04/09/2025: For the Santa Rosa Machine parade, we dined at this typical Viterbo trattoria. Everything was excellent, and the food was good. The location, typical of a historic trattoria, was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: A young couple has been running the place for a few months.
We enjoyed an aperitif lunch with a delicious cold cuts platter served with edible flowers and some good craft beers (see photo), captivated by the location and the good music at the right volume.
Andrea told us how the idea for this venture came about, and we wanted to learn more: so we organized a tasting in their "cellar" with four local wines and cold cuts and cheese platters.
A very positive experience!

We had a really good time, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to their customers, and the girl who served us, Ilaria, was truly professional yet kind and always smiling! The pizza was delicious! Highly recommended!! See you next week!

Homemade cuisine, superb ingredients used to prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert, quality restaurateurs who cook with passion and extensive experience, all topped off with extreme courtesy and friendliness... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

27/08/2025: Good food, cozy, cool dining room, good service. The only flaw: the bathroom is small, uncomfortable, and above all, dirty, due to customers who show little respect for public spaces. Clearly, the busy staff won't have time to clean the bathroom every time it's used. I would, however, suggest checking it out every now and then. It's up to the public spirit of those who use it to leave the restroom as they'd like it. Otherwise, everything's fine!

Great disappointment, especially since we didn't find anything open in Bagnoregio. Two DaBue sandwiches and a huge disappointment for a missed dinner.
I will definitely never return to this town.
