We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance because we had to wait for a movie at the nearby theater, and we were so surprised by how good the food was! Even the desserts! Thank you! And thank you for the impromptu candle ❤️

Fantastic experience at Napofollia! The pizza dough is soft, well-leavened, and very digestible, just like true Neapolitan tradition. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can sense a great attention to quality. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always smiling and helpful. One of the best pizzerias I've ever had!

Pizza made with quality ingredients. Perfectly topped. Soft and chewy. I saw some specialty pizzas on the menu, which are worth trying. Congratulations. The only downside is the impossibility of speaking, given the number of people there. Even the waiter wasn't easy to get through to. Anyway, the pizza is truly delicious!
Over the years, however, things have changed.
The pizzas are always made with good ingredients and very tasty. The staff is always kind, friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. What disappointed me a little this time was that the pizza was undercooked and thinly topped. The prices are a little higher than average, but that's okay.

I'm writing because if a customer requests something, it should be respected. (I would have gladly avoided reviewing it.)
Kindly ask for an undercooked pizza (to avoid unhealthy food that's burned both on the edges and under the base).
Anyway... The waitress wrote down the request, or rather, I think she pretended to do so with a quick scribble on the order...and that's the main reason for the comment.
However, the usual burnt pizza arrived that tasted like coal (that's two of us in two evenings).
Anyway, the result was a pizza that tasted like coal and smelled of acrylamide and benzopyrene...
You can be angry, but know that this is a
very bad habit, both for your health and for the final product. Not to mention the flavor that comes out of it afterwards.
It's a shame because the ingredients were actually good.

The look is inviting and the quality/price ratio is good. It's a shame that you have to wait and try every day to get takeout, as they always have limited availability. To be sure of getting them, call at 5:00 PM. Whenever you order takeout, expect to wait an average of 30 minutes from your arrival for your pizzas.

By service, I mean the two shifts they run on Saturdays. I don't like rushing to eat and leave my table... a chat with friends over a good pizza is a must.
Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

I've been back, even though I no longer live in Rome... Pizza is always excellent, authentic Neapolitan, fried food is always excellent... but...
The service... especially the staff, NO. I'll just say that we were kicked out of the restaurant (and the porch too) at midnight on a Saturday night in the pouring rain... why do you have to set off alarms? I repeat... midnight on a Saturday? Trust me, with the staff in the dining room you risk losing customers... and that would be a real shame because the food is truly good and unique in Rome. They don't even know how to open a bottle of wine before they break the corks. Trust me. Save yourselves!
