18/05/2026: A truly special lunch with friends, a wonderful surprise!
The dishes were all top-quality, meticulously prepared, and meticulously crafted. We greatly appreciated the attentiveness and kindness of the wait staff: one waitress, in particular, stood out for her attentiveness and sensitivity to one of us who had special dietary needs. It's these details that truly make the difference and make us feel welcomed with professionalism and kindness.
A special thanks also to the owner, Mrs. Marina, an excellent cook and a very friendly person, who personally came to greet us at our table, making us feel even more welcome.
What can I say... if you find yourself in Soriano, I absolutely recommend this restaurant!
Thanks to all the staff and Mrs. Marina: we'll definitely be back!

We recommend the Venetian-style coratella, the eggplant parmigiana, and the artisanal pasta with porcini mushrooms. The service was perfect.

30/06/2026: Recommended by a dear friend, I ate at this excellent restaurant with my family during a quick visit to Soriano nel Cimino.
The quality and quantity were excellent, with fast and attentive service (plus helpful and friendly staff!).
There are a few tables outside, but all the interior spaces are spacious and well-air-conditioned.
Definitely recommended :)

16/06/2026: We loved this place and went several times. They have a buffet lunch and amazing pizza! The lunch choices were all really tasty and wholesome. They focus on pizza at night because they are a local favorite and they get busy. Super reasonable. The location is incredible in this medieval village.
10/06/2026: Pizzeria da Gigi stands out as one of the greatest highlights from our trip. There are good - even other great restaurants in Soriano, but Gigi’s is special. As an American looking for local food made with care - this is the peak. The people were so kind, and even shared which dishes were specific to Soriano. If you’re not a local, but want to feel like one stop in. We’ll be going again before we leave.

06/07/2026: An enchanting place, in a wonderful historic center. The food was exceptional, from the platter to the dessert. The braised beef was spectacular. We'll definitely be back!

05/07/2026: Couldn’t think of a more interesting entry to a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere was so authentic as you walk through what feels like a cave to sit on a beautiful balcony overlooking the city to appreciate what feels like a home cooked Italian meal. Exquisite food and service, highly recommend the beef and the carbonara was incredible. They also have gluten sensitive item which was great for my wife.

08/07/2026: We went to the restaurant where we had a decent meal: the house appetizer (good), two pizzas (good), and two desserts (decent).
The staff is friendly, but the service leaves a little to be desired.
Will we return?
There were two of us, and we spent €46, which I'd say was acceptable.

11/06/2026: We spent four days at this agriturismo, nestled in a vast, meticulously maintained garden, among olive trees and flowers.
A warm welcome, even for our furry friends.
Delicious breakfast with homemade desserts.
We had dinner at the restaurant. The dining room is very bright and tastefully decorated. Delicious dishes, including some Tyrolean specialties!
Kindness, courtesy, attentiveness, cleanliness, and plenty of peace and quiet.
Recommended!
20/05/2026: When we arrived at Hans's garden, we found exactly what we were looking for. Letizia is a thoughtful, welcoming host, and it was a pleasure to stop and chat. The location is stunning, with sweeping views of the Apennines and a beautiful slice of Tuscia. To be fair, it's also home to footgolf courses, a sport we had the pleasure of discovering thanks to this stay. We were promptly accompanied throughout our stay by the sweetness of two beautiful dogs, Lady and Rico, magical creatures who fit perfectly into this relaxing setting.
The annex where we stayed offers privacy and comfort. This morning, we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast. A stroll around the property is worth it; we enjoyed it at sunset.
We'll be back with our friends for a nice game of footgolf.

21/04/2026: Excellent service area on the highway towards Orte. The Fida coffee is excellent, and the chocolate croissant is excellent. Prices are reasonable; a coffee and croissant combo costs €2.30. Very friendly staff, and the restrooms are generally clean. I recommend it and will be back!

10/05/2025: Per il mio compleanno di 50 anni ho scelto il Parco dei Cimini Bio Resorr.
È stata una giornata meravigliosa!
Un pranzo organizzato alla perfezione... cibo di qualità, servizio impeccabile con camerieri professionali,disponibili e sempre pronti per le richieste più particolari.
La torta Moretta eccezionale...gli ospiti hanno preso il bis come per tutti i piatti del pranzo.
E poi... il Salotto artistico presente all’interno del ristorante è stato una meraviglia ed ha incantato tutti gli invitati. Il Salotto artistico è stato personalizzato con tavoli apparecchiati con runner avorio, composizioni di fiori di campo, sottopiatti in argento e dischi a tema per indicare il nome del tavolo. Il tableau è stato una sorpresa che ci ha lasciato senza parole... tema CANZONI DI VASCO ROSSI... è stato realizzato con dischi di Vasco applicati ad un separé in legno accanto ad un pianoforte ed una chitarra...meraviglioso!!!
Le due sale riservate alla mia festa sono state curate con raffinatezza ed accuratezza, tanto da ricevere continui complimenti dagli invitati.Abbiamo ballato e cantato, accompagnati da due musicisti.
Avevamo già festeggiato al Parco dei Cimini la comunione di mio figlio e questa volta è stata solamente una conferma.
Ringrazio di cuore Lorella, Simona, Isabella, lo Chef e tutto il personale attento e professionale.

20/04/2025: Oggi giorno di Pasqua su consiglio di una amica siamo andati a pranzo in 12 persone, tutto ok antipasto la lasagna però il decantato agnello porchettato è stato un fallimento, 1 fettina diciamo di agnello con scorse di carciofi 4 patate al forno e una fetta d'arancia buttata nel piatto nemmeno a Rebibbia l'ho visto, pane inesistente... Location e personale super...

01/09/2024: Servizio impeccabile, cibo ottimo, tutto lo staff mette a proprio agio, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
29/08/2024: Ospitalità nulla, quasi infastiditi dalla nostra presenza, scortesia, neanche un sorriso. Per pranzo metà delle cose non erano a disposizione. Né un sorriso né un grazie, quando siamo andati via non hanno risposto neanche al nostro saluto. Siamo stati obbligati a prendere il lettino aggiuntivo, con 3 ombrelloni, anche se in altri stabilimenti abbiamo sempre preso 2 ombrelloni e 5/6 lettini, avendo comunque 4 ragazzi di 12/13 anni che stanno sempre in acqua. Da evitare.
