24/03/2024: Excellent cod fillets and pizza! Friendly and fast service even though the place was full, always a guarantee!

10/03/2024: I came from Spain to eat here with my family because it was recommended to me: INCREDIBLE!!!! Fast and unbeatable service: Pierluigi, the manager, is very friendly and recommended some great dishes to us! We have eaten all fresh fish and seafood, with 3 starters we have eaten 6!!!! Fettuccine with seafood and ravioli with scorpion fish and truffle: delicious! Fast service, very abundant dishes and very good homemade desserts! The check? Very economical for what we have eaten in quality and quantity! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

27/05/2024: In the beautiful medieval setting of Carbognano there is a small treasure chest full of gastronomic jewels that revisit and enhance the local cuisine. The starters were excellent (the crostone with creamed cod was harmonious, full-bodied and tasty), the first courses (carbognana above all). The second courses recall the wonderful aromas of Sunday lunches at grandmother's, in particular the rabbit hunter style. The environment is full of charm and characterized by a harmonious chaos, which leaves the impression of floating in time. The service is a very pleasant accompaniment on this fascinating journey, which is not limited only to the palate but also involves the mind. It is worth going to Carbognano even for this alone.

27/05/2024: Trattoria found by chance that falls "from the sky like a masterpiece" after many kilometers on a motorbike. Welcoming and refined environment. Fast service and delicious dishes that are not easy to find elsewhere. The porcini carpaccio, the beef carpaccio and the cheese ice cream made me feel like I was in a starred restaurant. Worth trying at least once... especially if you ride a motorbike!

17/04/2024: Very tasty food. Excellent bruschetta and the steak au poivre vert was requisite. We took a half bottle of a local Lazio wine which was a good complement with our lunch. We shall definitely return

21/04/2024: As soon as we arrived we found a huge car park a stone's throw from the restaurant and the public beach, an uncontaminated and romantic landscape. The menu is not on paper but each dish will be presented to you (obviously with the price) by the owner, a delightful person. the food is delicious and so is the quality of the raw materials. The coffee cream is made by them. Try it and don't stop at the photos because it is a hundred times more beautiful and unique!!

26/05/2024: Amazing food, friendly staff and an unusual cave setting. We had to have a dessert as the other 2 course where gorgeous and we were not disappointed.

22/05/2024: We’re in Soriano for 7 nights and visited Rottezzia on day 2 and returned last night for our second fabulous meal. The food is amazing, the service is friendly, all within a quirky environment eating in caves! We’re already planning to return one more time before we leave, by far the best restaurant we’ve visited on our trip, it really does have it all, great food at a reasonable price and great service. We can’t recommend highly enough 🙂

10/02/2024: More than a bar, in addition to being an excellent bar, it is also an express and fast restaurant. The vegetables are excellent, I haven't tasted the rest, but in my opinion if you know how to prepare vegetables in this way, the rest can only be as good
