I give it a 10 for transparency and professionalism. I thank the sales consultant, Mr. Elio, for guiding me in choosing the subscription that best suits my habits. No surprises, very clear explanations, and great willingness to find the best solution for me. Elio is extremely helpful, kind, polite, and knowledgeable.

The instructor Roberta is a very kind person, very helpful, motivated, present, attentive.

A new sports center with all the amenities. There's a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities available. The only real lack might be a paddle tennis court; there's also a soccer/tennis court, but apparently, no one plays there anymore. The changing rooms with showers are nice (the first time I've seen them at a club), and there's convenient parking. Be careful with the road, because the center is hidden behind the Rebibbia metro station parking lot and can be reached via a narrow road that's practically invisible.

Despite being full of members, management isn't committed to updating and improving equipment. They should invest their revenue better by improving the changing rooms/showers/bathrooms and gym equipment. Too many parties and expenses, which in my opinion could be limited, for weekend events, which limit members who don't like crowds from regular attendance. There's room for improvement, and I'm talking about Parco Kolbe. The Nomentana location is the same. The changing rooms need to be completely redone. Management never knows how to contact them! It would be helpful to have a box where people can leave suggestions and feedback that will be taken into consideration.
