I don't know about the other activities, but so far, I've had a great time in the weight room. The guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. If you need anything, they're always there for you!

This review is to compliment personal trainer Simone Franciosi. And to thank him. He works with clients in the weight room with professionalism and dedication, a lighthearted approach, and a friendly personality. I recommend a package of lessons with him to anyone who's just starting out like me and wants to improve quickly.

08/02/2026: One of the landmarks in the Conca d'Oro neighborhood. A welcoming and well-kept location, with some of the best croissants and bombe in the area. Both the dry and fresh pastries are excellent, always of the highest quality. Delicious aperitifs, reasonably priced, and excellent value. Fast and professional home delivery. You are the best.
