29/10/2025: What a disappointment for my daughter's 10th birthday cake! I ordered a cake specifically requesting it be exactly like the one in the window (the girl had chosen her favorite colors, yellow and green), but when I picked it up (just minutes before her friends' party), the cake was decorated in pink and orange. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that the pastry chef uses this color scheme for girls. I have no complaints about the quality of the cake, but I'm still disappointed for the little girl who was waiting for her yellow and green cake. This behavior is not at all appreciated and shows no attention to the customer's request.

26/10/2025: My family and I have been going to this pastry shop for years now!! Pastries, mini pastries, cakes, tarts, frappes... We've tried everything! A GUARANTEE! Everything fresh and excellent! I also recommend it for a last-minute dessert or a birthday celebration because they'll write your birthday wishes or a message on the cake you choose on the spot. They even have candles.

09/07/2025: Questa è una trattoria romana, ormai abbastanza turistica ma non troppo . Si mangia bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio e trattamento senza troppi fronzoli, prezzi onesti. Se volete impiattanenti particolari e location chic andate da un' altra parte, se vi va la classica trattoria romanesca questa va benissimo. Ci sono stato più volte a distanza di anni e ci tornerò senza dubbio.

07/07/2025: Llegamos y nos sentaron inmediatamente. El menú era bueno, pedimos y nuestra comida comenzó a llegar y ¡fue un desastre! No hay vasos para nuestras bebidas, ni cubiertos, ni servilletas. La comida no fue traída con los elementos adecuados. Un ejemplo es que trajeron el pollo después de que todos terminaron de comer, pero no lo quitaron de la cuenta. La cuenta fue irreconocible porque simplemente sumaron todos los platos principales en un cargo de $ 50, luego pagamos la cuenta y estábamos sentados allí como lo hacen en Italia y el servidor literalmente comenzó a recoger nuestras bebidas que estábamos bebiendo y a limpiar la mesa. Fue la persona más grosera que hemos conocido en nuestras vidas. Darle dos estrellas a este restaurante es generoso porque la comida también era terrible.

27/10/2025: I was disappointed with this hotel. The property is old and poorly maintained, and it is not accurately represented by the photos on the website. The breakfast was insufficient, and we found the staff to be rude. Definitely not a 3-star hotel. The only redeeming quality is that it is close to the airport.

23/10/2025: The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, and they offer a buffet breakfast, which is somewhat limited but adequate. If you're going to Rome, the journey can take over an hour; to take the metro or train station, you'll have to take a bus.

07/05/2025: We had an amazing dinner yesterday, few hours before and it was amazing. The entrees and main dish, mine was lasagna was very good but the Tiramisu was heavenly, V. V. Good I do recommend it 100%

12/11/2025: Listed as a 5-star, I will give it a 2 at best. The bathroom was filthy, the shower area full of mold. We proved it to the attendant by scraping some of the dirt with a tissue paper. Additionally two of the five days we stayed at the hotel we didn’t have hot water. When complaining about it the technician came to the room opened all the faucets, shower and bidet to full capacity for 15 minutes to get some lukewarm water. Here you have hot water he said. The only reasonable thing is the location but because of this they take advantage of you.

07/11/2025: The location is great, everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by metro. Yes, the rooms are dated, there's visible mold in the bathroom and a noticeable smell – but still, for the price and location, it's acceptable. Don't expect too much. It's not a 5-star hotel by German standards, more like a 3-star. The beds are okay.

05/05/2025: An embarrassing dinner both in quantity and above all in quality. Fixed menu without tax receipt!!! they only accept cash!!! Food served cold. Poor quality. In summary: the Caritas or Astalli canteen is better, in fact there you don't risk food poisoning but in this place you do!!

06/10/2025: I like coming here on weekends even though it's very chaotic. A word about the managers' lack of professionalism. Yesterday at the bar I witnessed the manager go crazy, yelling left and right, embarrassing the workers. The poke is very good, and the selection of ingredients is varied.

06/10/2025: We've been there twice for coffee! We'll be back! Real pistachio cream – both in croissants and canollo pastries. The prices are really good – espresso – €1.30, black coffee or cappuccino – less than €2. Sweets and croissants – €1-1.50. And sandwiches – I had the tuna one – €3. I recommend it 💪🏼

26/09/2025: The staff is friendly and very helpful. I often go outside as well as inside. But I prefer inside. I usually stop for coffee with friends.

30/10/2025: Don't get the Nutella sfogliatella, it's pointless. There's hardly any Nutella in it, plus it tastes like bread that's been stale for two months.

23/10/2025: The bathroom was covered in a kilo of dirt, the pastry case was covered in flies, the Coca-Cola glasses were devoid of ice and very deteriorated.

09/08/2025: Grandes porciones a un precio razonable con una variedad de opciones para elegir. IT obtiene de 3 a 4 estrellas porque IT era casi promedio tal vez un poco por encima del promedio. La pizza es de corteza fina. No de estilo napolitano pero sigue siendo bueno. Pero no muy bien. Las pastas eran buenas. Los 4 ñoquis de queso y el fetichino Alfredo estuvieron ambos por encima de la media. La salsa Alfredo era mejor que la salsa de 4 quesos. El filete en salsa de vino tinto estaba muy bueno pero un poco mal cocido. El personal era bueno.

15/10/2025: The owners were there. My son politely asked if he could please use the bathroom, and they directed him to another building around the corner that didn't exist. I went back with him to find out where that place was, and they immediately let him into the bathroom, which wasn't in another building but in the restaurant itself.

14/10/2025: This is the second time in four years that I've come here with my family, and I wasn't disappointed - the carbonara was excellent, the wine was good, and we ate outside in the nice weather. Despite the central location and the high number of customers, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The service was quite fast (especially considering the large number of customers), and the staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
