09/07/2025: Questa è una trattoria romana, ormai abbastanza turistica ma non troppo . Si mangia bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio e trattamento senza troppi fronzoli, prezzi onesti. Se volete impiattanenti particolari e location chic andate da un' altra parte, se vi va la classica trattoria romanesca questa va benissimo. Ci sono stato più volte a distanza di anni e ci tornerò senza dubbio.

07/07/2025: Llegamos y nos sentaron inmediatamente. El menú era bueno, pedimos y nuestra comida comenzó a llegar y ¡fue un desastre! No hay vasos para nuestras bebidas, ni cubiertos, ni servilletas. La comida no fue traída con los elementos adecuados. Un ejemplo es que trajeron el pollo después de que todos terminaron de comer, pero no lo quitaron de la cuenta. La cuenta fue irreconocible porque simplemente sumaron todos los platos principales en un cargo de $ 50, luego pagamos la cuenta y estábamos sentados allí como lo hacen en Italia y el servidor literalmente comenzó a recoger nuestras bebidas que estábamos bebiendo y a limpiar la mesa. Fue la persona más grosera que hemos conocido en nuestras vidas. Darle dos estrellas a este restaurante es generoso porque la comida también era terrible.

28/04/2025: Nous avons suivi les commentaires mais franchement nous avons été très déçus. Il n'y a rien d'extraordinaire. J'ai pris une assiette tomates burratina pour 15 balles. J'ai eu 10 tomates cerises a tout casser avec la burratina. Aucune présentation. Les profiteroles c'était a peine passable. Bref vous pouvez trouver bien mieux à quelques pas de là sur la place.

But I'm not interested in the form but in the substance I think looking at them, while I eat them I think it wasn't an evening and I make up for it with the Ascolane Olives and I feel worse. Furthermore, since it is a telephone order, I tell the lady at the counter if I can pay in the meantime so we can optimize it and she laughs at her colleague as if I had offered her a kidney instead of payment. 05/06/2025: I stopped by Benaco while wandering around the neighborhood. Most of its customers are local. It offers a wide selection of pre- made food, including pasta, pastries, salad, and some cooked veggies. A convenient place to stop by for a quick lunch or drink

23/06/2025: We stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the bruschetta mix, fries, and a beer. At first, we weren’t too sure about the place and even considered leaving — but we’re glad we stayed! The food turned out to be excellent, and the service was just as good. A pleasant surprise overall.

22/06/2025: If you are a tourist and young, avoid. We sat in this bar for a quick aperitif. The owner, who seemed almost annoyed by our presence, brings us 2 spritz without even something to nibble on, which was something that was available at other tables. Moral of the story, 18 euros for two spritz and a lot of arrogance

10/04/2025: Between one lesson and another my friends and I came here to get coca-cola/coffee/sandwiches etc.. but have you abolished table service? I had already come and there was table service, now we have to order inside, then I thought they could at least bring my Coca-Cola to the table but no, it never arrived, and obviously I refused to get up and come get it, so in the end no Coca-Cola😂. But what do you pay for the toll booth to exit and re-enter? Never again

15/07/2025: Este lugar está muy cerca del Coliseo y rodeado de otros lugares de helado. Lo seleccionamos porque los niños sintieron que ofrecía más opciones de sabor. Gran elección! Las porciones eran decentes y los sabores eran muy buenos. También había un par de sillas disponibles para "comer clientes".

04/05/2025: Nos sorprendió el sabor de lo que comimos. La calidad era alta, el servicio muy agradable, el propietario es sin duda un apasionado! El precio era bajo, especialmente cuando se compara con la ubicación. Sin duda lugar para visitar : )

