09/03/2025: Tradition of the Bolognese Apennines at the table, homemade pasta and quality raw materials... Courteous and attentive service. On the menu (it is not traditional) I found the Venetian liver and I love it, a little trip out of the region for the second course, also very good.

21/03/2025: Buon ristorante, adesso che non è più di stretta osservanza. La cucina è di buon livello, i tavoli sono un po' stretti e nonostante l'insonorizzazione, lodevole, se si empie si parla un po' a fatica. Il servizio e' poco accogliente, corretto ma scostante. Meglio che invasivo ma un po' di sorrisi non guasterebbero.

21/02/2025: La ricordavo come un’accogliente osteria con pochi coperti e piatti gustosi, la ritrovo dopo anni con piatti meno buoni e soprattutto con una grande veranda che ha fatto lievitare il numero dei coperti in maniera significativa, e naturalmente ciò va a discapito della qualità. Tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi, siamo stati spesso ignorati dal personale di sala, che per la cronaca è stato molto gentile. Le tagliatelle di ortica erano scivolose e chiare, quindi poca ortica, ragù discreto, il castrato un po’ spesso e tagliato malamente, le crescentine non le ho potute ordinare perché nell’impasto era stato aggiunto del formaggio molle, mi pare squacquerone, a mio avviso una cattiva usanza che tanti ristoratori stanno adottando e che non fa parte della ricetta. Conto nella norma, un handicap qui è il parcheggio, che non era facile prima ma ora è molto difficoltoso visto il notevole incremento della capienza del locale.

12/10/2024: We arrived at this restaurant by chance and it was truly a fantastic discovery, the owner was uniquely kind, the food was delicious. Please, if you are passing through Rioveggio, you can't miss going there ☺️☺️

01/03/2025: Typical traditional Bolognese tavern: warm and welcoming environment. Excellent and varied appetizers based on vegetables, bread and breadsticks served hot, we ate some amazing green tortelloni with gorgonzola and chopped pistachios, meatballs with parmesan cream, meat tartare, cantucci and vin santo. I recommend the carafe of Aperol spritz, iced, thirst-quenching, perfectly balanced. The owners are courteous, friendly, they entertain you with a few jokes in Bolognese dialect, what can I say, I will definitely be back!

16/03/2025: I was very curious to try this restaurant...they had always spoken very well to me about it...and I confirm that at Cesare you can eat and feel very good...I had dinner with friends last night...they prepared a table for us on their closed veranda for the winter...We ordered different dishes so we could exchange opinions...The result...all excellent...the service then completed our opinion positively... Absolutely worth trying and for us...to return...maybe in the summer to escape from a hot evening in the city.

09/02/2025: The Chiosco ai Pini in Bologna is an excellent choice for those looking for an informal and tasty place! They offer gluten-free options, including gnocchi and tigelle, prepared with great care. The quality of the food is good and the portions are generous, making the experience very satisfying. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends. An excellent option for those who have particular dietary needs, but don't want to give up taste! Advised!

22/02/2025: Exceptional lamb ribs. The best ones I've tried (they beat mine!). The desserts are excellent (tenderona with chocolate and mascarpone with black cherries. Rating 10

16/02/2025: I chose to have a Florentine steak, very fat and cold from the fridge to the core! They bring you a hot plate to finish cooking, it's impossible to eat it rare, as it has fridge temperature inside. Bad experience at a high price among other things. I won't be back! As for the service it is sterile, no recommendations / value added to the menu!

04/04/2025: Very good Tagliatelle al Ragu, deep meat flavor, perfect pasta. Portions are not for big hunger and you have to keep that in mind. Nice and smiling service.

16/02/2025: My boyfriend took me to this restaurant for my birthday, totally as a surprise... and it was a wonderful surprise! We opted for the tasting menu, with the very famous tortellino. One of the best tortellini I've ever eaten... even though I was almost full and still halfway through the menu, I was tempted to ask for an encore! All of excellent quality, don't miss the raw fish. Relaxing and romantic atmosphere, we really felt at ease. Qualified staff, we relied on the maître to choose the wine and he really amazed us We will happily return See you soon!
