The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was good, the aircon did work which helped a lot with the heatwave, the bathroom was very clean - however the toilet seat was unattached. The location is good with a bus stop right outside for good links into the city. The breakfast included and the rooftop bar was very nice. We Enjoyed our stay very much

Location is great. When we arrived we had a family suite which the bed was not made and not enough towels. It was late so no one was available and they just gave us sheets and towels. The shower was broken, no soap and worse of all, the air conditioning really does not work. We had to switch rooms because of the shower not working. The staff is nice and the breakfast was good.

The room was outdated; we only had heating, and it seemed to be broken. In Italy, 4-star hotels aren't really 4 stars. The pub across the street was open until 2 a.m. with loud music. The rooms are poorly soundproofed; you can hear people walking by on the landing. They still open the doors with a key. A serious renovation is needed.

This was a business trip for me, but the hotel is also perfect for a leisure stay. You absolutely must have breakfast on the 9th floor rooftop; the view is incredible and the staff very friendly. The rooms and bedding are comfortable. The hotel is also just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station. The value for money in Rome is simply perfect.

It has a perfect location. I just recommend you check the room you choose, because if you pick one of the cheaper or discounted ones, it might not be very good. But the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Preferably choose one with a window. The location is very good, close to Termini train station, just a few minutes away when you arrive, and many buses pass right in front of the hotel when you leave.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to most attractions. Room furniture might need to be updated but bed is very comfortable. Nice view from the bar and restaurant. Helpful staff.