16/07/2025: Probabilmente la peggiore amatriciana che ho mai mangiato in vita mia. La posizione è ottima e il servizio (sia pure lento) è buono, ma la qualità del cibo e il prezzo sono terribili. Mi chiedo come sia possibile scrivere recensioni positive per questo ristorante, neppure sforzandomi riuscirei a cucinare una pasta talmente oscena, e sia ben chiaro di lavoro non faccio il cuoco. La amatriciana in pratica consiste in mezze maniche scotte che galleggiano su una brodaglia di pomodoro crudo ed acido, all'interno del miscuglio si scorgono rarissimi (fortunatamente) pezzettini di carne: si intuisce che dovrebbe essere pancetta, ma assomiglia più a plastica bruciata. E' evidente che sia un ristorante acchiappaturisti e in parte ciò è anche giustificato dalla posizione, ma qua si è al limite della diffamazione per la cucina italiana in generale e romana nello specifico. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo vi rendo edotti che un litro di acqua costa 5 euro... il resto è in linea con l'acqua, ma almeno i prezzi sono evidenti con il menù, il cattivo cibo invece lo scoprite solo quando ve lo portano.

09/07/2025: È un ottimo bar-ristorante. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, inoltre i prodotti sono sempre eccellenti. È ben organizzato negli spazi e nel servizio e le opzioni che offrono sono molto vaste, tanto nella caffetteria quanto nella consumazione al ristorante. È un ottimo posto dove fermarsi e prendersi un’pò di tempo per riposarsi.

09/07/2025: The rooms need to be updated, nowhere near the 5 star quality advertised. Shower leaking on the floor, door handle fell off the door when closing, which left us thinking that we were trapped. Good location, nice breakfast buffet.

23/06/2025: After the fourth time they make a bad cake (and after 4 times that we trust them and don't write negative reviews) and above all that they deliver it to us frozen in the evening to eat it after dinner, now that's enough, we won't come anymore. And they also make fun of us! We used to go there very often for years, too bad for them. Every time you can't buy a cake praying that it tastes right, that it's for the exact number of people and above all THAT IT'S NOT FROZEN!

18/06/2025: Today 18 June 2025 at 18.30 bought 12 large pastries, arrived home 18.45. Out of 12 pastries 4 completely thrown away, all hazelnut. The cream completely acidic and instead of being creamy compact like glue a sign of frozen and defrosted pastries. The others very mediocre. I'm sorry to say this after over 20 years that I frequent both pastry shops from this moment I have completely closed.

14/07/2025: I loved both the beautiful location and the restaurant. The food was excellent, the service excellent. I was very satisfied. Furthermore, at the end of dinner we were able to visit the museum with the remains of an ancient Roman imperial villa located beneath the building. Wonderful!

21/06/2025: Birthday night, never was a choice so bad. Very suggestive location but unfortunately nothing more. Prices above the starred restaurant without a minimum of quality. We order a wine, finished. We order the second wine (price 4 times the price on the shelf) we are told because it is hot and must be put in the blast chiller for at least ten minutes. To apologize for the poor service no one offers us anything while waiting. We are forced to order two glasses of sparkling wine, the choice is between prosecco or champagne. We opt for the second. One of the two glasses arrives completely opaque, we ignore it. The cost of the two glasses will be €50. We order an appetizer, two first courses, and a bottle of wine also with a price more than tripled. I will avoid commenting on the appetizer. A spaghetti with clams €32 ordered without parsley, arrived with parsley. Paccheri with red shrimp and pink pepper €34 advertised on the menu, paccheri with tomato sauce arrive with 6/8 shrimp (2cm max) that they assure us are red shrimp!!! we finish the wine, cancel the main courses and leave. Ah... €7 a bottle of water. The receipt is attached Unless you are a tourist who is totally incompetent in cooking, stay away from this place. Just for a laugh, look for the price of the Trebbiano Riserva Marina Cvetic 2020 wine. You will find it there, probably warm, for €240. Curtain.

10/07/2025: Tourist trap. As soon as we ordered, they wanted to sell us more things and change our drink after saying it was ready. The portions were very expensive for the quantity and quality. The desserts were 12 euros each and average quality. The coffee with cold milk. They added bread they didn't bring and an extra bottle on the bill. So we wouldn't have to repeat. Other tables also refused to charge us by card. However, the waitress was very pleasant and corrected the bill without any problem.
