was well-cooked and handmade. We limited ourselves to the first courses, but the menu was compelling. The bill was good and average, and the service was prompt and informal. A wonderful experience.

12/07/2025: Delicious carbonara, a generous portion, creamy with plenty of guanciale. The place is cute and cozy, with just a few tables. The music is good, but at the right volume so it doesn't disturb. Highly recommended.

26/05/2025: In visita a Calcata siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante con le famiglie e ci siamo trovati magicamente. Il locale molto ben curato si trova proprio all’inizio del borgo antico e offre sistemazioni sia all’interno che all’esterno. Noi siamo stati fatti accomodare in una saletta interna molto bella e riservata. Il menù è vario e ricco di piatti interessanti, ogni portata è stata ottima. Molto buona anche la scelta dei vini, la proprietaria è di una gentilezza e cortesia uniche. Tornerei a Calcata solo per questo ristorante. Consigliatissimo
