17/04/2025: Stay with a school group: Indeed, the dust in the rooms is not systematically cleaned but the bedding is clean and the beds comfortable. When everyone showers at the same time, hot water problem. Hearty evening meal. The lunch sandwiches are like in other hotels that we have had in previous years: too stuffy because of the bread and few elements in the sandwich. Pay close attention to students who are vegetarian or allergic. The hotel owners are accommodating: we were able to bring forward breakfast time. For cell phones, it depends on the operator: some have reception, others do not. We've been taking school trips to Italy for a long time, and we've had worse than this hotel!

16/03/2025: A place with previous experience as a brewery that has made the leap in quality in the best possible way, courteous staff but service that could be improved... they didn't bring us the promised sauces. Food and drinks must be presented but here you choose and they bring you what you have chosen. They definitely have to grow but I'm sure they will reach a good level. Too bad the prices are a little too high for the place and the current general quality. The raw material is excellent. Three stars+ would be the optimal rating but, to incentivize them, I gave 4 stars. Good job guys!

20/04/2025: Easter Day.. you know it could happen even if you have better restaurants to make some mistakes... But here it didn't happen, excellent availability and service.. not to mention the good food, actually very good, and plentiful... I recommend it and we will gladly return often... Thank you

11/03/2025: Historic pizzeria restaurant in the Flaminio district. The pizza, the Bass Roman type, and the fried foods are excellent. At lunch it also works as self-service. Takeaway possible.

29/03/2025: I ordered several tartlets with fruit and pine nuts but there is no crust like before, it is directly a ball of cream on the cardboard, with the fruit on top. this is wrong and funny. The ball of cream tastes good anyway. also the cashier is very impatient.

07/04/2025: Unprofessional, cooking the wrong meat, I had asked for it to be cooked rare, a 70 euro Florentine steak arrives at the table with at least medium cooking, if not well done. I eat the same only because I hate wasting food, when they take my plate back I politely point out to the waiter that the meat was good but I would have liked the cooking requested, to my great surprise the waiter replies with a rudeness that speaks for itself "eh, I understand you want us to give you a discount". Discount never asked for and obviously never received. I learned one thing, that certain restaurateurs deserve that if the dish is not to your liking you send it back without caring about both the food cost and the food waste. Mediocre and rude.

06/04/2025: Even though I don't like shopping malls, I'm happy to go to this one. It has a large parking lot, lots of shops and a good food court. If you need to do some shopping, it's the ideal place.

20/04/2025: Easter lunch with the family. Even though the place was full, we ate good dishes that were plentiful. Excellent service, the girls were always smiling and as mentioned before the place was full. Location in an excellent position, panoramic. Average price. Good parking possibilities.

07/04/2025: First access and positive outcome. Trattoria style with outdoor tables on the pavement without all being covered by the sun. The staff is helpful and cheerful, the food offering is refined and well done. The dishes are very good and well plated. Price in line with the place and what is offered.
