27/03/2025: The rest is upstairs, and when I entered it seemed like "happy chaos" - a lunchtime local crowd, boisterous and familial. I had multiple wait staff checking on me, each eager to please. I ordered the ricotta raviolis - and the big surprise being the cod dish. Wow, probably the best prepared that I've ever eaten. The house white wine was excellent. If you want a great local experience, this restaurant is a good bet.

23/03/2025: On the advice of a person close to the place and from the reviews we came here for lunch as we were passing through and taking advantage of a walk in Tarquinia.. Place with a more rustic and warm part and another more elegant but well lit with a view. You can choose between dishes of the day or a complete menu, we skipped the appetizers even though reading it they seem to be made with quality raw materials, first of all gnocchi with scottona sauce very good and tagliolini with asparagus and bacon super (wild asparagus!!), sliced ​​with cooking as requested in both cases and very good in flavor and tender, desserts a little more anonymous but still good... to underline an extensive wine list from the nearby territories!

09/03/2025: Pizza romana, fine e scrocchiarella proprio come piace a me. Gusti particolari, ricchi e ricercati. Io ho preso una pizza grande servita su due piatti al gusto di amatriciana e appetitosa (almeno mi sembra si chiamasse così) comunque entrambe belle saporite con guanciale carciofi pecorino… buonissime. Una pizza grande va bene per due persone perché è proprio grande. Il locale si presenta caldo e sembra un pub con Antonella che gira per la sala come una trottola e ha sempre il sorriso e la battuta pronta. Prezzi giusti. Ci torno sicuramente

27/02/2025: Ambiente piccolino ma molto accogliente ( sembra di essere a casa), pizza molto delicata con cottura direi perfetta. Buonissimo anche il tortino con cioccolato fondente e panna. Servizio ottimo . Ci torneremo presto.

03/01/2025: I returned from a 2 and a half day overnight stay at New Year's Eve, from Hans' Garden, and I must say that I had a great time both in terms of structure and hospitality. Starting with Mrs. Federica who was very kind in her explanations regarding the services offered, to continue with Mrs. Letizia, who welcomes you and listens to your needs with great availability and professionalism. She proved to be very attentive towards me, which is not at all to be taken for granted. I had the opportunity to have dinner and lunch in the farmhouse these days, also changing the dishes and they were all to my absolute liking. I remain quite perplexed by the negative reviews, I believe that speaking of a farmhouse, what is offered corresponds perfectly to what a farmhouse should offer, therefore those who had a bad experience and had to complain about both the quality of the food and the service in the dining room and in the rooms, perhaps he had expectations of a 5-star hotel! Furthermore, I think it is also very important how we approach the other, even if this other is "offering" a service at that moment. Often, very little is needed in communication to change the outcome. From the farmhouse in 15 minutes you have the opportunity to take a wonderful walk in the Faggeta forest and if you want to go shopping you are in Viterbo in 20 minutes. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, even just for a day, to enjoy again that quiet and wonderful nature contained in Hans' Garden.

10/11/2024: Partendo per una visita al Paese delle Fiabe ho cercato a caso su internet un posto dove mangiare e ho prenotato in questa Osteria. Esperienza sopraffina! Io e il mio compagno ci siamo deliziati. Abbiamo mangiato dei ravioli cacio e pepe con pancetta croccante,una goduria per il palato! Una tagliata di manzo con patate cotte alla brace, che mi ha riportata indietro nel tempo...sapore antico e genuino! Per concludere un bel tiramisù fatto in casa... spettacolare! Siamo usciti dopo circa un'ora super contenti e soddisfatti. Anche le cameriere carinissime, gentili e disponibili!
