08/05/2026: Typical cuisine in a rustic, family-friendly atmosphere. We had the pleasure of discovering this place for a Sunday lunch. The menu features typical local dishes at moderate prices. I tried the crostini with Taleggio cheese and chicory as an appetizer, followed by the sliced ​​steak with rosemary and Parmesan cheese. The meat was delicious. I was a little less satisfied with the cooking: I had asked for it to be medium rare, but it arrived well done. Regardless, it was still tender and tasty. To finish the meal, biscotti and coffee. One of our guests ordered smoked durum wheat spirals with ragù as a first course... I must say, they were exceptional! A special mention also goes to the chocolate cake. The service was fairly quick, but I expected a little more warmth and attention to the customer. A very charming place with predominantly wooden furnishings and rustic, chic elements. The lanterns hanging from the ceiling are lovely! We hope to return.

03/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in a small village, very convenient for those passing through Orte who want to stop for a bite. Fantastic location, friendly staff who know how to serve food. We've eaten here twice, and both times confirmed the excellent quality of the dishes. The carbonara-filled ravioli and picanha are definitely a must-try.

18/05/2026: Exceptional swami meat! Florentina was not great. Beautiful decor and kind staff. Minimum meat order was 1kg per meat type, which we did not know before coming to the restaurant. On the pricier side. Dessert was delicious as well!

23/06/2026: We had lunch for 4 people, the rude waiter rushed us, we arrived at 1:30 pm he stopped me from ordering a first course because I had to order two identical first courses, rude he has to tell me what to eat because he said there are only three burners in the kitchen... super salty food... when we asked for the bill he said 120 euros but didn't give a receipt, I had to close the receipt myself. Learn how to make receipts, then there were a couple of foreigners who wanted to pay by card and the waiter says the POS doesn't work 😂😂😂 he said cash cash. Never again. Learn how to make receipts, tourists are not all as stupid as you think!!!!!

06/07/2026: A gem in Civita! We were immediately struck by the location: intimate and meticulously maintained, with trees and lights creating the perfect atmosphere. The young staff is very friendly and, last but not least, very knowledgeable. Despite my allergies, they were immediately available to create a special platter. P.S. The tiramisu is phenomenal!

22/07/2026: We ordered the truffle pasta and dry aged steak, food was acceptable despite the pasta being a bit salty. However, I have to criticise their service. We got seated in an area with no aircon and one of the waiters who served us last night ignored our request of turning the fan in our direction despite us voicing out for 3 times. We ended up finishing our meal drenched in sweat. Another guy who I assumed to be the manager promised to treat us to limoncello to make up for it but it didn’t show up. Very poor service and food was just mid. Haven’t been to a restaurant which ignores customers’ requests before. Definitely do not recommend coming, especially if it’s hot during the summer.

03/05/2026: A wonderful find for lunch in the heart of Viterbo. The location inside the cloister is enchanting and creates a unique atmosphere even during the day. The staff is extremely qualified and professional, adding a touch of warmth that makes the welcome very pleasant. The dishes are truly tasty and beautifully presented. The only downside is the table layout: they are very close together, sacrificing privacy and forcing you to share, whether you like it or not, your neighbors' conversations. Overall, however, an excellent dining experience.
