27/04/2025: Prezzi inappropriati, in nessun modo giustificati da quel che viene servito, in termini di qualità e quantità, per molti dei piatti assaggiati. Discreto il servizio anche se le i vari piatti sono stati serviti senza seguire nessuna logica.

24/04/2025: Mi hanno rapinato senza pistola, 90€ a persona per un pranzo senza primo e senza dolci una spigola pagata 180€, non ci metterò mai più piede nemmeno per affittare un ombrellone, meglio il ristorante di fianco !!!!

15/04/2025: Charming bistro located in the heart of the capital, a few steps from the famous Via del Babuino. We had the opportunity to have lunch at La Buvette on two consecutive days and both times we had a great time. Delightful place, fantastic dishes and excellent service: a special mention goes to Antonio, who was helpful and kind in satisfying my request.

13/04/2025: We ordered a cheese and meat board that was awful. Three blobs of soggy mozzarella and three meat selections that looked like they came out of a cheap supermarket package. We tried a couple bites and decided to find another restaurant that served something edible. A block away off the main street we found a nice little place and enjoyed a proper charcuterie board with nice wine.

30/03/2025: It's probably not the best pizza in the world, but it's great and if you're walking around and you're hungry, you don't need to look anywhere else.

19/02/2025: Alice Pizza Monte Gennaro is what you want as a local pizza place by the slice. The pizza is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a variety of delicious flavours. But the best is the loaf of bread made with pizza dough, it's delicious. It can be kept for more than a day, at a cost of €2.00. Try it!

18/04/2025: Very spacious and welcoming place, the food is very good, which is why it is a shame that the service is so slow, some mornings full of people there is only one guy behind the counter, sometimes I happened to wait almost half an hour to order a breakfast at the table, I recommend looking at this aspect because the place deserves a lot and penalizes it.

16/02/2025: We ordered a pan last night. However, it was delivered to us definitely too late. We had ordered it for 8.50pm. The pizza was delivered to us at 10.05pm. So more than an hour late. At 9.30pm we called to ask and were told: "Unfortunately we are full of orders because it is the Sanremo final. You have to wait at least another 20 minutes." What can I say... we would have understood about 15/20 minutes late. But more than an hour is really too long. The organization should also be reviewed on particular evenings, full of orders. Having said that...the pizza was really delicious. So, we will give you another chance.

01/02/2025: Rustic place, with a large variety of pizzas, excellent, both with classic or wholemeal flour, you can also eat first and second courses. Excellent potato, courgette, calamari and onion parcels. The owners are very kind and well disposed towards customers. The latest initiative is beautiful with complete menus of both meat and fish at reasonable prices.

03/11/2024: Takeaway pizza arrived late and lukewarm.... questionable quality, an experience not to be repeated. It's a shame because the staff were friendly and polite.

22/04/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, run by smart and kind people. Good food. Easy to reach even from the center of Rome. With a large parking lot. Perfect also for those with children. Great for a day outdoors. I highly recommend it Italo

21/04/2025: Sunday outdoor restaurant. Approximate service, the order was not respected, both because some dishes on the menu were sold out, and because some courses were wrong. We kept what had arrived at the table for fear of having to wait any longer. The menu announces that the egg pasta is homemade, while we were brought industrial fettuccine or at least made with a machine, smooth and all the same. The two grilled sausages were small and one was charred on the outside and, therefore, bitter, as well as dry. We sat down at 1.20pm, we ordered at 1.45pm, after 20 minutes the bruschetta arrived, while to see the first courses we had to wait until 2.40pm. We got up from the table at 4.15pm. Unacceptable. To sum up, mediocre food, approximate service, price not right in relation to the low quality. Little professionalism.

26/03/2025: It was good, cooked with good products. The decor is reminiscent of the estaminets of the North. The waiter makes the effort to speak French.

11/02/2025: Localino grazioso, ambiente familiare e personale sorridente. Sul bancone trovi di tutto, le pizze hanno dei gusti superlativi: consigliatissima la pizza Carbonara e il Calzone (che non si trova ovunque!). La pizza superleggera, la mangi e non ti appesantisce affatto. Servizio veloce e tavoli a disposizione per una consumazione in loco. Sicuramente la migliore pizza al taglio!

26/02/2025: The owner Stefano, together with his family, carries on his father's legacy while remaining faithful to the usual quality. Raw materials always fresh, of a high standard and cooked very well, friendly and attentive service, fair prices. We will definitely return, as we have done for many years now.

20/04/2025: Just three words... Smiles, excellent food, friendliness. What makes a good place a great place. EXCEPTIONAL artisanal supplies, excellent Ichnusa beer on tap, delicious pizzas and pinsas. I tried the SPECIAL calzone, with cooked sausage, ventricina, mushrooms, nduja and mozzarella, an explosion of flavour. Delicious Ascoli olives. Friendliness and smiles are what are needed, making a dinner an experience to be lived and repeated. See you soon

06/04/2025: Finally the real Roman pinsa..... Regardless of the countless flavors to try, there is only one thing to say in favor of customers..... The wait was a little longer than usual, but as I already wrote above, IT'S EVERYTHING MADE AT THE MOMENT, THERE IS NOTHING FROZEN....., and obviously the taste doesn't make any difference. Artisanal supplies, tasty platters, sandwiches that won't make you regret Tivoli..., craft and draft beers with controlled prices, make the LA TRIADE pizzeria in a beautiful medieval village a very pleasant evening to share with friends.
