27/06/2025: We had a delicious lunch at this restaurant, the Castle in the Sky. When we first saw this city, we were shocked by its beauty and magnificence. It was lunchtime when we arrived and we saw this well-reviewed restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered two salads, one Italian ham, a steak and special pasta for children. We are very grateful to the store for preparing meals for the children. We thought every dish was delicious and the price was much cheaper than in Rome. We had a great lunch here.

28/05/2025: I called for a table, they said they didn't accept reservations but to go there directly and wait. We followed the advice, but we found the place closed..... ANSWER: In front of the place there was no sign that you were in mourning, we went to eat at a nearby restaurant, very well known, we asked them why you were closed, but they didn't know either. However, we weren't the only ones wondering, there were also 4 other customers, there were 6 of us.

13/07/2025: If you're looking for a place nearby to eat excellent meat, Bistecchiera Ponziani is definitely a good choice. It's a shame about the rest: the dessert (millefoglie) wasn't up to par with the other dishes, and the atmosphere wasn't exactly the best. Friendly and courteous service.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 04/08/2025: This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation. The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices. It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

03/08/2025: The place is well-stocked with a bit of everything, and the dealership staff, who specialize in motorcycle sales, are very friendly and polite, as are those who handle clothing. But the same cannot be said for the workshop and its management; 9 times out of 10, they seem almost annoyed by having to interact with the customer, and the mechanics aren't very attentive to detail.

30/07/2025: The place is very welcoming, as is the staff. But the undisputed stars are the dishes: delicious! More than anything, they're made according to tradition. In my opinion, that's what I prefer, especially if I'm eating out.

20/07/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria serving very good food in generous portions, excellent value for money. The daily menu is highly recommended. Good service, courtesy of a kind and friendly staff.

18/07/2025: Ottima caffetteria dove fare colazione/ merenda dove tranquillamente puoi trovare dal senza glutine (con brioche e muffin prodotte da loro), al senza zucchero e molto altro (tra cui il latte senza lattosio). Brioche molto buone. Ho provato anche i biscotti alla lavanda che ho trovato molto delicati. Cortesia, servizio e prezzi top.

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

13/07/2025: We came here today by chance using the The Fork app because we were in the area and were looking for a quiet place to eat given the bad weather. We stumbled upon this medieval tavern with wooden beams and soft lighting. The food was fantastic and well priced. I recommend the bruschetta with Pompeian sauce (a sort of pesto with lots of aromatic herbs and lots of Parmesan cheese, truly delicious). The medium-sized platter of cured meats and cheeses was amazing; you could tell they were freshly sliced. Then we ordered delicious cacio e pepe ravioli alla gricia, spaetzle, and spaghetti with tomato sauce for my son. Two bottles of water, a quarter of wine, a panna cotta, and two coffees. We took advantage of the 20% discount the app offered (about €13 off the total). We will definitely be back, especially in the winter because we were told they light the large fireplace in the dining room. Next time, we'll try the main courses! See you soon!

13/07/2025: Excellent food, beautifully presented and well served. Welcoming, attentive, and friendly service. We loved it; we went there on a Sunday on our way home with our dogs. The food is relaxed, the atmosphere is lovely. The pappardelle with hare and goulash are delicious, as are the platter and bruschetta with lard. We'll definitely be back.

14/07/2025: Pessima esperienza con questo ristorante, dove siamo stati per ben due volte. La prima passi, la seconda è l'ultima. Porzioni microscopiche, in particolare di abbacchio allo scottadito, patate al forno bruciate rimandate indietro, prezzi elevati. Fatti presenti tutti i disservizi al proprietario si è limitato a non rispondere nulla e nemmeno ci ha stornato qualcosa dal conto. Come perdere clienti in maniera semplice e e irreversibile

20/05/2025: Esperienza davvero interessante. Colpisce la grande varietà di birre e vini nonché di ottimi Gin.e.....tanto altro. Il proprietario Michele e Donatella sono fantastici, ospitali, competenti e professionali nello stesso tempo. Ci ha colpiti vedere come famiglie con bambini erano a proprio agio. Davvero un ambiente familiare. Vi raccomandiamo fortemente questo locale. Noi ci torneremo assolutamente
