17/08/2024: Casa Tuscia è sempre una conferma! Non solo ristorante ma anche un'ottima enoteca. Come antipasto abbiamo preso quello della casa (prodotti locali) e come secondo ho provato il baccalà con l'insalata di pomodoro e olive, gustoso e molto buono. Poi per concludere un rinfrescante sorbetto limone e fiori di ibisco. Emanuele è molto gentile e preparato nei vini, questo posto è sempre più che consigliato!

06/08/2024: we spent a great evening at this place. i ordered the linguine pasta with scampi. both were very good. they have a beautiful little fountain that makes the atmosphere even cooler.

13/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant with large air-conditioned spaces. The food doesn't inspire, however, dishes with a retro pot and botched house aperitif (olives, Russian salad, cabbage salad...) with products of dubious taste next to excellent cured meats that perhaps should be exalted. Tasty first courses but with excessive restaurant ambitions and perhaps not exactly successful gourmet attempts. Maybe less, but better? Average prices

10/08/2024: Ordered some bruschettine and a pizza with chicory, mozzarella and sausage... Not bad. Quality of ingredients, dough and cooking... not excellent... but well made. Normal environment. Good value for money.

18/08/2024: Fabulous, I've known this place for years despite going there sporadically, every time it's a pleasure, the friendly owners always make you feel at home, starters, first and second courses of the highest quality, average prices, then the desserts..... you'd like us come back the next day to try other dishes.

15/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant a few days ago. We had a good focaccia to start and then ordered three main courses of meat: a fillet, a rabbit in porchetta and a pork fillet with gorgonzola, all three very good. Then for dessert a good tart and two definitely not up to par tiramisu. Nice place located near the archaeological site of Vulci. For the service, however, I am surprised by the approximation in the orders at the table. To be reviewed

11/06/2024: Local outside the town of Calcata, a few minutes away. Very good starter, TOP cold cuts platter, the herring was also very good. For starters, tagliolini with asparagus is highly recommended. For the truffle earrings I don't dare but I'm well used to truffle flakes so.... The wine choices are excellent. Sweets are not their strong suit. Overall, the price is excellent, €50 per person with wine.

04/06/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo dopo aver visitato Calcata, inutile dire che il proprietario si è mostrato di una in gentilezza e cordialità unica si è preoccupato prima di arrivare di chiamarci per dire che non saremmo stati in veranda come richiesto perché il tempo era un po freddo. Avevamo letto alcuni commenti sul menu un po ristretto nella scelta ma devo dire che abbiamo preso diversi piatti e tutti erano super super abbondanti e di ottime materia prima oltre ad ordinare un piatto di pasta al sugo (non presente sul menù) che è stata fatta per il bambino e non fatta pagare. Siamo stati benissimo sia nel mangiare e che nell’ospitalità oltre alla pulizia ( mia moglie ha riscontrato nei bagni addirittura servizio assorbenti non scontato da trovare) insomma in sintesi esperienza eccellente.

24/06/2024: Cucino da quando avevo 8 anni e ne ho 59. Figlio di mamma cuoca, nipote di zia cuoca e di nonna capocuoca. L'amatriciana si fa con il guanciale...e non con del quasi inesistente, peraltro, prosciutto di scarsa qualità. La passata È il peggior pomodoro che si possa usare E comunque era aspro. La pasta scivolosa non assorbiva assolutamente il sugo e i lombrichelli erano comunque decisamente poco cotti. Il tutto assolutamente salatissimo. Abbiamo chiesto una porzione molto abbondante e ci è stata portata una mezza porzione tristissima. L'unica cosa decente era l'acqua minerale. Il prezzo assolutamente spropositato per un cibo improponibile e in una trattoria. Mi dispiace veramente, di dover dare questo giudizio ma siamo rimasti a dir poco malissimo!

19/08/2024: Excellent food with quality and well-prepared products, pinci with truffles and pinci with white ragù flavored with citrus fruits, truly excellent homemade pinci, appetizer with cured meats and truffle pecorino with bruschetta with porcini mushrooms and colonnata lard. Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended

16/08/2024: Given that we are talking about the bistro (as in the photo) and not the restaurant which has another management. Having said that, the bistro is a comfortable place, with good quality yeasts, pastries and ice creams. It has a wide and thoughtful choice of excellent wine labels and also cigars, stored in a humidifier. The aperitifs are good and you can have lunch or dinner with a not extensive but varied menu of well-prepared meat and fish. Friendly and professional welcome. I know nothing about the actual restaurant.

26/08/2024: The bar is nice. We had breakfast and the croissants were very beautiful to look at but possessed and not stuffed. We were a group and despite this they persisted in not wanting to write down the orders, so we were asked several times what we wanted to drink. What I find unacceptable, however, is the bathroom sign that is totally out of place and in very poor taste.

25/08/2024: Abbiamo provato i cornetti, gli strudel, le donuts, la torta di mele , la torta ricotta e pera i macarons: tutti dolci buonissimi! Assolutamente consigliato.

09/08/2024: Nice little bar with aperitif with Roman pinza which is very tasty if you know how to choose, like the one with mortadella and truffle like I had. Outdoor tables in the square and a bit of alcohol.

21/07/2024: Amazing pinsa after a visit to the village of Orte and its underground city. We left Bergamo already with the idea of ​​eating here and we didn't regret it at all. 3 delicious pinsas, a cocktail, a beer and a coke plus a mixed fried dish for 47 euros. It's not easy to eat so well at such a price. Compliments

17/08/2024: Fantastic place, attached to the dairy specializing in buffalo cheeses. Unexpected proposals for both quality and quantity. Just outside Montefiascone this gem awaits you. Had dinner on Friday 16 August, 4 of us truly enraptured by the culinary offering both for its imagination and its extremely high quality. Come and taste incredible dishes... here the buffalo obviously reigns supreme! Stefano Berna
