05/04/2026: Every time we pass through Imola, Osteria900 is a must-visit,
and so far it has never disappointed us. The fish is fresh, well-cooked, and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. The seafood risotto is excellent, one of those dishes that alone makes the stop worthwhile. A reliable place where quality remains consistent over time, which is no small feat. Highly recommended.
30/03/2026: I returned to this historic restaurant in an early 20th-century building after a long time, and was surprised even when it came to settling the bill. I expected to face a hefty expense, but that wasn't the case. Generous dishes accompanied by good wine.

29/05/2026: Amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of the wild-caught fish was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and clearly not farmed. The staff was professional, attentive, and everything was perfectly organized and well managed. Despite some reviews mentioning high prices, we found the pricing very fair for the level of quality and service provided.
21/05/2026: Excellent fish restaurant with excellent quality of both first and second courses and especially raw fish. The dining room is not very large and they also have an outdoor dining area. The staff are professional and friendly. Excellent choice of wines. I recommend it.

31/05/2026: Good food but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The counter staff are very uncoordinated and want to do more than one thing at a time with poor results. They are also not very friendly and it seems like they are there against their will.

Nice, simple place, in the center of Budrio.
Excellent food, seafood-focused, perfect for a change from the more "traditional" food in the area.
We took the owner's advice and ordered several dishes, all excellent!
The owner and staff were very kind and professional.

07/05/2026: A classic village trattoria. We had appetizers of fried zucchini flowers and stuffed olives. Not bad. A trio of first courses: spaghetti all'amatriciana, overcooked. Tagliatelle with meat sauce and tagliolini with hare sauce, both below par. The main course was mutton, thinly sliced and slightly pink inside. The portion was not generous. Dessert was excellent. Service was slow and the atmosphere was simple.
Even though many people speak highly of it, I can't say the same.

The atmosphere is meticulously designed, clean, and delightful, even for a romantic evening.
The chef and her assistant are expert and prompt in preparing exquisite dishes.
The table service is impeccable, with the waiter extremely kind and charming.
We'll definitely be back.

13/04/2026: Found out about this place from our Delicious Bologna tour guide, Mattia. The wine bar was actually open (apparently, it's hit and miss) when we walked by so we popped in for a glass of wine. No frills here, but a wonderful glass of sparkling wine - Franciacorta 61 from Berlucchi. Pigro looks like he's the lead singer in a grunge band, very approachable and gifted us a couple of key chains made from the wine corks.
