13/07/2025: I've known Puccettone for years. They changed location a few weeks ago, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the outcome was a bit negative. They reduced the space, they reduced the ovens, and unfortunately, the service has suffered. Currently, they only offer a pizza menu; I understand the kitchen is absent. Of course, the pizza is always good. But you can't wait an hour and a half for your food. Other people even waited two hours. The space was so small that we were bumping into people behind us, and the waiters ended up asking us to pass things around because we couldn't fit. I'm truly sorry... because I've always thought Puccettone was a truly excellent place to eat good Roman cuisine and good pizza. Let's hope for improvements in the future.

26/06/2025: It's a good pub. Good selection of beers available, sandwiches, condiments used and other products for sale. The owner is a nice person, helpful and friendly, as are the employees. The service is sometimes a little slow, but in my opinion it reflects their philosophy: it's not a fast food. Come, sip a beer, chat with friends and eat a good sandwich. It fully deserves a greater turnout. They also do take-away service. I often go back and recommend it.

27/05/2025: The girl at the counter was very kind and friendly but if I can suggest they should fix the entrance better there was something that was disturbing but I couldn't understand what it was because I had to run away immediately, but I will certainly go back to buy there

17/05/2025: Best ice cream in Italy. I recommend the Popcorn flavor very good as well as the milk chocolate. And I tried the new Bubble Stick, which is waffle batter bites on a stick with Nutella and powder sugar, so good. You should give it a try too!

28/05/2025: A última hora de una tarde entre semana elegimos de Apple Maps este excelente restaurante basado en caminar por él la semana pasada. Resultó ser una ostería popular cerca de la estación de Ostiense. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa — estaba lleno de lugareños (siempre un signo alentador), así como un montón de visitantes. A pesar del negocio a las 8: 30 , el servicio era eficiente y realmente cálido. El inglés no es ningún problema aquí; nuestro encantador servidor ofreció consejos útiles de menú, con otro personal chiming en (incluyendo alguien que felizmente trajo cubitos de hielo para enfriar nuestra agua). Compartimos una tarta de pescado bacalà, seguida de platos de pasta individuales. Últimamente estoy en una racha de amatricianas, y las de ellos se pusieron bien de pie: salsa sabrosa y guanciale adecuadamente crujiente. La única desventaja eran las limitadas opciones de vino: solo un tinto disponible por copa, sin alternativa de jarra. Dicho esto, tenían una buena selección de grappas y lo que parecían postres muy tentadores, que tendremos que guardar para la próxima vez. Un gran lugar para una comida romana casual y satisfactoria con ambientes agradables y sin alboroto.

21/07/2025: The food was really good, but it's a shame about the poor service. Starting with the cork/wood placemats, which are aesthetically pleasing but hygienically leave much to be desired. The meat, which in my opinion was delicious, wasn't the 1.5 kg but the 1.1 kg we ordered, and it was also badly cut because they didn't cook it properly. Not to mention that the meat is served on a cutting board after cooking, next to the lava stone, so the customer can decide how much they want to cook it, rather than the fact that the meat is actually served already on this lava stone, which therefore continues to cook, ruining the meat. Two glasses were chipped, one of which was right on the side of the lip, so there was a risk of cutting it. The waiters were a bit absent, and we waited over 30 minutes for desserts despite the place being empty because they literally forgot we were there. Perhaps because we didn't sound like Romans, and therefore clearly foreigners, it's a real shame. It could have been handled much better, given the relatively good quality of the meat.

03/07/2025: Booked by colleagues, arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 pm. We ordered appetizers, some pizzas and meat. We found the service to be very long, the appetizers, we are talking about supplì and courgette flowers came out after an hour, I should point out that the place was almost empty, only a few tables were occupied. We asked for a bottle of red wine, the waiter after 40 minutes and several requests told us that the ordered wine was not available, we ordered the one available and in any case it arrived after 15 minutes... the ordered tagliata was good and plentiful. The white focaccia and the side dishes arrived, for some people, when they had finished eating. They probably had problems in the kitchen, in any case there would be something to review in the management of the orders.

13/07/2025: Experience ruined by unprofessional management I've been to this pizzeria, and while I must acknowledge the delicious pizza and the kindness of the waiters (all truly friendly and helpful), unfortunately I experienced a very unpleasant incident. In my supplì, I found a small stone, most likely from the rice, which even chipped my tooth. I contacted the owner to report it and expected at the very least an immediate apology, but her first reaction was to deny any responsibility and say, "What can we do?" Only after I insisted did she apologize. In the end, I was only given a €4 discount, despite the damage. I don't expect gifts or drama, but from a place that prides itself on hospitality, I would have expected more serious and attentive behavior, especially when it comes to health. It's a real shame, because the wait staff is impeccable and the food is excellent, and I used to come often. But the management completely ruined the experience, and I don't think I'll be back.

13/07/2025: Pizzeria located in an excellent place, also convenient for parking. The pizza is excellent, the staff are friendly and available for every need. I recommend it.

16/06/2025: Long live Freeda! Everything Freeda here with an Italian twist. My margaritas were served in salt rimmed martini glasses. My upsidedown tacos were served resting on Freeda's head (picture). Upsidedown is my perspective.... lettuce was the base, then meat and cheese on top. Italian interpretation. Delightful place that is really hopping later in the evening.

14/07/2025: Amazing sandwich, the best sandwich in the area. The quality is top notch and the staff are super friendly. Definitely worth a try, and I'll recommend it to everyone. The flavor combinations are excellent, but most importantly, the quality will amaze you. I highly recommend it.
