09/06/2025: Quiet and welcoming environment, menu with a minimum of offers between appetizers, first courses, second courses and side dishes. Dishes cooked to perfection and seasoned in the right way. I didn't ask for desserts but they are there. Repeatable experience.

The pizza is thin and really excellent, served on two plates for those who are hungry, but also available in a smaller version on request. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, accompanied by tasty appetizers, often offered in the lighter baked version rather than fried. The selection of beers is also good. The service is courteous and efficient. A pleasant discovery in an unexpected context.

02/05/2025: Locale molto molto carino,ben tenuto e caratteristico. Le pizze sono veramente buone, scrocchiarelle e molto digeribili. Ma la particolarità è sicuramente la dimensione... giganti servite su due piatti... ma nn si lascia nulla nel piatto nemmeno il bordo vanno giù che è una meraviglia! Buonissimi anche i fritti (non fritti) e i dolci fatti in casa. Da provare assolutamente e buona coduria... come dice Antonella eccellente padrona di casa e simpaticissima!! ti fa sentire a casa. 26/05/2025: The place is simply wonderful. We had dinner with friends and we were all satisfied. In this magnificent location overlooking the lake you can taste delicious lake cuisine. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend their local white wine which I would say is very good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

05/05/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa in questo luogo d’incanto fra ulivi e cipressi per pranzare lungo il trasferimento da sud a nord. A pochi km dall’uscita del casello di Orte è comodo per una sosta ma soggiornarvi dev’essere stupendo, al confine tra Lazio e Umbria. Cibo ottimo e accoglienza cordiale. Da segnare e tornare.

06/04/2025: Una pasticceria di qualità, nella quale accomodarsi per fare due chiacchiere in un ambiente accogliente. Davvero ricco il repertorio di dolci, che vanno dal semplice al più elaborato. Gentilissimo il servizio.

25/04/2025: I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.

We took two ombrichelle with sauce, a second course: meatballs with sauce, two side dishes, two tozzetti for dessert, a coffee, 1/2 liter of local white wine, 1 liter of water strictly from Nepi: 33 for two.....fantastic, as fabulous as the food and the service....highly recommended

Dopo due esperienze parzialmente negative avute in altre trattorie di tuscania , Ho seguito il consiglio della nostra sarta e in questa trattoria abbiamo pranzato molto bene spendendo molto poco. Per antipasto abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di formaggi e crostini per due persone ma era talmente abbondante che era sufficiente per 4 persone. Come primi abbiamo ordinato due piatti di ombrichelli, uno alla carbonara e uno alla Matriciana, molto buoni. Servizio ottimo ed accogliente. Ottimo posto dove mangiare in questa bellissima località’
