08/04/2026: Osteria dei Colli in Rocca di Papa continues to be, for me, one of the most welcoming, helpful, and high-quality restaurants in terms of raw materials and expert preparation. We've been frequenting it for years now, and it never disappoints; in fact, it always manages to surprise us and leave us with what I call "good memories." Whether you're celiac or have other dietary restrictions, you can count on a safe place that caters to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, fast, and professional despite their young age. I personally adore them. What more can I say? The homemade pasta, the excellent quality meats prepared with recipes that enhance their flavor and tenderness. Try the entire menu, which varies seasonally. Their wine is extraordinary 💯💯. 30/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Squarciatelli, and the experience was truly positive. The first courses were the real highlight: the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was simply magnificent, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced, while the tonnarelli cacio e pepe was a perfect example of tradition, creamy and well-seasoned. The second courses were also excellent, confirming the quality of the cuisine and the attention to raw ingredients. To round off the meal, a truly delicious chocolate cake was the perfect way to round out the meal. Special thanks to the staff and owners for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness to their customers: a warm welcome that makes all the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. All the wines are well paired and thought of. Excellent views! Perfect for business lunches/dinners or dining experience with friends!

01/04/2026: The pizza and panini were served cold. When we asked if they could be reheated, the server got upset. They were served cold again. Cold, stale cheese... What a shame. We regret having to eat it (we're against food waste, after all), especially since a pregnant woman was with us.

22/03/2026: Very nice atmosphere, quite large, comfortable seating, not very crowded. The welcome was excellent, the lady very kind and helpful. We tried some delicious cappuccinos and a delicious coconut and chocolate cake. I recommend this place.
