From the welcome to the quality of the products, to the skill of the chef, the discreet service, and the enormous personality of the owner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 28/05/2025: Decisamente di scarsa qualità, forse più dal punto di vista della materia prima piuttosto che della realizzazione. Abbiamo provato vari prodotti, bigné, babà, cannolo siciliano..In tutti i casi, sebbene la struttura degli impasti e la consistenza delle creme fossero, tutto sommato, buoni, è stato nei sapori il problema. Vaniglia non pervenuta, ricotta del cannolo di scarsissima qualità e cialda totalmente ammorbidita (consiglierei di eseguire la farcitura solo al momento dell'ordine, così da preservarne la croccantezza). Questo forno avrebbe ottime potenzialità, per la struttura, la posizione, l'offerta. Ma notiamo del pressapochismo di base, che va a compromettere l'esperienza di una clientela abituata a ben altra qualità. Ma è un problema che stiamo riscontrando spesso a Fiano, evidentemente il target di riferimento non spinge a migliorare.

24/05/2025: Excellent bar with well-stocked pastries. The staff is friendly and polite. The only two flaws are the long waiting times to be served at the counter and the lack of table service. Outside, in addition to the reserved parking, there is a porticoed area that allows you to stop and taste sweets and drinks in complete relaxation. I continue to enjoy the products of the pastry shop.

27/07/2025: Total disorganization...they give you information over the phone...and on-site, they completely overturn what they tell you over the phone. They tell you over the phone that a reservation is only for a table, but when you get there, they tell you you can't come in without a reservation! My girlfriend and I, wearing long pants and a shirt. Total incompetence. I highly recommend other locations...after all, Rome is packed.

26/07/2025: Bel locale, molto grande. Si divide in tre spazi ed ha tre bar all'interno. Dà l'impressione di essere immersi in un giardino segreto. Bell'atmosfera, bella musica e si balla fino a tarda notte

18/07/2025: Per una cena in famiglia abbiamo scelto la Trattoria Morini perche la qualità del pesce è l'eccellenza sulla zona. Dall'antipasto ai dolce, tutto veramente ottimo. I ns. compimenti al titolare Fabio e alla chef Consuelo. Torneremo presto. Consigliatissimo.

15/07/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in maniera perfetta! Che dire..materia prima ottima e soprattutto lavorata bene. Personale simpatico e locale spartano ma a noi piace così.

24/06/2025: What can I say, the Kolbe park location is a disaster, dirty air conditioning that only works in the fitness rooms but not in the weight room, or that is turned on at minimum, the gym is a greenhouse, so if you are looking for an experience similar to hot yoga but with weights you are in the right place, then if you like the feeling of dirty sweaty fake grass that smells of both summer and winter this is also the right place for you, oh and how can we forget the sauna with salt for scrub already used on the benches? Anyway I also attach photos of the bathrooms

13/07/2025: We're not there yet! I made a reservation for a table outside, but when I arrived, I saw that our table was in a narrow, cramped corner, mostly arranged in an L-shape. Maybe tell me in advance! One less place setting, one less chair, and two people forced to sit with their backs to each other. The rest of the people were crammed together! I asked for another table, given the inconvenience and cramped conditions we were forced to sit in. They brought it right away, but unfortunately it remained uncleared, without place settings or chairs for at least another half hour. In the end, we took both the chairs and place settings and took them outside... We ordered late, around 9:30 PM, and started eating and drinking after an hour or an hour and a half. The pizza menus arrived at 10:45 PM! Many items weren't on the menu, like fish and several drinks... Maybe tell me in advance! The dishes were average; I was told the churrasco, which I didn't eat, was very good. It's always a shame they arrived so late. I hate to write this review; I've been here twice before and it wasn't bad, but this time it just wasn't right. Otherwise, I found courtesy, kindness, and simplicity—perhaps too much, mixed with carelessness... and finally, the bill. €70: 2 pizza menus (€17 each), 1 Coke, 1 pizza rossa, and 2.5 liters of house red wine. Something doesn't add up... For me, that's the end of it.

25/06/2025: Service was great. Very good attention. Food was also good but it needed that extra kick in the seasoning. Spritz hugo didn’t had any taste of liquor at all. It was very sugary. Yet is still a good place where to stop. Blessings!

08/02/2025: Cucina ottima. Servizio migliorabile. Scegliete la saletta sotto o la parte in fondo del ristorante. Insieme al pane porteranno una specie di gnocco fritto al carbone vegetale... pazzesco!

29/05/2025: I leave this negative review with a highly constructive intent. I have been frequenting this restaurant/shop with my family for a year now and if at the beginning the pleasantness of the place immersed in greenery and in a countryside a stone's throw (which however seems much more) from the chaos of the city could compensate for the certainly not excellent gastronomy with the passage of time things have only gotten worse. In short, they serve indigestible and dubious mush passing it off as organic, nutritious and even tasty food (in their dreams). And lately they have also raised the prices. It's a real shame because the place is worth it but we find ourselves forced to not be able to go anymore given the absolutely mediocre gastronomic proposal. Acidic sauces, low quality and certainly not fresh meats, absolutely indigestible soy or seitan, very little oil. In short, I hope for a goodbye but for now the advice is to stay away.
