01/01/2026: I booked here blind for New Year's Eve dinner, given the online references and the proximity to my accommodation. The menu was typical Bolognese, but honestly, it was my fault for not carefully evaluating the menu, which already seemed inappropriate for a (too heavy) New Year's Eve dinner, but more like a tasting menu for tourists. The place is also unique, large but lacks a warm atmosphere. 75% of the guests are tourists, those with the worst culinary aptitudes. The staff, made up for by the extra service that evening, were really young, some of them just starting out. 1.50g of Parma ham on the plate as an appetizer and two pieces of banal parmesan cheese, which already made us off to a bad start, exhausted by having to finish a healthy platter on our own. Porcini flan drowned in parmesan sauce that was basically a moist omelette with frozen porcini mushrooms. The parmesan-tossed tortellini with truffles were acceptable, but presented in a useless plastic container two sizes larger than the plate itself. We continued with the worst cutlet Bolognese I've ever had: tough meat, soggy breading, and overall very salty, accompanied by a paste called purée. Almost inedible. Let's leave out the dessert, and I won't comment on the wine, which was undrinkable. I apologize for not realizing this is a restaurant incapable of managing or offering a decent New Year's Eve dinner. I hope it was just a one-night stumble.

23/12/2025: It was a fairytale wedding: everything went even better than we expected. The location is simply stunning, it feels like being immersed in a fairytale. The food was exquisite, and we received compliments from all our guests. Daniela and her son Michele managed the entire organization: available, professional, and always attentive, they coordinated every moment perfectly, avoiding any downtime. The price, considering what they offer, is truly fair. We wholeheartedly recommend choosing this agriturismo: you won't regret it; in fact, you'll want to get married there... just like we did.

01/03/2026: A very nice and tastefully restored place (I really like the idea of ​​leaving all the cross vaults on the ceiling unplastered). The staff are all very professional and friendly. The food is really good (and the portions are generous!)… I really enjoyed the grilled vegetables, I recommend them. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality and quantity of the food. It's worth going there, even to experience a small fraction of the "lower" side of town…. 28.02.26: (UPDATE) I went back and found the staff less friendly and kind… the wait times were also long… too bad!

14/03/2026: This is now the only place in Bologna where I eat tigelle and crescentine with gusto and pleasure. And the cured meats are excellent. A simple and perfect location for this menu. Those who complain about the prices forget that quality comes at a price. And we're still talking about 20 euros a head. More than fair for the quality and quantity offered. My only complaint, which is actually a recommendation: the quantity of cured meats served is small compared to the crescentine/tigelle.

15/12/2025: The place was always busy, but the result wasn't what we expected. The beer was badly poured, literally out of sync. We asked for two empty plates to share our meals, which meant we finished everything. The lasagna was good. The cutlet with fries wasn't so good. The taste of the frying oil was noticeable, almost unbelievable. Given the number of people, I imagine it was a bad day.

15/01/2026: Excellent swordfish amuse-bouche in zucchini cream sauce, a very good selection of artisanal breads with an appetizer, an appetizer of the day (smoked burrata with anchovies and pumpkin) and a selection of good cheeses (nothing exceptional), for the first course, two plates of gnocchi with clams, pumpkin and bottarga were terrible. The clams were full of sand, the pumpkin and the gnocchi were overcooked, bland and too sweet. We didn't order dessert as it wasn't to our liking. The dishes were well presented. The service was courteous but not attentive (we weren't even asked if we liked the dishes).

Let's get to the food: I ordered the passatelli, and they arrived immediately after I ordered them, as if they were already pre-made and reheated. They lacked flavor and aroma, a bit dull. I had the same feeling with the braised beef. The quality of the ingredients was high, but I didn't like the way they were cooked. It was a bit dull and dry. The baked potatoes were piping hot but flavorless. The coffee was cold and watery. €55 per person is a bit too much, in my opinion.

11/02/2026: Close to perfect. Luca was friendly and offered me a still lambrusco that he just had got that day..the dishes were creative and tasty. Lots of mushrooms with the leeks. Only criticism was the bread. Maybe just not my style
