20/02/2026: Nice place, spacious and welcoming. Thin crust pizza, good and easy to digest. Finally, a place that doesn't pretend to be a jewelry store. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: My husband and I ordered a pizza to take away, it's the most delicious pizza we've ever had in Italy. We recommend you take it, you won't regret it.

09/02/2026: For the price we spent for two, which was still not insignificant, we ate very well. It's certainly not a tourist trap like some downtown restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is palpable here (meat and fish for sure; we'll be back for the pasta dishes), and the plating and presentation are meticulously crafted. The wine list is excellent! Regional and national selections, and it's a real pleasure to find wines from important vintages and decanter-worthy reds.

22/01/2026: Bitone has a fantastic location: the building is very characteristic and the ambiance elegant. The staff and service are excellent. However, there are some significant issues: first of all, the prices are high, higher than those of a Michelin-starred restaurant (which is incomprehensible). The selection of dishes is traditional, with no innovative experimentation or unusual combinations. The price of a standard plate of tortellini is €30. The welcome drink has been the same for the past four years (mere crostini with cheese), and every time I go, they don't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. Furthermore, all the desserts contained lactose. I think it's a serious problem that a restaurant with such prices doesn't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. This needs to be addressed.

12/02/2026: A renowned specialized grill restaurant with a diverse selection of meats. Excellent, friendly, and helpful service. They also offer a whiskey fat wash flavored with grilled meat. Definitely worth a try! The price for a 1kg Florentine steak is reasonable.

11/01/2026: The staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. They roast their own coffee beans. We drank incredibly tasty coffee. I highly recommend it if you're in Bologna and want to grab a delicious bite to eat.

06/01/2026: A small but welcoming place. It's nice that the coffee is made in-house, but unfortunately the quality doesn't live up to expectations: the coffee was truly undrinkable. It would be fine for tourists or foreigners, and indeed, there were plenty of them. As good as the croissant was, the price of €3.50 seems completely disproportionate. A little more attention to flavor and a lower price would make the experience much better.

03/03/2026: I went there last night for dinner with friends I hadn't seen in years. It's a shame the location is a bit out of the way (and it was also quite foggy), but it was worth it. We were served meatballs as an appetizer, and for a main course I had tagliolini with prosciutto sauce, guinea fowl roll with potatoes, and tenerina with mascarpone for dessert. Others chose gnocco and tigelle, and the prosciutto was excellent (I tried a couple of slices). I didn't bring much wine because I had to drive, and coffee (the one was a bit weak). All in all, it cost €40, a fair price, especially considering the size of the dishes. Incidentally, the waitress who served us was a lovely young woman: kind, lively, quick, and always smiling. A lovely Friday evening. I missed it. Thank you.

07/02/2026: It's a winter evening, so I haven't seen it in its entirety (I'm told it has a lovely summer patio). You're welcomed into a rustic, warm, and intimate room, and you immediately spot the dessert counter: sfrappole, mustard ravioli, sweet tortelloni... Mmm... We had mushroom tart, passatelli, wild boar stew, and a Bolognese cutlet: well-defined, very tender flavors, everything delicious. The red wine, produced on site, was excellent and easy to digest. All this was accompanied by the kindness and cheerfulness of the owner and waitresses. We'll be back in the summer.

20/02/2026: In the mountains of Emilia-Romagna there is a magical place where you can enjoy a unique experience of living in harmony with nature in comfort and hospitality. The place offers the opportunity to interact with gentle animals and friendly people. The accommodations have kitchens if you prefer, they welcome motorhomes, and there are camping facilities. Mountain cuisine with fresh pasta is available. Enjoying wine amidst such beauty is a truly delightful experience. Thank you so much Mr. Mauro, we loved Ca di Sole and I will certainly recommend it to everyone!

11/01/2026: A chic place with friendly, professional service and superb cuisine. Superb dishes made with quality ingredients, with fine, delicious, and delicate flavors. The place is a bit small but still nice and clean, welcoming, and well-organized. What can I say? If you want to combine high-quality food with dishes that are not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing, with pleasant, intimate, and quiet company, this is the place to be. Thanks for the service, even though we arrived without a reservation and only had to say hello to our friends for 5 minutes. In the end, we sat down to eat and drink, and everything was perfect: food, service, and atmosphere.

03/03/2026: I highly recommend the spacious, bright rooms. This hotel is located in a strategic and quiet area, with a bus stop to Bologna city center right outside (bus number 90 during the week and bus number 36 on weekends). The hotel is extremely clean and offers all the comforts you could need. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant and bar service.

02/03/2026: I stayed for 2 nights. Everything was fine, including breakfast. The only downside: the noisy rooms. I could hear my neighbors' conversations perfectly well, even if I didn't want to.
