05/04/2024: When cooking is poetry. Professional and highly trained staff, vast choice of DOC wines and excellent product quality. Nice and friendly location, very comfortable. We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance. Parking not really adequate, few spaces. The restaurant is easy to find as it is located on the street. I would highly recommend it At least for once.

31/03/2024: We found what we were looking for. Simple dishes but excellent in terms of raw materials and preparation. Convivial but not intrusive environment. Excellent quality-price relation.

29/03/2024: The food was great, as was the service. We ate the Florentine which was served to us on a grill which allowed us to consume it hot until the last bite. The rest was also very good, including the coffee which is not something to be taken for granted in a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and kind, who served the dishes very punctually.

31/03/2024: Excellent restaurant in the center of Caprarola. Spectacular grilled meat and fabulous first courses, young staff and excellent wine list. Delicious desserts, with typical ingredients of the area such as chestnuts and hazelnuts. Highly recommended!!!

24/03/2024: Lovely venue, friendly and detail-oriented staff. Excellent food, interesting and truly tasty proposals. The truly delicious starters, excellent stuffed guinea fowl and Cinta Senese fillet, sublime tiramisu and millefeuille. We will return to try other dishes on the menu :)

06/04/2024: Excellent restaurant with fast and welcoming service, offers typical dishes, all very good. I recommend the cheese platter and also the cured meat platter and then the excellent carbonara and for the second course I recommend the truffle and mushroom stew. Price more than fair.

03/04/2024: Fabulous I have been going to this restaurant for a year now. I'm happy to have known it because it has become my favorite and very high-level restaurant in Tarquinia. What can I say: very kind staff, ready to explain any doubts about the cuts of meat, I found a magnificent wine list with a lot of choice, from moderately priced wines to superlative wines of the highest quality. The location is fabulous, elegant, with attention to detail and above all the cleanliness should not be underestimated, everything is extremely clean and tidy. I went to eat in the cellar, a wonderful dinner in a truly enchanting atmosphere, soft lights hidden among an infinite number of wines, I recommend if there are two of you to go there once. The quality of the food was truly excellent, we ate the barzotto egg as an appetizer, very good and an explosion of flavours, absolutely worth trying. We preferred to go for meat given the great variety of choice, and above all also the possibility of seeing it and choosing it at the entrance, inside some beautiful maturers. We took the Carima, a meat with a moderate flavour, neither too strong nor tasteless, truly a specialty. Another thing that I found excellent is that you have the possibility of cooking it at the table: the chef brings you a stone and you have the possibility of cooking it however you want. Mouth-watering desserts, most of the desserts are made by them, we took the chocolate and eggnog cake with amaretti biscuits, both special. On balance I have to say that it was excellent, excellent quality for the price. Compared to other restaurants specializing in cuts of meat, I must say that due to the excellent meat they have, starting from Carima, Japanese Wagyu, Spanish Rubia, Galician, Simmental, Fatty Prime, it was truly one of the restaurants with a truly excellent price and right for what you eat. The owner is truly kind and courteous, always ready to satisfy all customers to make them satisfied with the culinary experience they have chosen to come and try and have.

28/03/2024: A restaurant that can be said to be family-run, with exceptional courtesy but also fundamental for the quality of the truly interesting food and wines, not least finally where there is space and impeccable cleanliness between table and table. Average prices. Last thing, there are no problems with parking but I highly recommend calling the day before to book.

03/04/2024: Very pleasant surprise! I was on a pleasure trip to (re)discover our beautiful villages in Lazio, when, looking for a place to eat for lunch, I came across this cute place in the historic center of Bolsena. Already from the external appearance it presented itself very well, with attention to furnishings and atmosphere. Once seated we were greeted very kindly and were offered a series of dishes of the day. Our attention fell on a first course based on paccheri and smoked whitefish, with an exquisite aroma and flavour. The desserts were also fantastic. Congratulations to the Chef and the Pastry Chef!.

30/03/2024: I had the opportunity to visit this splendid place about two days ago, the weather wasn't the best, but the place is really nice, I ate well, and even my wife, who has celiac disease, found things that, unfortunately, are not often found around . Friendly and helpful owner, we will be back!
