25/04/2025: Excellent services. Large and spacious room. Very comfortable bed (minus the sofa bed for children: a junior suite would require a second double bed or in any case a less "volatile" sofa bed). Excellent and varied breakfast. Also worth trying is the internal restaurant: new dishes with very fresh raw materials and cooked very well at a reasonable price.

22/04/2025: Siamo stati da I Ciarli a Pasquetta e, come sempre, è stata un’ottima scelta. A differenza di molti ristoranti che durante le festività propongono solo menù fissi, loro avevano il menù alla carta: una rarità davvero apprezzata. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, come al solito. La carne era eccellente, tenera e saporita, cotta alla perfezione. Anche i primi erano deliziosi, si sente la cura e la qualità in ogni piatto. Il servizio impeccabile, gentile e attento, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Per noi, I Ciarli si conferma uno dei migliori ristoranti all’Infernetto, una garanzia ogni volta che ci andiamo.

25/04/2025: No … proprio No …NON CI SIAMO !!! Allora … premetto che si mangia bene ma non benissimo. I piatti non sono poi così abbondanti come dovrebbero essere… e sì perché se mi fai pagare 18 euro per uno spaghetto con le vongole… le vongole ci devono essere e la pasta non deve essere sciapa e scotta … il prezzemolo ci va tritato con l’aglio e non messo un rametto di prezzemolo per fare scena E SENZA AGLIO ( altrimenti me magno ajo e ojo) L’antipasto di mare …15 euro …francamente se mi porti un piatto bianco di un metro quadro e ci metti due cosette … insomma anche sé buone….. mi sa di presa in giro!!! Parliamo poi dei tempi, ci siamo seduti alle 12:30 e ci siamo alzati da tavola alle 14:45!!! (in due persone) PAZZESCO!!! Alt!!! Un attimo… parliamoci chiaro tu puoi mettere tutti i cartelli che vuoi e che spiegano che i tempi di attesa visto che si mangia espresso sono più lunghi del solito ma a me è sembrato un po’ esagerato!!! Anche perché se vi organizzate in modo che chi arriva mangia in ordine di arrivo…non mi puoi far passare davanti un tavolo di 10 persone e un tavolo di 6 persone perché allora vuol dire che mi stai prendendo in giro!!!! oltretutto la signora si è scusata più volte … ma alla fine i 93 euro li ha voluti tutti e senza battere ciglio!!! Signori per un antipasto di mare, due primi (che oltretutto non sono arrivati insieme ma a distanza di 20 minuti!!!) per due secondi di pesce due contorni, acqua e due caffè 93 euro sono per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per come abbiamo mangiato (ambiente caldo perché è una veranda coperta di plastica) e visto i tempi assurdi È UN’ESAGERAZIONE!!!! Poi sti cartelli … sanno più de minaccia che di altro insomma non puoi lamentarti più di tanto perché ti hanno avvertito!!! Comunque vista la situazione vedete voi se per mangiare piatti da Osteria spacciati per piatti da grande ristorante volete passare tutto questo…

29/04/2025: I ate for dinner, passing through, on a Tuesday. Very good. The first, good, very seasoned and plentiful, casarecce with bacon and pistachio. Lots of choice of fried foods, I tasted a good supplì with oxtail ragout. The desserts were one more beautiful than the other, made by them. After a difficult choice I took a small glass made of chocolate with tiramisu inside, very good. Highly recommended. Very good quality/price ratio

28/04/2025: FANTASTIC. I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday on April 26th in the immense private room. It's the first time I've organized an event like this and I didn't know where to start. I didn't even know them but, when choosing the menu, they were able to advise me admirably, caring more about saving me money than their own profit. The guests were also very satisfied. It should have been a buffet, therefore self service. But as soon as they were free for a moment, they moved on to serving dishes at the tables. What else to say. If I could, I would have rated it 6 stars. Thank you immensely...

24/03/2025: Beautiful place, great food. Too bad for the total lack of courtesy from the staff. I went to a graduation party and, unfortunately, both my friends and I found ourselves repeatedly commenting on how rude and unfriendly the staff were. My group of friends in particular is very large and we couldn't all sit at the same table, so we added some chairs. Apparently it wasn't allowed (it seems to complicate clearing the table, but let's ignore it). In itself this was absolutely not a problem, it's the arrogant and rude way in which the "mistake" was pointed out to us that was. Leaving aside other minor incidents that occurred during the party, the worst moment came at the end of the evening, around 1 am, when the place was closing. A friend of ours was sick in the bathroom, she had drunk too much. We were asked (always in unkind tones) to come over with the car to take it away and allow the place to close. The same message was repeated to us at least three or four times in the space of a few minutes, each time more aggressively, without even giving us the time to organize the matter. Even in the parking lot, while we were trying to say goodbye (with the girl already in the car), the staff continued to chase us away, practically threatening to close the gate with us still inside. In short: splendid location, delicious food, ridiculous staff.

13/04/2025: Nothing to do, pizza cooked in a wood oven is a completely different story. I'm a calzone lover and every place I go I like to order it to see how it's made and savor the differences in taste and shape. Higher, lower, softer, more seared.... The dough and flours used certainly help a lot. The calzone I ate yesterday is on the podium of my top ten. I don't have photos, but I assure you it was delicious. Lumberjack. Fior di latte, mushrooms and sausage. Try it. I'm sure the pizzas are worth it too. We'll be back soon!

30/03/2025: Location molto carina sia esterno che interno, pranzo super abbondante, con antipasti misti, due primi ( noi abbiamo fatto il bis, non perché erano pochi, ma per la bontà) tre tipi di carne e contorni, dolci e caffè, acqua e vino compresi, 30 € a persona, che vuoi di più, personale gentile e simpatico, grazie

16/03/2025: Mi dispiace, mi aspettavo di più. Personale molto altezzoso neanche un sorriso e una comprensione nei confronti tu dei bambini che sono seduti al tavolo. Tutto stabilito quanto prima dell’arrivo dei clienti, tutto coperto con tovaglioli per non parlare del gusto delle cose che si assaggiano una ad una. Sconsigliatissimo.
