So how can I say… If you are used to 4⭐️ France hotels, we are on a 3⭐️. First of all, the staff at reception, in the room and at breakfast are extremely attentive and kind (PDJ buffet good). Adorable, attentive and very professional reception staff (my 5⭐️). In 2, very aging room, very very firm bedding/mattress (no mattress topper as you might be used to at Mc Gallery or Sofitel), I'm not talking about the bathroom (but the shower is nice). In 3, if your room is located on Via Firenze (extremely busy street), or Via Nazionale, leave the windows closed as it is very noisy. When you enter the room if the curtains are closed, the reason is that the sun shines in and it can be very hot (the air conditioning only works from 05/15)… In short, if you are used to the Mc Gallery universe, you won't be there at all (no turndown service in the evening), but the staff is top notch and the location is ideal for visiting... (Piazza Della Republica, IT Taxi Blanc or the Leonardo Express for airport, there is nothing better)… Ottimo soggiorno 🇮🇹

I live in Rome and some of my family members came to visit me and stayed in this hotel. They got along very well. Central, 2 steps from Piazza della Repubblica. The restaurant was good and they also had an upgrade, highly recommended

Choosing this hotel for our days in Rome was a real success. Incredible location: 15 minutes walk from Trevi and the coliseum. Just 3 minutes from the metro and bus stop that can take you to any other tourist spot in the city: such as Vatican City. Incredible hotel service that did everything possible to make everything to our liking. To mention a drawback: we found the breakfast buffet a little scarce and repetitive, and the hotel terrace in the afternoon/night takes on an “afterwork” atmosphere that does not combine with the possible relaxation that some users were looking for in the common areas of the hotel. .

A 4 star hotel, but not in the rooms. The location is almost perfect, 20 minutes from the Colosseum. The location and interior are clean and well-kept, but the rooms are dated and lack a little cleanliness. The breakfast on the top floor with the possibility of having an aperitif and dinner is what gives this hotel the plus.

I never knew hotel rooms without windows existed until staying in this hotel. I went several times to check the website where I booked and checked my booking and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the room I booked didn’t have windows. It was quite sad to be awakening to no daylight as if you woke in the middle on the night. In addition, the room had zero soundproofing and it was quite noisy since very early in the morning. Only leaving 3 stars not 1 because of great location and cleaning and bar staff who did a very good job making my stay in this hotel a bit better.

Yes, the hotel shows its age. The strange floor coverings in the hallways don't seem particularly inviting at first. But the positive clearly outweighs the negatives: you can walk to the hotel from Roma Termini in ten minutes, all stops (buses, metro) can be reached in five minutes, there are a variety of nice restaurants all around and the real deal: you can see St. Peter's Basilica while having breakfast see. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, finally had a closet of sufficient size and everything else was as hoped. If - like us - you only want to use the hotel for stopovers and overnight stays, that's fine.

Great hotel in a very good location. The price was reasonable, the rooms very comfortable, and breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff

Very well located hotel: 15 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum... Hyper central and served by the Metro which goes to strategic tourist points. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Complete and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Small point: the bathroom could do with a facelift but is still in good condition.
