01/05/2026: The waitresses were the real highlight of the evening, very kind and attentive! Excellent service, and they even took off the bill a pappardelle with wild boar that I didn't eat (I reordered another first course). Unfortunately, the meal wasn't good. The owner of our B&B had advised against it, citing a change of management, but having found it in the osteria guide, we decided to try it anyway. We would have done better to listen to him.

05/04/2026: An excellent discovery in the Tuscia area of ​​Viterbo: Il Vecchio Mulino is a typical restaurant where great cuisine and the beauty of the region meet. If you can, book a table on the small terrace: the view of Civita di Bagnoregio and the ravines is simply breathtaking and worth the trip alone. Then the food arrives, and you realize it's not just the location that's special: lamb offal, tagliolini with fresh asparagus and truffle, roast lamb, pici pasta with bacon, pecorino cheese, and cherry tomatoes... all truly excellent. In short, a perfect day. Also noteworthy is the service, very friendly and professional from the moment you book. Places like this don't just happen: it's definitely worth a visit, but book the terrace ahead of time because it's the restaurant's true gem.

19/12/2025: We've been regulars for a few years now, and I wouldn't change Jovez for anything. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the place is beautiful, and the food is divine. Everything is homemade, from the supplì, for example, to the delicious appetizer they bring, to the first and second courses, and the pizza, which I consider the best ever. Jovez is a guarantee that never disappoints. And Cesare and Federico are great hosts. I always come back and leave with a smile. I can only give top stars to everything!
