Welcoming and attentive staff with lots of friendliness. Spacious and bright rooms with all the necessary services. Beautiful olive trees decorate the exteriors. The availability of power sockets in the meeting rooms needs to be improved: it is known that each participant is equipped with a laptop/cell phone and therefore a socket is needed for each of them: buy all the slippers necessary to manage the worse case!

I STAYED ON MARCH 23, 2024 ALL GOOD I ONLY HAVE TO MAKE ONE IMPORTANT COMPLAINT THE AMOUNT OF THE ROOM HAS BEEN FREEZED TWICE IN CONSECUTIVE TIMES THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR BUT I STILL SEE NOTHING CREDITED ON THE ACCOUNT ONCE IT IS RIGHT TO PAY FOR ROOM BUT TWO DO NOT

Good hotel in general. Breakfast is good with a broad variety of options. What I find not good for a four stars is that in the room there is no water, no kettle, no coffee and no tea which is a basic everywhere else. I book this hotel quite often for business trip and I am always disappointed with that. Unfortunately no other serious option on the area. Also, the attitude of the waiter at the restaurant is horrible. He is very rude and does not bother pleasing the customers. So much so that I usually go to the mall across the street.

Chosen for its proximity to the Palazzo dello Sport, even just for one day it turned out to be an excellent hotel: clean and comfortable room, very kind staff, rich and varied breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel molto accogliente con personale molto professionale e cortese, ottima posizione con vicinanza centro commerciale Euro Roma 2 e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Lo consiglio vivamente.

26/03/2024: Nice bar near the train station. Top cocktail menu, great staff. Ambiance very clean and dignified
12/03/2024: We drank a good cocktail in a calm atmosphere. The bar is elegant and the servers attentive. The dishes tasted on the neighboring tables looked good. The customers seemed to be eating with gusto.
