02/04/2024: Day spent in Sutri, we were looking for a special aperitif and we found it, but then.... it ended up that we had dinner there!!! Beautiful location in a period building in the center of Sutri, with an external veranda, for the period. The menu is particular, divided between cold and hot dishes, the refined cuisine, Italian but with oriental fusion notes and more. Positive note for the desserts and the cellar with natural wines and for the friendly and professional service, in particular Luca, who was able to advise us on the wines and welcomed us kindly... both upon our arrival and later, when we asked if we could stay and have dinner, even though we hadn't booked (being a holiday). Highly recommended, both for an aperitif and for a dinner. Good value for money, we will definitely be back!!!

28/03/2024: Cuisine with real flavors like in the past, Alfredo the innkeeper is a friendly person, always ready to suggest the right dishes. If you've never been, then I can't recommend you give it a try, you'll definitely be back. They are flavors that remain in your memory, like the Cacio e pere candies, my favorite first course.

02/04/2024: Nothing special. Normal dishes with prices a little high for what we ate. The portion sizes are very small in my opinion. The thing I didn't like was also the constant observation by the staff and the owner to hurry up and clear the table in a bit too much of a hurry.

30/03/2024: Good pici with amatriciana sauce, fettuccine with wild boar ragù pure but too spicy. However, I didn't like the rabbit with porchetta with too much pepper covering the flavor of the rabbit. Fast, efficient and kind service. Price normal

25/03/2024: Despite not being a seaside place, I had a simply wonderful fish lunch the first time, the second time I tasted a land menu and everything was excellent, good service, availability, very clean and very nice and welcoming environment... a place that DJs I will definitely be back often

02/04/2024: Trattoria was renovated last year, a truly pleasant and welcoming place but believe me that even before the renovation we went back a thousand times, super friendly staff specifically Maria who always served us and was always pleasant and attentive. 02/04/2024: Best pizza. Period. Restaurant has it and more. Beautiful decor, charming and cozy but easily fit our group of 6. There is also just the pizzeria (same place but pizza only) next door.

When I pass, I can't help but greet a King of hospitality: Michele with his Queen: Donatella and the prince: Antonio Riccardo. As soon as you enter you are already at home, you immediately feel at ease and reassured by the ambience of the premises which to define as welcoming is an understatement. The relics of everyday life from a few years ago, which you find carefully scattered throughout the rooms, catapult you back in time, your memory investigates and the memories of your life resurface... magical place "When I can"... Excellent for a quick stop for an aperitif or a snack, but also for a dinner with friends. The dishes: all refined specialities, served with care and described in detail. The drinks, from 0° to spirits: only of high quality and are offered immediately if you stop at the table. And I do it comfortably, "when I can".

03/04/2024: The discovery you don't expect! Now resigned to an Easter in the area with everything closed, the Horta Grill Bar was the revelation that allowed us to have an excellent Easter lunch. Excellent quality food and raw materials (the lemon jam served on the cutting board was exceptional to say the least) but the difference was made by the service: all the staff were very kind, extremely helpful and extremely attentive. When we return to the area it will be an obligatory stop!

03/04/2024: Loyal customer for a couple of years. Very kind, prepared staff. Exceptional menu with homemade pasta and really fantastic meat. Location a dream... something incredibly beautiful. As far as I'm concerned... either Braciami or rather at home... I won't go anywhere else anymore!

05/04/2024: When cooking is poetry. Professional and highly trained staff, vast choice of DOC wines and excellent product quality. Nice and friendly location, very comfortable. We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance. Parking not really adequate, few spaces. The restaurant is easy to find as it is located on the street. I would highly recommend it At least for once.

31/03/2024: We found what we were looking for. Simple dishes but excellent in terms of raw materials and preparation. Convivial but not intrusive environment. Excellent quality-price relation.
